RAYE hints at new collaboration with Illangelo, Billy Walsh

RAYE has hinted at a new collaboration with Billy Walsh and Illangelo.

“S/O to my GS @illangelo @billywalsh,” the British singer/songwriter (born Rachel Agatha Keen) has posted to her InstaStory on Wednesday (July 26, 2017).

The songwriting and production duo are responsible for Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Elijah Blake’s “Live Till We Die,” Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” and Majid Jordan’s “Something About You.”

Their promotional single “Move Together,” which features guest vocals from Majid Joran and released under the duo’s stage name Somewhere Else, is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, RAYE’s upcoming still-untitled project – featuring current single “The Line” – is expected to arrive later this year via Polydor Records.

On the songwriting front, the “I, U, Us” star has contributed to the next releases by Rihanna, Jess Glynne, Little Mix, Rita Ora, Mabel McVey, Era Istrefi, Rudimental, Anne-Marie, Naughty Boy, Ellie Goulding, and Ray BLK.

Elley Duhe drops new promotional single “Fly”

American singer/songwriter Elley Duhe has dropped her new single online.

“Fly” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Fly” were handled by Cool & Dre (born Marcello Valenzano and Andre Lyon), who are known for their works with The Game (“Hate it or Love It”), Christina Milian (“Say I”), Teairra Mari (“Get Down Tonight”), Lil Wayne (“On Fire”) and Brick & Lace (“Mr. Officer”).

Duhe’s upcoming project – featuring previous single “Immortal” – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

American singer/songwriter Grace Mitchell has released her new single online.

“Come Back for You” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written and produced by Martin Johnson, whose other credits include Hunter Hayes’ “Yesterday’s Song,” Pentatonix’s “Sing,” Elle King’s “America’s Sweetheart,” Olly Murs’ “Beautiful to Me,” Christina Perri’s “Human,” and Jason Derulo’s “The Other Side.”

Mitchell’s upcoming project – featuring previous single “Kids (Ain’t All Right”) – is expected to arrive later this year via Republic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers additional songwriting contributions from Leland (Selena Gomez), Julie Frost (Beyonce), Teddy Geiger (Shawn Mendes), Cara Salimando (Dua Lipa), Andrew Watt (Rita Ora), Emily Warren (Sean Paul) and Justin Tranter (Imagine Dragons).

Emeli Sande teams up with Chase & Status for new single “Love Me More”

Scottish singer/songwriter Emeli Sande has teamed up with British electronic music production duo Chase & Status for their new single “Love Me More,” now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track is lifted from the duo’s upcoming fourth album “Tribe,” which will arrive on August 18 via Universal Music Group / Mercury Records.

On the follow-up to 2013’s “Brand New Machine,” Chase & Status have also teamed up with Craig David (“Reloaded”), Seinabo Sey (“Know Your Name”), Tom Grennan (“All Goes Wrong”), Bugzy Malone (“Don’t Stop”), Kano (“Dubplate Original”) and Mr. Vegas (“Big Man Skank”).

Sande, on the other hand, has recorded further new material with producers including Mark Batson (Eminem, Skylar Grey), Stephan Moccio (Fergie, The Weeknd), Illangelo (Raye, Jorja Smith) and Fred Ball (Rihanna, Alicia Keys).

Her latest studio collection “Long Live the Angels,” which was released earlier this year via Virgin EMI Records, peaked to number two on the UK Albums Chart and spawned three singles in the shape of “Hurts,” “Breathing Underwater” and “Highs & Lows.”

Kali Uchis has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The Colombian-American singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Tyrant” – featuring guest vocals from British singer/songwriter Jorja Smith – to her Vevo channel on Wednesday (June 21, 2017).

Production duties on “Tyrant” were collectively handled by Mark “Sounwave” Spears (Kendrick Lamar, Raleigh Ritchie), Jairus Mozee (Faith Evans, Jill Scott) and Larrance Dopson (Ty Dolla Sign, Lupe Fiasco).

Chromeo have teased a new collaboration with Raphael Saadiq.

“The god @raphael_saadiq laced us too. People don’t even know how incredible of a bass player he is. We got a bunch some of our idols on this album,” the Canadian electro-funk duo posted on Instagram on Saturday (June 17, 2017).

Saadiq’s recent songwriting and production credits include Solange’s “Cranes in the Sky,” Usher’s “Champions,” Andra Day’s “Cheers to the Fall,” Miguel’s “Flesh,” and Adrian Marcel’s “Eyes Don’t Lie.”

His extensive resume boasts additional works with Joss Stone (“Tell Me ‘Bout It”), D’Angelo (“Lady”), TLC (“So So Dumb”), Kelis (“80s Joint”), Mary J. Blige (“Color”), Kelly Price (“So Sweet”), Teedra Moses (“Take Me”), Alicia Keys (“Lesson Learned”) and Whitney Houston (“Fine”).
