Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding share “Outside” music video

Calvin Harris has premiered the music video for his new single online.

The Scottish DJ and record producer posted the Emil Nava-directed clip for “Outside” to his official Vevo page on Wednesday (November 12, 2014).

“Outside” – featuring vocals from Ellie Goulding – is lifted from Harris’ latest studio collection, “Motion,” now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The track follows the John Newman-assisted “Blame,” which peaked at number nineteen on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Other artists backing Harris on “Motion” are Gwen Stefani [Interscope Records], Tinashe [RCA Records], Haim [Polydor Records], Big Sean [Def Jam Recordings] and All About She [Disturbing London].

Calvin Harris has debuted a new song online.

The Scottish DJ and record producer posted the Ellie Goulding-assisted audio clip for “Outside” to his official Vevo page on Monday (October 20, 2014).

“Outside” is lifted on the artist’s upcoming fourth studio album, “Motion,” out on 3 November via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Harris previously teamed up with Goulding on hit single “I Need Your Love,” which peaked at number four on the UK Singles Chart.

Current single “Blame” – featuring vocals from British singer/songwriter John Newman – is now available for download via iTunes (UK).

Other artists backing Harris on the follow-up to 2012’s “18 Months” are Gwen Stefani [Interscope Records], Tinashe [RCA Records], Big Sean [Def Jam Recordings], Haim [Polydor Records] and All About She [Disturbing London].

Mike Posner has released the music video for his new single online.

“Top of the World” – produced by Diplo and Benny Blanco – marks the second promotional single from the artist’s sophomore album, “Pages,” out soon via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records, “Pages.”

The Big Sean-assisted track – which serves as the follow-up to previous single “The Way We Used to Be” – is now available for download via iTunes.

Posner’s last studio album, “31 Minutes to Takeoff,” was released in 2010 via J Records. That collection debuted at number 8 on the US Albums Chart.

It also delivered three hit singles in the shape of “Cooler Than Me,” “Please Don’t Go” and “Bow Chicka Wow Wow (featuring Lil Wayne).”

Naya Rivera has worked with Tommy Brown for her upcoming debut album.

The still-untitled collection is expected to be released in 2014 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Tommy Brown is known for collaborating with the likes of Jennifer Lopez [Capitol Records], Kelly Rowland [Republic Records], Nelly Furtado [Interscope Records] and Justin Bieber [Island Def Jam Recordings].

Some of his recent credits include “Visual Love” by Chrisette Michele [Motown Records], “Daydreamin” by Ariana Grande [Republic Records] and “Malice in Wonderland” by Victoria Monet [Atlantic Records].

Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated LP by Rivera – which also features productions from Tricky Stewart – is preceded by new single “Sorry.”

The Big Sean-assisted track – now available for download via iTunes – was written by Jaden Michaels, John Lock and Roahn “First Born” Hylton.

Jhené Aiko, Childish Gambino premiere music video for new single ‘Bed Peace’

Jhené Aiko has premiered the music video for her new single online.

“Bed Peace” – which features Childish Gambino – marks the first promotional single from the singer/songwriter’s upcoming extended play, “Sail Out,” out on November 12 via Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings.

The track was produced by regular collaborators Mac Robinson and Brian Warfield of Fisticuffs, who previously teamed up with artists including Jazmine Sullivan (“One Night Stand”) and Miguel (“All I Want is You”).

Aiko’s upcoming debut album “Souled Out” will be executively produced by Ernest “No I.D.” Wilson, whose recent credits include “No Love Allowed” by Rihanna [Island Def Jam Recordings], “Better” by Chrisette Michele [Motown Records] and “This Time” by Melanie Fiona [Republic Records].

She has also collaborated with rappers including Drake [Young Money / Republic Records], J. Cole [Columbia Records], Kendrick Lamar [Aftermath / Interscope Records] and Big Sean [G.O.O.D. Music / Def Jam Recordings].

Tinie Tempah has previewed his upcoming sophomore album online.

The British artist – born Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu – posted clips from “Demonstration” via his official website on Friday (October 25, 2013). The set will be released on November 4 via Parlophone Records.

Lead single “Trampoline” – which features 2 Chainz – debuted at number 3 on the UK Singles Chart. It’s follow-up – “Children of the Sun” – will be available for download from October 28 via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

“Demonstration” boasts productions from Thomas “Diplo” Pentz (Beyonce, Chris Brown), Shahid “Naughty Boy” Khan (Rihanna, Leona Lewis), Eshraque “iSHi” Mughal (Kelly Rowland, Alexandra Burke), Labrinth (Ms. Dynamite, Conor Maynard) and Christian “Crada” Kala (Alicia Keys, Kid Cudi).

Miley Cyrus has revealed the songwriting credits for her upcoming album.

The pop starlet will release “Bangerz” in the United States on October 8 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

New single “Wrecking Ball” – written by Stephan Moccio, Maureen “Mozella” McDonald, Sacha Skarbek, Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald and Henry “Cirkut” Walter – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Other songwriters on “Bangerz” include Sean Garrett (Brandy, Nicki Minaj), Jean Baptiste Kouame (Madonna, Cheryl Cole), Samuel “Sam Hook” Jean (Ne-Yo, Chris Brown), Stacy Barthe (Rihanna, John Legend) and Planet VI: Theron & Timothy Thomas (RaVaughn Brown, Keri Hilson).

Ariana Grande has confirmed plans to shoot the music video for her new single.

“Right There” – which features Big Sean – is taken from the songbird’s debut album, “Yours Truly,” out now via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

The track – available now for download via iTunes – was written by Ariana Grande along with Harmony “H-Money” Samuels, Carmen Reece, Joseph “Lonny” Bereal, James “J-Doe” Smith, and Al Sherrod Lambert.

“Yours Truly” boasts previous singles “The Way” and “Baby I,” as well as further contributions from Thomas “Tommy” Brown (Mario Barrett, Chrisette Michele), Parker Ighile (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj), Sevyn Streeter (Chris Brown, Trey Songz) and Courtney Harrell (Jennifer Hudson, Kelly Rowland).

“Sorry” – which features Big Sean – marks the first promotional single from the artist’s upcoming debut album, out soon via Columbia Records.

The track was co-written by Jaden Michaels, whose credits include “Change Nothing” by Jessica Sanchez [19 Recordings / Interscope Records] and “To the End of the Earth” by Jessica Mauboy [Sony Music Australia].

Production duties were handled by John Lock and Roahn “First Born” Hylton, who are also responsible for Candice Glover’s debut single “I Am Beautiful” [19 Recordings / Interscope Records].

As for the official video treatment, Rivera has recruited the services of Terry Richardson. The fashion photographer has previously directed clips including “Red Lips” by Sky Ferreira and “Wrecking Ball” by Miley Cyrus.
