Bea Miller delivers sophomore album “Aurora”

American singer/songwriter Bea Miller has delivered her new album online.

“Aurora” – featuring promotional singles “Song Like You” and “S.L.U.T.” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Not an Apology” boasts songwriting contributions from Steph Jones, Cara Salimando, Sizzy Rocket, Paris Carney, Cole Citrenbaum, Julia Michaels, and Justin Tranter.

On the production front, Miller was worked with Warren “Oak” Felder, Trevorious, Zaire Kaolo, Ido Zmishlany, Jarrad Rogers, Spencer Bastian, Jintae Ko, Mike Sabath, Jesse Shatkin, Cole Citrenbaum, DJ Stanfill, Imad Royal, Dylan Bauld, Michel Heyaca, Gladius James, and Dreamlab.

Ella Henderson drafts Sasha Sloan, Two Inch Punch for new single “Ugly”

British singer/songwriter Ella Henderson has selected “Ugly” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming sophomore album and will release it later this year via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was co-written by Henderson alongside fellow recording artist Sasha Sloan, whose other credits include Camila Cabello’s “Never Be the Same,” Niia Rocco’s “Nobody,” Alma’s “Phases,” Maggie Lindemann’s “Pretty Girl,” Kygo’s “This Town,” and Louis Tomlinson’s “Just Hold On.”

Production duties on “Ugly” were handled by Two Inch Punch, who is also responsible for Rag’n’Bone Man’s “Human,” Dan Caplen’s “Two Fingers,” Saya’s “Cold Fire,” JP Cooper’s “Good Friend,” Sam Smith’s “Money on My Mind,” Anne-Marie’s “Boy,” Ella Eyre’s “Deeper,” and Moko’s “With You.”

The follow-up to 2014’s “Chapter One” reportedly boasts further contributions from Moon Willis, Lindy Robbins, Robopop, Cara Salimando, Danny Parker, Kamille, Fred Ball, Jennifer Decilveo, Martin Sjolie, Dyo, Cass Lowe, Shungudzo, Fraser T. Smith, Chiara Hunter, Dallas Austin, Lauren Aquilina, Jordan Riley, MoZella, Sam Romans, Isabella Summers, JHart, and Electric Music.

As a songwriter, Henderson recently co-penned “Guilty” for Paloma Faith alongside Wayne Hector and Peter Kelleher, Benjamin Kohn, and Thomas Barnes of UK songwriting/production trio TMS. The track appears on Faith’s fourth album under Sony Music Entertainment UK, “The Architect.”

Jaira Burns reveals music video for new single “High Rollin”

Jaira Burns has revealed the music video for her new promotional single online.

The Matthew Dillon Cohen-directed clip for “High Rollin” was posted to the American singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on 6 December 2017.

The track was co-written by Brett “Leland” McLaughlin alongside Cara Salimando, whose other credits include Pussy Riot’s “Police State,” Jarina De Marco’s “STFU,” Grace Mitchell’s “French Becky,” Kesha’s “Hymn,” Dua Lipa’s “Begging,” and The Heydaze’s “New Religion.”

Production duties on “High Rollin” were handled by The Futuristics, who are also responsible for Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Alex Aiono’s “Does it Feel Like Falling,” Liz Huett’s “STFU & Hold Me,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “Bad Things,” Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” and G-Eazy’s “Him & I.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Burns’ upcoming debut project – featuring previous promotional singles “Ugly” and “Burn Slow” – is expected to arrive early next year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Grace Mitchell delivers new promotional single “Riiich”

Grace Mitchell has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Riich” – which was written by Mitchell alongside Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic and Noel Zancanella – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Riiich” were collectively handled by Tedder and Zach Skelton, who are also responsible for Rachel Platten’s “Labels,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Most Girls,” and James Blunt’s “Love Me Better.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Mitchell’s upcoming project – featuring the Martin Johnson-produced “Come Back for You,” Cara Salimando-penned “French Becky” and Teddy Geiger-assisted “Capital Letters” – is expected to arrive early next year via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Mattman & Robin, Julie Frost, Francis “Eg” White, Justin Tranter, Emily Warren, Jussi “Jussifer” Illmari, Alex Hope, Brett “Leland” McLaughlin, Justin Parker, Fraser T. Smith, and Jesse Shatkin.

The track was co-written by Cara Salimando alongside Brett “Leland” McLaughlin, whose other credits include Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Martin Garrix’s “There for You,” Sabrina Carpenter’s “Why,” Troye Sivan’s “Youth,” Allie X’s “Paper Love,” Daya’s “Cool,” and Kat Graham’s “Secrets.”

Production duties on “High Rollin'” were handled by Alex Schwartz and Joe Khajadourian of The Futuristics, who are also responsible for Alex Aiono’s “Does it Feel Like Falling,” Liz Huett’s “STFU & Hold Me,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “Bad Things,” Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” and Trey Songz’s “Serve it Up.”

Born Christopher Crowhurst, Loco’s credits include Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger than Ever,” Emeli Sande’s “Garden,” Kevin Garrett’s “Little Bit of You,” Justine Skye’s “U Don’t Know,” Etta Bond’s “Kiss My Girlfriend,” Sinead Harnett’s “Rather Be with You,” and Professor Green’s “Lullaby.”

Jojo drafts Big Taste for fourth album

American singer/songwriter Joanna Noëlle Levesque, known professionally as JoJo, has teamed up with Big Taste for a new collaboration.

Born Leroy Clampitt, the Los Angeles-based record producer’s credits include Bebe Rexha’s “Small Doses,” Jake Miller’s “Overnight,” Maty Noyes’ “Falling Out of Love,” Dua Lipa’s “Genesis,” Adam Lambert’s “Two Fux,” Phoebe Ryan’s “Forgetting All About You,” and Justin Bieber’s “Company.”

In addition to contributing to the next projects by Raye, Jess Kent, Sabina Ddumba, Era Istrefi, Alma, Dagny, and Marina Diamandis; Big Taste has signed a record deal with Universal Music Group imprint Island Records.
