Alicia Keys releases new album “ALICIA”

Alicia Keys has released her seventh studio album online.

“ALICIA” – featuring singles “Show Me Love,” “Underdog,” “Good Job,” “Perfect Way to Die,” “So Done,” “Time Machine” and “Love Looks Better” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Google Music and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Here” boasts songwriting contributions from Terius “The-Dream” Nash, Sebastian Kole, Ari PenSmith, J. Warner, Kali Claire, Ed Sheeran, Foy Vance, Amy Wadge, Jeremiah “Sick Pen” Bethea, and Sam Roman.

On the production front, Alicia has teamed up with Larrance “Rance” Dopson, Khirye Taylor, Rob Knox, Johnny McDaid, Jonny Coffer, P2J, Sampha, Tricky Stewart, Morgan Matthews, Ludwig Goransson, Jimmy Napes, Noel Zancanella, Delano “Sean C” Matthews, and Swizz Beatz.

Snoh Aalegra reunites with P2J, Ari PenSmith for new single “Dying 4 Your Love”

Snoh Aalegra has announced the details for her new single.

The Swedish singer/songwriter christened “Dying 4 Your Love” as her next single and will release it on 10 July 2020 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Richard “P2J” Isong and Ariowa “Ari PenSmith” Irosogi, who previously teamed up with the artist on her 2019 single “Situationship.”

Aalegra’s debut studio album “Ugh, Those Feels Again” peaked to number seventy-three on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “I Want You Around,” “You,” “Find Someone Like You” and “Whoa.”

Tiana Major9 announces details for new single “Think About You”

Tiana Major9 has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Think About You” (Notion Mix) as her next promotional cut and will release it on 17 April 2020 via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Think About You” were collectively handled by Benny Cassette (Keri Hilson, Elle Varner) and WavsDntDie (Kara Marni, Wretch 32).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Tiana’s upcoming debut project under Motown Records is expected to arrive later this year.

The still-untitled project reportedly features additional productions from Prgrshn, D’Mile, Jeff Gitty, Bizness Boi, P2J, Ari PenSmith, Felix Joseph, and Aston Rudi.

Tiana’s previous single “Collide” – which was co-written by Stacy Barthe, Sonyae Elise, Kaveh Rastegar, Akil King, and Benny Cassette – was featured on the original motion picture soundtrack, “Queen & Slim.”

Snoh Aalegra teams up with The Neptunes for new collaboration

Snoh Aalegra has teamed up with The Neptunes for a new collaboration.

Composed of Pharrell Williams and Chad Hugo, The Neptunes recently helmed nine songs on Justin Timberlake’s last album “Man of the Woods” including “Midnight Summer Jam,” “Higher, Higher,” “Wave,” “Supplies,” “Flannel,” “Montana,” “Breeze of the Pond” and “Livin’ Off the Land.”

The songwriting and production duo are also responsible for Kelis’ “Caught Out There,” Britney Spears’ “I’m a Slave 4 U,” Usher’s “U Don’t Have to Call,” Beyonce’s “Work it Out,” Toni Braxton’s “Hit the Freeway,” Mariah Carey’s “Say Something,” and Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl.”

Meanwhile, Aalegra’s most recent single “Whoa” – which was co-written and produced by Dernst “D’Mile” Emile – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Her debut album “Ugh, Those Feels Again” features additional contributions from NO ID, Harold Lilly, Marcus James, Jonah Christian, Matthew Burnett, Riley Bell, Johan Lenox, Maneesh, Joel Compass, Doctor O, Nes, Rob Holladay, Cam O’bi, Dee Lilly, Luke James, and Steve Wyreman of Cocaine 80s.

Snoh Aalegra has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Whoa” was posted to the Swedish singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Friday (13 December 2020).

Production duties on “Whoa” were handled by D’Mile, whose other credits include The Carters’ “Boss,” LeToya Luckett’s “I’m Ready,” Usher’s “Mind of a Man,” H.E.R.’s “Could’ve Been,” Lucky Daye’s “Buying Time,” Victoria Monet’s “Ass Like That,” and Mary J. Blige’s “In the Morning.”

Aalegra’s debut studio album “Ugh, Those Feels Again” – featuring previous singles “I Want You Around,” “Find Someone Like You” and “Situationship” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

“Hot Pink” – featuring singles “Juicy,” “Bottom Bitch” and “Rules” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

British singer/songwriter Jasmine Winifred, known professionally as Jaz Karis, has released her debut EP online.

“Summer Stories” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Besides lead singles “The Waiting Line” and “Summer Story,” the mini-collection also features four new songs in the shape of “Bad Memories,” “Come Around,” “Owe U” and “Unwritten Rules.”

On the songwriting and production front, Karis has worked with Richard “P2J” Isong (Beyonce, Justine Skye), Ariowa “Ari PenSmith” Irosogie (Snoh Aalegra, Chris Brown) and Linden Jay (Ritual, Lion Babe).

British singer/songwriter Jasmine Winifred, known professionally as Jaz Karis, has released her new single online.

“Summer Story” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Karis alongside Ariowa “Ari PenSmith” Irosogie and Richard “P2J” Isong, who previously teamed up with the artist on “Secrets,” taken from Justine Skye’s latest project, “Bare With Me.”

“Summer Story” also marks the first promotional cut from Karis’ upcoming EP, for which a title and release date is yet to be announced.

Justine Skye releases new “Bare With Me” EP

Justine Skye has released her new EP online.

“Bare With Me” – featuring six new songs including “Too Much,” “Secrets,” “Bulletproof,” “Fav” and “When You’re Ready” – is now available via Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Lead single “Maybe” was produced by Andrew “Dre Skull” Hershey (Santigold, Mabel McVey) and written by Skye alongside Josh Werner and Fai Khadra.
