Mutya Keisha Siobhan unveil official lyric video for new single ‘Flatline’

Mutya Keisha Siobhan have unveiled the lyric video for their new single.

“Flatline” marks the first promotional single from the group’s upcoming as-yet-untitled album, out soon via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The track was written by group members Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy along with Devonte “Blood Orange” Hynes, who is known for collaborating with the likes of Florence Welch [Island Records], Sky Ferreira [Capitol Records] and Kylie Minogue [Parlophone Records].

Other tracks slotted for inclusion on the highly-anticipated project are “Boys,” “Victory,” “Back in the Day,” “Drum,” “I’m Alright,” and “Beat is Gone.”

For the new collection, MKS have teamed up with producers Future Cut: Darren Lewis & Tunde Babalola (Olly Murs, Pixie Lott), Richard “Biff” Stannard (Gabrielle, Paloma Faith), Uzoechi “MNEK” Emenike (Little Mix, The Saturdays) and Cameron McVey (Neneh Cherry, Shaznay Lewis).

Songwriters include Diane Warren (The Wanted, Nikki Williams), Angela Hunte (Jennifer Hudson, Melanie Fiona), Sia Furler (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera), Emeli Sande (Alesha Dixon, Fantasia Barrino), Karen Poole (Little Nikki, Ginny Blackmore) and Wayne Hector (Cover Drive, One Direction).

Mutya Keisha Siobhan have confirmed the details of their new single.

The British trio will release “Flatline” as the lead single from their upcoming as-yet-untitled album, which is scheduled to hit the stores later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The track was written by Mutya Buena, Keisha Buchanan and Siobhan Donaghy along with Devonte “Blood Orange” Hynes, whose recent credits include “Losing You” by Solange Knowles [Terrible Records] and “Everything is Embarrassing” by Sky Ferreira [Universal Music Group / Capitol Records].

As previously reported, the new collection by Mutya Keisha Siobhan will boast further songwriting contributions by Diane Warren (Natasha Bedingfield, Jennifer Hudson), Sia Furler (Rihanna, Beyonce Knowles), Wayne Hector (Jennifer Lopez, Enrique Iglesias), Angela Hunte (Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus) and Iain “Sparx” James (Ella Henderson, Olly Murs).

“Boys” is slotted for inclusion on the British group’s upcoming album, which will be released later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Recent credits by Lucas Secon include “Red Hot Kinda Love” by Christina Aguilera [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], “Another One” by Conor Maynard [EMI Music Group / Parlophone Records] and “Cry Your Heart Out” by Olly Murs [Sony Music Entertainment / Syco Music / Epic Records].

Eagle-Eye Cherry is out with his fourth album “Can’t Get Enough.”

The new collection – which serves as the follow-up to 2007’s “Live and Kicking” – is now available to download on iTunes and all other digital outlets via Universal Music Group / Vertigo / Polydor Records.

Lead single “Can’t Get Enough” was written by Eagle-Eye Cherry along with Peter Svensson, who is also behind “Love Me” by Justin Bieber [Universal Music Group / Island Def Jam Recordings] and “When You Are Near” by Carolina Liar [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records].

Other musicians backing the Swedish singer/songwriter on the album are Cameron McVey (Siobhan Donaghy, Marlon Roudette), Martin “Max Martin” Sandberg (Britney Spears, Katy Perry) and Klas Ahlund (Usher Raymond, Jordin Sparks).
