Mahalia confirms details for debut album “Love and Compromise”

Mahalia has confirmed the details for her upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter (born Mahalia Rose Burkmar) has christened her first studio collection “Love and Compromise” and will release it on September 13 via Asylum Records (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).

Current promotional single “Grateful” – which was produced by regular collaborator Maths Time Joy – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The album yields additional alliances from Felix Joseph, Aston Rudi, Jonny Lattimer, Wayne Hector, Alastair O’Donnell, Nate Warner, Jonah Christian, Sam Dew, Pop Wansel, DJ Dahi, Sounwave, and Jennifer Decilveo.

Charli XCX unwraps details for third studio collection

Charli XCX has unwrapped the details for her upcoming album.

The British singer/songwriter (born Charlotte Aitchison) has dubbed her third studio collection “Charli” and will release it on September 13 via Asylum Records (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).

Current promotional single “Blame It On Your Love” – featuring Lizzo – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Executive-produced by regular collaborator AG Cook, the follow-up to 2014’s “Sucker” boasts further productions and songwriting contributions from Stargate, Noonie Bao, Oscar Holter, Sasha Sloan, and Leland.

The highly-anticipated project also yields guest appearances from Christine and the Queens (“Gone”), Sky Ferreira (“Cross You Out”),  Troye Sivan (“2009”), Kim Petras (“Click”) and Brooke Candy (“Shake It”).

Anne-Marie teams up with Louis Bell for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Anne-Marie Nicholson, professionally known as Anne-Marie, has teamed up with Louis Bell for a new collaboration.

The American record producer and songwriter is responsible for helming singles including “Havana” (Camila Cabello), “Rockstar” (Post Malone), “Wolves” (Selena Gomez), “I’ll Be There” (Jess Glynne), “Without Me” (Halsey), “Lost in Japan” (Shawn Mendes) and “Think About Us” (Little Mix).

Bell’s extensive resume boasts additional works with Justin Bieber (“Let Me Love You”), Selena Gomez (“It Ain’t Me”), Julia Michaels (“Into You”), Chris Brown (“Hands Up”), Bebe Rexha (“Steady”), Rita Ora (“Only Want You”), Cardi B (“Through Your Phone”) and 21 Savage (“All My Friends”).

Meanwhile, Anne-Marie’s current promotional single “Perfect to Me” – which was co-written by Jennifer Decilveo and Levi Lennox alonside Mike Woods and Kevin White of Rice n Peas – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2018’s “Speak Your Mind,” Anne-Marie has also worked with songwriters and producers Fred Ball (Madonna, Hailee Steinfeld), Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Ella Eyre, Craig David), TMS (Era Istrefi, Dua Lipa) and Eyelar Mirzazadeh (Raye, Charli XCX).

The American Grammy-nominated songwriter and producer is responsible for helming Anne Marie’s “Ciao Adios” (w/ Mason “MdL” Levy and Tom Meredith), “Perfect to Me” (w/ Levi Lennox and Rice N Peas), “Can I Get Your Number” (w/ TMS) and “Some People” (w/ Fred Ball).

Decilveo’s resume boasts additional works with Bibi Bourelly (“White House”), Michelle Branch (“Temporary Feeling”), Diana Gordon (“Bleed Out”), Rebecca Ferguson (“Superwoman”), Beth Ditto (“Fire”), Andra Day (“Rise Up”), Melanie Martinez (“Play Date”) and Rae Morris (“Rose Garden”).

The British production and songwriting trio – composed of Peter “Merf” Kelleher, Benjamin Kohn and Thomas “Froe” Barnes – previously teamed up with Anne-Marie on the Jennifer Decilveo-assisted “Can I Get Your Number?”

TMS are also responsible for Craig David’s “Change My Love,” Dua Lipa’s “Bad Together,” Paloma Faith’s “Your Ex,” Little Mix’s “The Cure,” Zac Samuel’s “Play it Cool,” Louisa Johnson’s “Best Behaviour,” James Arthur’s “You Deserve Better,” Kamille’s “Emotional,” and Olly Murs’s “Footsteps.”

Meanwhile, Anne-Marie’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring further contributions from Fred Ball, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, and Eyelar Mirzazadeh – is expected to arrive later this year via Major Tom’s / Asylum Records.

Anne-Marie has reunited with Fred Ball for a new collaboration.

Ball previously produced and co-wrote “Some People” for Anne-Marie alongside Jennifer Decilveo. The track appears on Anne-Marie’s debut album, “Speak Your Mind,” which is out now via Major Tom’s Music / Asylum Records.

The Norwegian Grammy-nominated record producer is also responsible for Mariah Carey’s “One Mo ‘Gen,” Jessie Reyez’s “Apple Juice,” Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain,” Toni Braxton’s “Deadwood,” Justine Skye’s “Heaven,” Zara Larsson’s “One Mississipi,” and Jessie Ware’s “Slow Me Down.”

Meanwhile, Anne-Marie is expected to release her sophomore album later this year. The still-untitled project follows 2018’s “Speak Your Mind,” which peaked to number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “Alarm,” “Then,” “Heavy,” “Friends,” “2002” and “Perfect.”

Rudimental have confirmed the details for their upcoming album.

The British drum and bass band – composed of Kesi Dryden, Amir Amor, DJ Locksmith and Piers Agget – have christened their third studio collection “Toast to Our Differences” and will release it on September 7th via Major Tom’s Music in partnership with Asylum Records (UK) and Atlantic Records (US).

Current promotional single “Let Me Live” – featuring Major Lazer, Anne-Marie, and Mr. Eazi – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “We the Generation” boasts further guest appearances from Jess Glynne, Dan Caplen, Raye, Maverick Sabre, Yebba, Kevin Garrett, Shungudzo, James Arthur, Raphaella, Maleek Berry, Ladysmith, and Chronixx.
