Britney Spears drafts Tinashe for new single “Slumber Party”

Britney Spears has selected her new single.

The singer-songwriter christened “Slumber Party” as the next promotional cut from her ninth album, “Glory,” now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

“Slumber Party” – featuring guest vocals by fellow recording artist Tinashe – was co-written by Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter alongside the song’s producers Mattias Larsen and Robin Fredriksson of Mattman & Robin.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Michaels is currently recording material for her upcoming debut album under Republic Records.

Alongside songwriting partner, Tranter, the duo have contributed to the next projects by Betty Who, Jasmine Thompson, Ella Henderson, Hailee Steinfeld, Zara Larsson, Rita Ora, Snakehips, Selena Gomez, and Years & Years.

Tinashe, on the other hand, is expected to release her highly-anticipated sophomore studio collection “Joyride” – featuring singles “Super Love” and “Company” – later this year through RCA Records.

Britney Spears has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming album.

The singer-songwriter will release her ninth studio collection “Glory” on August 28 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Current single “Do You Wanna Come Over?” was co-written by Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels along with the song’s producers Mattias Larsson and Robin Fredriksson of Mattman & Robin.

The follow-up to 2013’s “Britney Jean” boasts further productions from BURNS, Warren “Oak” Felder, Alex Niceforo, Young Fyre, Jason Evigan, Robopop, Cashmere Cat, Ian Kirkpatrick, Nick Monson, and Emanuel Kiriakou.

Album songwriters include Carla Marie Williams, Simon Wilcox, Chantal Kreviazuk, Ilsey Juber, Phoebe Ryan, Jessica Ashley, Talay Riley, Evan “Kidd” Bogart, Joe Janiak, Breyan Isaac, and Danny Parker.

Britney Spears has announced the details for her new single.

The singer-songwriter christened “Do You Wanna Come Over” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming studio collection “Glory.”

“Do You Wanna Come Over” – available for download from August 18 via iTunes – was co-written by Justin Tranter and Julia Michaels along with the song’s producers Mattias Larsson and Robin Fredriksson of Mattman & Robin.

As mentioned in earlier posts, “Glory” – featuring singles “Private Show,” “Clumsy” and “Make Me” – is scheduled to arrive on August 26 via RCA Records.

Other album producers include Warren “Oak” Felder, Alex Niceforo, BURNS, Young Fyre, Jason Evigan, Robopop, Cashmere Cat, Ian Kirkpatrick, DJ Mustard, Christopher Baran, Nick Monson, and BloodPop.

The singer-songwriter christened “Clumsy” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming ninth studio collection “Glory.”

“Clumsy” was co-written by Spears along with Talay Riley, who also worked with the likes of Dua Lipa (“Last Dance”), Nick Jonas (“Levels”), Kelela (“All the Way Down”), and Jess Glynne (“You Can Find Me”).

Production duties on “Clumsy” were collectively handled by Alex Nice and Warren “Oak” Felder (Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Lopez).

Britney Spears registers new song title “Man on the Moon”

Britney Spears has registered a new song title with ASCAP – The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers.

“Man on the Moon” was written by Columbia recording artist Phoebe Ryan along with Ilsey Juber (Beyonce), Sterling Fox (Adam Lambert), Marcos Lomax (Fifth Harmony) and Jason Evigan (Jon Bellion).

The track is slotted for inclusion on Spears’ upcoming ninth album and follow-up to 2013’s “Britney Jean,” which peaked to number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Work Bitch” and “Perfume.”

For the still-untitled project, Spears also teamed up with Ian Kirkpatrick, Simon Wilcox, DJ Mustard, Chantal Kreviazuk, Alex Da Kid, Justin Tranter, CJ Baran, Nick Monson, Julia Michaels, Robopop, and Carla Marie Williams.

Current single “Make Me” – available for download from May 20 via iTunes – was co-written by Mischke Butler (Tinashe Austin Mahone) and produced by BURNS (Charli XCX, Louisa Johnson).

Britney Spears has added Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter to the list of contributors for her upcoming ninth studio album.

The songwriting duo are responsible for crafting Nicole Scherzinger’s “Run” [RCA], Selena Gomez’s “Good for You” [Interscope], Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself” [Republic] and Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” [Def Jam].

Furthermore, Michaels and Tranter have collectively wrote songs on the next projects by Gwen Stefani [Interscope], Rita Ora [Columbia], Jasmine Thompson [Atlantic], Jessie Ware [Island] and Pia Mia [Interscope].

Meanwhile, Spears is scheduled to release her forthcoming album and follow-up to 2013’s “Britney Jean” next year through RCA Records.

The still-untitled LP reportedly features further alliances with Ian Kirkpatrick (Chromeo), Matthew Koma (Hilary Duff), Simon Wilcox (Nick Jonas), Chantal Kreviazuk (Drake) and Mischke Butler (Austin Mahone).

Britney Spears has snagged the songwriting and production services of Mischke Butler and Matthew Burns for her upcoming ninth album.

Butler is known for co-writing Little Mix’s “Wings” [Syco Music], Michael Jackson’s “Invincible” [Epic], Jessica Simpson’s “Imagination” [Columbia], Jojo’s “Anything” [Blackground] and Austin Mahone’s “Dirty Work” [Interscope].

Meanwhile, Burns recently co-wrote “Doing It” for Charli XCX along with Noonie Bao, Ariel Rechtshaid and Jarrad Rogers. The Rita Ora-assisted track peaked to number eight on the UK Singles Chart.

The British singer, songwriter, and record producer’s resume includes further works with Ellie Goulding [Polydor], Kacy Hill [Def Jam], Calvin Harris [Columbia], Nelly Furtado [Interscope] and Iggy Azalea [Virgin EMI].

As mentioned in earlier posts, Spears is scheduled to release the follow-up to 2013’s “Britney Jean” next year through RCA Records.
