Paloma Faith teases new collaboration with Sia Furler

Paloma Faith has teased a new collaboration with Sia Furler.

“Super happy that you are all loving my collaboration with the amazing @Sia #Warrior. Coming soon on my new album …” the British singer/songwriter posted on Twitter.

Sia’s recent songwriting credits include Zayn Malik’s “Dusk Till Dawn,” Camila Cabello’s “Crying in the Club,” Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm,” Halsey’s “Devil in Me,” and Brooke Candy’s “Living Out Loud.”

The Australian artist’s last album, “This is Acting,” was released in 2016 via Puzzle Monkey Records in partnership with Sony Music’s RCA Records. That collection peaked to number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Alive” and “Cheap Thrills.”

Meanwhile, Faith’s current promotional single “Cry Baby” – which was written with Cleo Tighe, Lindy Robbins, and Finlay “Starsmith” Dow-Smith – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Her upcoming fourth studio collection, “The Architect,” is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts further contributions from Jesse Shatkin (Kelly Clarkson), Francis T. Smith (Maverick Sabre), Jake Gosling (Nina Nesbitt), Cass Lowe (Sam Smith), Fred Ball (Toni Braxton), Greg Kurstin (Liam Gallagher), Knox Brown (Jess Glynne) and TMS (Craig David).

Ray BLK hits the studio with Snakehips, Evan “Kidd” Bogart

British singer/songwriter Rita Ekwere, professionally known as Ray BLK, has teamed up with Snakehips and Evan “Kidd” Bogart for a new collaboration.

Composed of Oliver Lee and James Carter; Snakehips are known for their works with Aanysa (“Burn Break Crash”), Malika (“Fall for You”), Anne-Marie (“Either Way”), Sinead Harnett (“Days with You”), Tinashe (“All My Friends”), MØ (“Don’t Leave”) and Anderson Paak (“Money on Me”).

On the songwriting front, Bogart is responsible for co-penning Madonna’s “Ghosttown,” Britney Spears’s “Love Me Down,” ZZ Ward’s “Help Me Mama,” Leona Lewis’s’ “Happy,” Beyonce’s “Halo,” Jason Derulo’s “It Girl,” Olivia Holt’s “History,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Black Heart,” and Rihanna’s “S.O.S.”

Meanwhile, BLK’s upcoming project – featuring current promotional single “Doing Me” – is scheduled to arrive later this year via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts contributions from Chris Loco (Diana Gordon), Moon Willis (Justine Skye), Paul Epworth (FKA twigs), Cass Lowe (Niia Rocco), MNEK (Demi Lovato), Jax Jones (Selena Gomez), Two Inch Punch (Ella Eyre), Courage (Foxes) and Jordan Riley (Nina Nesbitt).

The American singer, songwriter, and actor posted the Emil Nava-directed clip for “Find You” to his Vevo channel on Sunday (September 17, 2017).

Co-written by Simon Wilcox alongside Jakob Hazell and Svante Halldin of Jack & Cocke; “Find You” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Jonas’s upcoming fourth album – featuring the Mike Posner and Anne-Marie-assisted lead single “Remember I Told You” – is expected to arrive later this year via Safehouse Records and Island Records.

Sam Smith has premiered the music video for his new single online.

The singer/songwriter (born Samuel Frederick Smith) posted the visual clip for “Too Good at Goodbyes” to his Vevo channel on Monday (September 18, 2017).

Co-written by James “Jimmy Napes” Napier alongside Tor Hermansen and Mikkel Eriksen of Norwegian production duo Stargate; “Too Good at Goodbyes” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Smith’s upcoming sophomore studio collection and follow-up to 2014’s “In the Lonely Hour” is scheduled to arrive later this year via PMR Records in partnership with Capitol Records.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts additional songwriting contributions from Levi Lennox (Zayn Malik), Tyler Johnson (John Legend), Sophie “Frances” Cooke (Meghan Trainor), Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd (Trey Songz), Rachel Furner (Craig David) and Tobias Jesso Jr. (Adele).

“Find You” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by regular collaborator Simon Wilcox, whose other credits include Tinashe’s “Flame,” Demi Lovato’s “Body Say,” Britney Spears’ “If I’m Dancing,” and Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Cut to the Feeling.”

Production duties on “Find You” were handled by Jakob Hazell and Svante Halldin of Jack & Cocke, who are also responsible for Jojo’s “Honest,” The Vamps’ “Same to You,” and All Time Low’s “Life of the Party.”

The multi-platinum selling British songwriter and record producer’s credits include Charli XCX’s “Boys,” Snakehips’ “All My Friends,” Rudimental’s “Sun Comes Up,” Astrid S’ “Such a Boy,” Fifth Harmony’s “Scared of Lonely,” AlunaGeorge’s “I Remember,” and Niia Rocco’s “Girl Like Me.”

Fans of Lowe’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next projects by Nick Jonas, Ray BLK, Sam Smith, Dagny, Ella Henderson, Stanaj, Paloma Faith, David Guetta, Anne-Marie, Bluey, Kenzie May, Era Istrefi, Marina Diamandis, Kiah Victoria, and Clean Bandit.

Alex Aiono has announced the details for his new single online.

The Maori/Samoan-American singer and songwriter (Martin Alexander Aiono) christened “Does it Feel Like Falling” – featuring Trinidad Cardona – as his next promotional single and will release it on September 15th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Does it Feel Like Falling” were handled by Alex Schwartz and Joe Khajadourian of The Futuristics, who are also responsible for MGK & Camila Cabello’s “Bad Things,” Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Natalie La Rose’s “Somebody,” and Liz Huett’s “STFU and Hold Me.”

Aiono’s upcoming project, on the other hand, is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.
