Harry Styles unleashes debut solo single “Sign of the Times”

Harry Styles has unleashed his debut solo single online.

“Sign of the Times” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Sign of the Times” were collectively handled by Jeff Bhasker (Alicia Keys, Kanye West), Alex Salibian (Ellie Goulding, Mikky Ekko) and Tyler Johnson (John Legend, Ed Sheeran).

Styles’ songwriting resume boasts works for artists/acts including Ariana Grande (“Just a Little Bit of Your Heart”), Michael Buble (“Someday”), Gavin DeGraw (“Not Our Fault”) and Alex & Sierra (“I Love You”).

His upcoming solo studio collection is expected to arrive later this year via Erskine Records in partnership with Columbia Records.

Other musicians expected to appear on the still-untitled project are Max Martin, Shellback, Johnny McDaid, Dev Hynes, BURNS, Johan Carlsson, Gary Go, Kid Harpoon, Jake Gosling, Chris Leonard, Guy Chambers, and Bruno Mars.

Harry Styles enlists Bruno Mars, Max Martin for debut album

Harry Styles has added Bruno Mars and Max Martin to the list of contributors for his upcoming debut album.

Mars is known for co-writing and producing tracks performed by Adele (“All I Ask”), Brandy (“Long Distance”), Alicia Keys (“Tears Always Win”), Melanie Fiona (“Johnny”) and Alexandra Burke (“Perfect”).

Meanwhile, Martin’s recent songwriting and production credits include “Can’t Stop the Feeling” (Justin Timberlake), “Side to Side” (Ariana Grande), “Rise” (Katy Perry) and “Love to Lay” (The Weeknd).

Styles, on the other hand, is expected to release his first studio collection in 2017 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Johan Carlsson (Ella Henderson, Demi Lovato), Ross Golan (Selena Gomez, Charli XCX) and Gary Go (Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams).

On the songwriting front, Styles previously co-penned tracks for Ariana Grande (“Just a Little Bit of Your Heart”), Michael Buble & Meghan Trainor (“Someday”) and Alex & Sierra (“I Love You”).

Bruno Mars has delivered his third studio album online.

“24K Magic” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2012’s “Unorthodox Jukebox” was entirely produced by Bruno Mars, Christopher “Brody” Brown and Philip Lawrence, collectively known as Shampoo Press & Curl (formerly The Smeezingtons).

Other album contributors are The Stereotypes (John Legend), Kenneth “Babyface” Edmonds (Charlie Puth), James Fauntleroy (Justin Timberlake), Emile Haynie (Lana Del Rey) and Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West).

In related news, Mars recently co-wrote and co-produced Adele’s “All I Ask,” taken from her multi-platinum selling third studio collection, “25.”

His extensive resume boasts further works with Alicia Keys (“Tears Always Know”), Brandy (“Long Distance”), Melanie Fiona (“Johnny”), Alexandra Burke (“Perfect”) and Shontelle (“DJ Made Me Do It”).

Christopher “Tricky” Stewart has teamed with Bruno Mars for a new collaboration.

“It was a pleasure working with this guy!!! @brunomars,” the American record producer and songwriter posted to his Instagram account.

Stewart’s latest credits include Tinashe’s “Superlove” [RCA], Phantogram’s “Run Run Blood” [Republic] and Usher’s “Bump” [RCA].

His extensive resume boasts further works with Britney Spears (“Me Against the Music”), Rihanna (“Umbrella”), Beyonce (“Single Ladies”), Mariah Carey (“Touch My Body”), Katy Perry (“E.T.”) and Mary J. Blige (“Just Fine”).

Meanwhile, Mars is scheduled to release his third studio collection “24K Magic” on November 18 via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Lead single “24K Magic” – which was produced by Shampoo Press & Curl alongside The Stereotypes – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Bruno Mars has confirmed the details for his new single.

The singer, songwriter, and record producer christened “24K Gold” as the first promotional cut from his upcoming third album under Atlantic Records and will release it on October 7th via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Mars’ previous studio collection, 2012’s “Unorthodox Jukebox,” topped the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered singles including “Locked Out of Heaven,” “When I Was Your Man” and “Treasure.”

On the songwriting front, Mars – real name Peter Hernandez – has co-penned songs for Alicia Keys (“Tears Always Win”), Brandy (“Long Distance”), Adele (“All I Ask”), Melanie Fiona (“Johnny”) and Alexandra Burke (“Perfect”).

Adele has shared a new performance video online.

An exclusive live rendition of “When We Were Young” was posted to the singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Tuesday (November 17, 2015).

The track marks the second promotional cut from Adele’s upcoming third album, “25,” out on November 20 through XL Recordings and Columbia Records.

It was also co-written by fellow recording artist Tobias Jesso Jr. and produced by Ariel Rechtshaid, whose recent credits include Kelela (“Rewind”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“All That”) and Madonna (“Living for Love”).

Other musicians backing Adele on “25” are Greg Kurstin (Sia), Max Martin (Tinashe), Shellback (Usher), Ryan Tedder (Beyonce), Paul Epworth (John Legend), Danger Mouse (Norah Jones) and Bruno Mars (Alicia Keys).

Adele has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “When We Were Young” as the second promotional cut from her upcoming third album “25.”

“When We Were Young” was co-written by Tobias Jesso Jr., who previously helmed Sia’s “Alive” along with Adele.

Production duties were handled by Ariel Rechtshaid, whose other credits include Kelela’s “Rewind” [Cherry Coffee Music], Madonna’s “Living for Love” [Interscope] and Sky Ferreira’s “You’re Not the One” [Capitol].

As mentioned in earlier posts, “25” – featuring lead single “Hello” – will hit stores on November 20 through XL Recordings and Columbia Records.

Other musicians backing Adele on the keenly-awaited LP are Greg Kurstin (Beyonce), Ryan Tedder (Leona Lewis), Paul Epworth (FKA twigs), Max Martin (Tinashe), Shellback (Britney Spears) and Bruno Mars (Alicia Keys).
