American singer, songwriter, rapper, actress, and model Janelle Monae has delivered her new studio collection online.

“Dirty Computer” – featuring singles “Make Me Feel,” “Django Jane,” “Pynk” and “I Like That” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Having reunited with Nate “Rocket” Wonder, Chuck Lightning and Roman GianArthur; Monae has also worked with Mattman & Robin, Justin Tranter, Julia Michaels, Pharrell Williams, Tayla Parx, Mr. Hudson, Nana Kwabena, Jon Brion, and Organized Noize on the follow-up to 2013’s “The Electric Lady.”

Janelle Monae premieres music video for new single “I Like That”

Janelle Monae has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Lacey Duke-directed clip for “I Like That” was posted to the American singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel Monday (April 23, 2018).

Co-written by Tayla Parx and collectively produced by Nate Rocket Wonder and Organized Noize; “I Like That” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Monae’s fourth album “Dirty Computer” – featuring previous singles “Make Me Feel,” “Django Jane” and “Pynk” – will arrive on April 27th via Wondaland Records in partnership with Bad Boy Records and Atlantic Records.

The highly-anticipated project delivers further productions and songwriting contributions from Mattman & Robin, Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter, Pharrell Williams, Mr. Hudson, Nana Kwabena, Jon Brion, Roman GianArthur, Wynne Bennett, Chuck Lightning, and Jonathan Webb Jr.

“Dirty Computer” – featuring singles “Make Me Feel,” “Django Jane,” “Pynk” and “I Like That” – will arrive on April 26 via Wondaland Records in partnership with Bad Boy Records and Atlantic Records.

In addition to special guests Grimes, Zoe Kravitz and Brian Wilson; The highly-anticipated project also boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Mattman & Robin, Julia Michaels, Justin Tranter, Pharrell Williams, Tayla Parx, Organized Noise, Chuck Lightning and Nate “Rocket” Wonder.

American singer, songwriter, rapper, record producer, model, and actress Janelle Monae has delivered her new promotional single online.

“I Like That” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Tayla Parx, whose resume boasts additional works with Ariana Grande (“My Everything”), Fergie (“Just Like You”), Demi Lovato (“Cry Baby”), Mariah Carey (“Infinity”), Jennifer Lopez (“So Good”), Alicia Keys (“In Common”) and Fifth Harmony (“Deliver”).

Production duties on “I Like That” were handled by Organized Noize, who have also worked with TLC (“Waterfalls”), En Vogue (“Don’t Let Go”), Xscape (“Keep it On the Real”), Pebbles (“Soul Replacement”), Trey Songz (“Coming for You”) and Nivea (“Don’t Mess with the Radio”).

Janelle Monae has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Pynk” was posted to the American singer, songwriter, and actress’ YouTube channel on Tuesday (April 10, 2018).

Now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets, “Pynk” was co-written by Monae and Tayla Parx alongside its producers Nathaniel “Nate Rocket Wonder” Irvin III and Charles “Chuck Lightning” Joseph II.

Janelle Monae has selected her new single.

The American singer, songwriter, and actress christened “Pynk” – featuring Grimes – as the next promotional cut from her upcoming third studio collection, “Dirty Computer,” which will arrive on April 26 via Wondaland Records in partnership with Bad Boy Records and Atlantic Records.

The Aerosmith-sampling track was co-written by fellow recording artist Tayla Parx and collectively produced by regular collaborators Nathaniel “Nate Rocket Wonder” Irvin III and Charles “Chuck Lightning” Joseph II.

Monae’s current single “Make Me Feel” – which was produced by Mattman & Robin and co-written by Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

Cassie hits the studio with Taylor Parks, KAYTRANADA

American recording artist, dancer, actress and model Cassie has teamed up with Taylor Parks and KAYTRANADA for a new collaboration.

