Cosha drafts Emile Haynie for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Cassia O’Reilly, professionally known as Cosha, has drafted Emile Haynie for a new collaboration.

Besides releasing his debut album “We Fall” in 2015 via Interscope Records, Haynie also co-wrote and produced songs for Lana Del Rey (“Summertime Sadness”), Bruno Mars (“Locked Out of Heaven”), Dua Lipa (“New Love”), Camila Cabello (“Consequences”) and Emeli Sande (“My Kind of Love”).

Meanwhile, Cosha’s latest collection “R.I.P Bonzai” – featuring contributions from Rostam Batmanglij, Jeff Gitty, Mura Masa, Grades, Francis “Eg” White, and Danny L Harle – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

Her upcoming project – which reportedly delivers additional alliances with Ariel Rechtshaid, Justin Raisen, Stint, Cass Lowe, Fred Ball, Tricky Stewart, and Justin Parker – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music UK.

Cosha unleashes new promotional single “Do You Wanna Dance?”

British singer/songwriter Cosha, formerly known as Bonzai, has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Do You Wanna Dance” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Cosha (real name Cassia O’Reilly) alongside fellow recording artist Rostam Batmanglij, whose recent credits include Maggie Rogers’ “Falling Water,” Lykke Li’s “Hard Rain,” and Haim’s “Little of Your Love.”

Cosha’s upcoming project – featuring further contributions from Jeff Gitty, Stint, Fred Ball, King Henry, Grades, Justin Raisen, and Sad Pony – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Bonzai premieres music video for new single “I Feel Alright”

British singer/songwriter Cassia O’Reilly, known mononymously as Bonzai, has premiered the music video for her new promotional single online.

The visual clip for “I Feel Alright” was posted the Dublin-raised artist’s Vevo channel on Wednesday (August 09, 2017).

As mentioned in earlier posts, production duties on “I Feel Alright” were collectively handled by Mura Masa (ASAP Rocky, NAO) and Danny L Harle (Carly Rae Jepsen, Caroline Polacheck).

Bonzai’s upcoming debut album, on the other hand, is expected to arrive next year via Sony Music Entertainment UK Limited.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further contributions from GRADES (Mullally), Justin Raisen (Lawrence Rothman), Sad Pony (Kelela), Rostam Batmanglij (Declain McKenna) and A.G. Cook (Charli XCX).

Bonzai drafts Rostam Batmanglij for new collaboration

British singer-songwriter Cassia O’Reilly, professionally known as Bonzai, has teamed up with Rostam Batmanglij for a new collaboration.

The American singer, songwriter, and record producer, mononymously referred to as Rostam, had previously worked with artists including Solange (“F.U.B.U.”), HAIM (“Little of Your Love”), Frank Ocean (“Ivy”), Santigold (“Big Boss Big Time Business”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Warm Blood”), Declain McKenna (“Listen to Your Friends”) and Charli XCX (“Need Ur Love”).

His upcoming debut album “Half Light” – featuring promotional singles “Gwan” and the Ariel Rechtshaid-assisted “Bike Dream” – is scheduled to arrive on September 8th via Nonesuch Records.

For her upcoming debut project under Sony Music Entertainment UK, Bonzai has also worked with GRADES (Alina Baraz), Mura Masa (Charli XCX), Justin Raisen (Sky Ferreira), Nugget (Kelela), Danny L Harle (Carly Rae Jepsen), Andrew Wyatt (Dua Lipa) and Fred Ball (Rihanna).

Her current single “I Feel Alright” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

“I Feel Alright” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Bonzai (born Cassia O’Reilly) co-wrote “I Feel Alright” alongside fellow recording artists Mura Masa (ASAP Rocky, Charli XCX) and Danny L Harle (Carly Rae Jepsen, Caroline Polacheck).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Bonzai is expected to release her upcoming project, which follows 2015’s “Royah” and 2016’s “Sleepy Hungry” and “Lunacy,” later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Bonzai hits the studio with Justin Raisen

British singer-songwriter Bonzai (born Cassia O’Reilly) has teamed up with Justin Raisen for a new collaboration.

Along with sibling Jeremiah “Nugget” Raisen, Justin has helmed songs for Charli XCX (“London Queen”), Sky Ferreira (“Love in Stereo”), Santigold (Who I Thought You Were), Lawrence Rothman (“H”) and MS MR (“Criminals).

The American producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist’s resume boasts further works with Kylie Minogue (“If Only”), Theophilus London (“Why Even Try?”), Kim Gordon (“Murdered Out”), Ariel Pink (“Picture Me Gone”), Little Boots (“Satellite”) and Angel Olsen (“Shut Up Kiss Me”).

Meanwhile, Bonzai is expected to release her upcoming debut album later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Her current mini-collection “Lunacy” – featuring “I Did,” “Bodhran,” “2B,” “Ding Ding Ding” and “Cruel” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
