Tinashe unleashes new album “Songs for You”

American singer/songwriter Tinashe Kachingwe, known mononymously as Tinashe, has unleashed her new album online.

“Songs for You” – featuring singles “Die a Little Bit” and “Touch & Go” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

The follow-up to 2018’s “Joyride” boasts songwriting contributions from Lisa Scinta, Krystin “Rook Monroe” Watkins, Dimitri McDowell, Elliot Trent, Alec King, London Jae, Kudzai Kachingwe, Mayila Jones, Lorenzo Chatmon, Gabrielle “Goldie” Nowee, and Riley McDonough.

On the production front, Tinashe has worked with Hit-Boy, Smash David, Hitmaka, Kingdom, MAKJ, Trackside, Killah B, Oliver Malcolm, Stylaz Fuego, Wax Motif, Go Grizzly, Pooh Beatz, Turn Me Up Josh, Uforo Ebong, Oliver Malcolm, Todd Prichard, Myles Morgan, and Darion Javon.

Justine Skye releases new “Bare With Me” EP

Justine Skye has released her new EP online.

“Bare With Me” – featuring six new songs including “Too Much,” “Secrets,” “Bulletproof,” “Fav” and “When You’re Ready” – is now available via Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Lead single “Maybe” was produced by Andrew “Dre Skull” Hershey (Santigold, Mabel McVey) and written by Skye alongside Josh Werner and Fai Khadra.

Other EP contributors include fellow recording artists Dyo and Jaz Karis as well as producers/songwriters P2J (Mario, Sinead Harnett), Ari PenSmith (Snoh Aalegra, Chris Brown), James Fauntleroy (Rihanna, Justin Timberlake), Hit-Boy (Bebe Rexha, Craig David) and The Rascals (Kehlani, Arin Ray).

Craig David has released his new single online.

“Do You Miss Me Much” – which was written by David alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Gary Barlow and Fraser T. Smith – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

David’s upcoming eighth album – featuring previous single “When You Know What Love Is” – is expected to arrive early next year via Sony Music Entertainment UK / Insanity Records.

The follow-up to 2018’s “The Time Is Now” reportedly delivers additional contributions from Hit-Boy, Lionchld, Max Wolfgang, Matt Zara, Cathy Dennis, Naughty Boy, Ed Drewett, Rachel Furner, Oliver Heldens, Tre Jean-Marie, Grace Barker, ADP, Carmen Reece, Alan Sampson, and Banx & Ranx.

Craig David confirms details for new single “Do You Miss Me Much”

Craig David has announced the details for his new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Do You Miss Me Much” as his next promotional cut and will release it on August 22 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Gary Barlow of Take That alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Raye, Jess Glynne) and Fraser T. Smith (Ella Eyre, Sam Smith).

American singer/songwriter Khalid Robinson, known mononymously as Khalid, has liberated his sophomore studio collection online.

“Free Spirit” – featuring singles “My Bad,” “Better,” “Tallk” and “Don’t Pretend” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Digi, Scribz Riley, Kurtis “K9” McKenzie, Stargate, John Hill, Emily Warren, Al Shux, D’Mile, Sarah Aarons, Hit-Boy, Disclosure, Murda Beatz, Doc McKinney, Charlie Handsome, DJ Dahi, and Sam Romans.

Khalid drafts Sam Romans, Hit-Boy for new promotional single “Self”

American singer/songwriter Khalid Robinson, known mononymously as Khalid, has liberated his new promotional single online.

“Self” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Sam Romans (known by his stage name RØMANS), whose other credits include Craig David’s “Heartline,” Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt,” Demi Lovato’s “Sober,” Justine Skye’s “Don’t Think About It,” AlunaGeorge’s “I’m in Control,” and Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved.”

Production duties on “Self” were handled by Hit-Boy (born Chauncey Hollis), who is also responsible for Beyonce’s “Bow Down,” Kelly Rowland’s “Lay it On Me,” Mary J. Blige’s “Stronger,” Rihanna’s “Watch n’ Learn,” Nicki Minaj’s “Feeling Myself,” Mariah Carey’s “Thirsty,” and Tinashe’s “Joyride.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Khalid’s sophomore studio collection “Free Spirit” – featuring previous singles “My Bad,” “Better,” “Talk” and “Saturday Nights” – will arrive on April 5th via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The follow-up to 2017’s “American Teen” yields additional contributions from Stargate (Normani), Charlie Handsome (Sevyn Streeter), Jamil “Digi” Chammas (Arlissa), Denis Kosiak (Martin Garrix), Scribz Riley (Tove Lo), D’Mile (Lucky Daye), Kurtis “K9” McKenzie (Lauren Jauregui) and Al Shux (Elle Varner).
