Jessie Ware reveals tracklisting for new album “Glasshouse”

Jessie Ware has revealed the tracklisting for her third album, “Glasshouse,” which will arrive later this year via PMR Records in partnership with Island Records (UK) and Interscope Records (US).

Current promotional single “Selfish Love” – which was co-written by Ross Golan, Ammar Malik, Ryan Tedder, Benjamin “Benny Blanco” Levin, Magnus “Cashmere” Hoiberg Cat and Nathan “Happy” Perez – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the highly-anticipated project, which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Tough Love,” Ware has also enlisted the songwriting services of fellow recording artists including Ed Sheeran (“Sam”), Kiah Victoria (“Midnight”), Nina Nesbitt (“Slow Me Down”) and Julia Michaels (“Hearts”).

Other album contributors include Julian Bunetta (Harry Styles), Two Inch Punch (Sabrina Claudio), Andrew “Pop” Wansel (Usher), Fred Ball (Toni Braxton), JRY (Charlie Puth), Samuel Preston (Ella Eyre), James Newman (Olly Murs), Bastian Langebaek (Amber-Simone) and Starsmith (Joel Compass).

Jessie Ware premieres music video for “Selfish Love”

Jessie Ware has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Selfish Love” to her Vevo channel Thursday (August 31, 2018).

Now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets; “Selfish Love” was co-written by Ross Golan (Charlie Puth, ZZ Ward), Ammar Malik (Nick Jonas, Selena Gomez) and Ryan Tedder (Hailee Steinfeld, Leona Lewis).

Production duties on “Selfish Love” were collectively handled by Benny Blanco, Cashmere Cat and Happy Perez, who are also responsible for Halsey’s “Now or Never” and Camilo Cabello’s “Crying in the Club.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Ware’s upcoming third studio collection – featuring the Kiah Victoria and Jordan Thomas-penned / Andrew Wansel and Bastian Langebaek-produced “Midgnight” – is expected to arrive later this year via PMR / Island Records (UK) and Interscope Records (US).

Dan Caplen reunites with Fred Cox for new collaboration

Dan Caplen has reunited with Fred Cox for a new collaboration.

The pair previously teamed up on the unreleased track “Creeping Around,” which was co-written with Amy Wadge.

Cox’s resume boasts further songwriting and production works with Joel Compass (“Back to Me”), Lion Babe (“Impossible”), Rosie Lowe (“So Human”), Chloe Leone (“Comfortably Me”), Kiah Victoria (“Treat Me”), Denai Moore (“Leave it Up to You”) and Rag’n’Bone Man (“Grace”).

Meanwhile, Caplen’s upcoming project – featuring the Ray BLK-assisted / Jordan Riley and Mark Ralph-produced “Flat Champagne” – will arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Two Inch Punch, Levi Lennox, Jamie Hartman, Max McElligott, Fraser T. Smith, GRADES, Dave Tozer, Bastian Langebaek, Fred Ball, and MJ Cole.

DAGNY hits the studio with Electric, Lucy “Pawws” Taylor

Norwegian singer/songwriter Dagny Norvoll Sandvik, known mononymously as Dagny, has enlisted the songwriting and production services of Lucy “Pawws” Taylor and Electric for her upcoming project under Republic Records.

Taylor’s songwriting resume boasts works for Dua Lipa (“Be the One”), Etham (“Close Enough”), Liv Dawson (“I’ll Be Waiting”), Tom Walker (“Boys Will Be Boys”), Annalisa (“Used to You”) and Redlight (“I’ll Be Waiting”).

Composed of members Edvard Erfjord and Henrik Michelsen, Electric are responsible for producing Little Mix’s “No More Sad Songs,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “At My Best,” Fleur East’s “Sax,” Olly Murs’ “Love You More,” Cheryl’s “Live Life Now,” Ben Haenow’s “Brother,” and M.O’s “Not in Love.”

DAGNY’s current promotional single “Wearing Nothing” – which was co-written with Tommy English, Alx Reuterskiold and Ludgvig Soderberg – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2016’s “Ultraviolet,” DAGNY has reportedly teamed up with producers Jon Levine (Bebe Rexha), Mark Ralph (Craig David), Jonny Coffer (Ella Eyre), Cass Lowe (Sam Smith), Fred Ball (Alicia Keys), Justin Parker (Mikky Ekko), Bastian Langebaek (Kiah Victoria), Rami Yacoub (Charlie Puth), Axident (Dua Lipa), Big Taste (Jake Miller) and The 23rd (Grace Carter).

Among the songwriters expected to appear on the project are Simon Wilcox (Gallant), Nate Cyphert (Rachel Platten), Amy Wadge (Ed Sheeran), Max McElligott (Liv Dawson), Ilsey Juber (Lykke Li), Danny Parker (Shawn Mendes), Emily Warren (Noah Cyrus), Andrew Jackson (Galantis), Caroline Ailin (Ella Henderson), Ross Golan (Stanaj) and Michelle Buzz (Jaira Burns).
