Jorja Smith records new music with Ronald “Flippa” Colson

British singer/songwriter Jorja Smith has recorded new music with Ronald “Flippa” Colson.

The American record producer’s resume boasts works with Rihanna (“Numb”), Chris Brown (“Bassline”), Nicki Minaj (“Right By My Side”), Usher (“Good Kisser”), K. Michelle (“Something About the Night”), Miguel (“Leaves”), H.E.R. (“Take You There”) and YBN Cordae (“Have Mercy”).

Meanwhile, Smith is currently working on her upcoming sophomore album under FAMM. The still-untitled project follows 2018’s “Lost & Found,” which debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “The One,” “Blue Lights,” “February 3rd,” and “On Your Own.”

Smith’s most recent single “Be Honest” – which was co-written by fellow recording artist Amira “Miraa May” Benameur and collectively produced by Oliver “Cadenza” Rodigan and Andron “IzyBeats” Cross – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

RuthAnne releases debut album “Matters of the Heart”

Irish singer/songwriter Ruth-Anne Cunningham, known mononymously as RuthAnne, has released her debut album online.

“Matters of the Heart” – featuring singles “Unrequited,” “Superman,” “Love Again,” “It Is What It Is,” “Liquid,” “The Vow” and “Take My Place” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The album boasts contributions from Future Cut, Jez Ashurst, Autumn Rowe, Fraser T. Smith, Malay, Emily Weisband, George Moore, Julian Bunetta, Heidi Rogas, Sonny J Mason, Cadenza, and Noah Breakfast.

On the songwriting front, RuthAnne is known for co-penning Jojo’s “Too Little, Too Late,” Katharine McPhee’s “Over It,” Martin Garrix’s “In the Name of Love,” Leona Lewis’ “Perfection,” Britney Spears’ “Work Bitch,” Niall Horan’s “Nice to Meet Ya,” and John Legend’s “No Place Like Home.”

RuthAnne has confirmed the details of her upcoming debut album.

The Irish singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “Matters Of The Heart” and will release it on October 4th via The Other Songs.

Current single “Unrequited” – which was produced by Noah Breakfast – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The album boasts further productions and songwriting contributions from Future Cut, Heidi Rojas, Jez Ashurst, Autumn Rowe, Fraser T. Smith, Malay, George Moore, Julian Bunetta, Sonny J Mason, and Cadenza.

Jorja Smith has unleashed her new single online.

“Be Honest” – featuring Burna Boy – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Amira “Miraa May” Benameur alongside Oliver “Cadenza” Rodigan (Kara Marni, Rita Ora) and Andron “IzyBeats” Cross (Kasai, Claudia Valentina).

Smith’s debut studio collection, 2018’s “Lost & Found,” debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles including “The One,” “Goodbyes,” “Blue Lights,” “February 3rd,” “On Your Own” and “Teenage Fantasy.”

Smith also provided guest vocals on the track “Slow Down,” taken from Maverick Sabre’s latest album, “When I Wake Up.” The track was produced by regular collaborators Charlie Perry and Prashant “Engine Earz” Mistry.

RuthAnne teams up with Fraser T. Smith for new single “It Is What It Is”

RuthAnne has announced the details for her new single.

The Irish singer/songwriter (also known as Ruth-Anne Cunningham) christened “It Is What It Is” as her next promotional cut and will release it on November 16 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by Fraser T. Smith, whose recent credits include Craig David’s “I Know You,” Raye’s “Decline,” Calum Scott’s “You Are the Reason,” Dakota’s “Hate Loving You,” and Nina Nesbitt’s “Loyal to Me.”

RuthAnne is currently working on her debut album, which features previous singles “Liquid” (Mark Jackson, Ian Scott, Cadenza), “Take My Place” (Heidi Rojas, Future Cut) and “The Vow” (Julian Bunetta, AftrHrs, Future Cut).

As a songwriter, RuthAnne has penned songs for Jojo (“Too Little, Too Late”), Katharine McPhee (“Over It”), Leona Lewis (“Perfection”), Britney Spears (“Work Bitch”) and Niall Horan (“Slow Hands”).