Parks, also known by her stage name Tayla Parx, is responsible for co-writing Mariah Carey’s “Infinity,” Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Jojo’s “Fuck Apologies,” Jason Derulo’s “Love Me Down,” Meghan Trainor’s “Better,” Fifth Harmony’s “Bo$$,” Jennifer Lopez’s “So Good,” and Keyshia Cole’s “Rick James.”

She has also contributed to the next projects by Ariana Grande, Christina Aguilera, Paloma “Delilah” Stoecker, Demi Lovato, Kesha, Fleur East, Mollie King, Stanaj, Diana Gordon, Alina Baraz, Majid Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Skip Marley, Tori Kelly, and Cameron Dallas.

Meanwhile, KAYTRANADA’s production resume boasts works with Alicia Keys (“Sweet Love”), Craig David (“Sink or Swim”), Mary J. Blige (“Telling the Truth”), Zak Abel (“Say Something”), Kali Uchis (“Rush”), Anderson Paak (“Lite Weight”) and Sinead Harnett (“Say What You Mean”).

Cassie, on the other hand, is expected to release her sophomore studio collection later this year via Bad Boy / Epic Records.

Her self-titled debut album, which was released in 2006 via Bad Boy Records in partnership with Ryan Leslie’s Next Selection Group and Atlantic Records, peaked to number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Me & You” and “Long Way 2 Go.”

Ina Wroldsen hints at new collaboration with Janelle Monae

Janelle Monae has recorded new material with Ina Wroldsen.

“Just spent two days with the queen @JanelleMonae. Thanks for the privilege,” Wroldsen posted to her Instagram page on Tuesday (February 23, 2015).

It is yet to be known whether the session was intended for another artist or Monae’s upcoming third studio album.

Wroldsen recently co-wrote “Bind Your Love” and “Sirens” for British singer/songwriter Cher Lloyd. Both tracks appear on the artist’s sophomore album “Sorry I’m Late,” now available for download via Epic Records.

Her extensive resume also includes works for Shakira (“Empire”), Britney Spears (“He About to Lose Me”), Shontelle (“Impossible”), Madison Beer (“Melodies”), Leona Lewis (“My Hands”) and James Arthur (“Recovery”).

Meanwhile, Monae is scheduled to release her mini-album “The Eephus” later this year via Wondaland Art Society / Bad Boy Records.

Monae’s last album, 2013’s “The Electric Lady,” peaked to number five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned four hit singles in the shape of “Q.U.E.E.N.,” “Dance Apocalyptic,” “PrimeTime” and “Electric Lady.”

Cassie debuts music video for ‘I Know What You Want’

Cassie has debuted a new music video online.

“I Know What You Want” – produced by THC, Sounwave and Terrace Martin – is taken from the artist’s mini-album, “RockaByeBaby,” out now via Universal Music Group / Bad Boy Records / Interscope Records.

The track was co-written by James Fauntleroy, whose recent credits include “Take Back the Night” by Justin Timberlake [RCA Records] and “Hold On Longer” by John Legend [Columbia Records].

He’s also known for collaborating with the likes of Rihanna [Island Def Jam Recordings], Leona Lewis [Syco Music], Ciara [Epic Records], Beyoncé Knowles [Columbia Records] and Rita Ora [Roc Nation Records].

Meanwhile, Cassie is expected to release her upcoming as-yet-untitled sophomore album sometime in 2014. The highly-anticipated collection is confirmed to yield alliances with Toby Gad (Robin Thicke, Alicia Keys), Makeba Riddick (Tamar Braxton, Jennifer Lopez) and Elijah Blake (Usher, Keyshia Cole).

Cassie has debuted the music video for “Paradise.”

The Wiz Khalifa-assisted track is included on her upcoming mixtape “RockaByeBaby,” scheduled to hit the net on April 11 via Bad Boy Records.

James Fauntleroy co-wrote “Paradise” along with Marcos “Kosine” Palacios and Ernest “Tuo” Clark of hip hop and R&B production duo Da Internz.

Recent songwriting credits by Fauntleroy include “Get it Over With” by Rihanna [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings] and “Mirrors” by Justin Timberlake [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records].
