Cheryl confirms new single “Love Made Me Do It”

British singer/songwriter Cheryl Tweedy, known mononymously as Cheryl, has dubbed “Love Made Me Do It” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming fifth album under Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The track – which was written by Cheryl alongside Nicola Roberts, Natasha Bedingfield, Miranda Cooper, Dylan Cooper and The Invisible Men (aka George Astasio, Jason Pebworth, and Jonathan Shave) – will arrive on November 9th via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Cheryl’s next studio collection, which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Only Human,” reportedly yields further songwriting contributions and productions from Wayne Wilkins, Chiara Hunter, Kevin Anyaeji, Heidi Rojas, Naughty Boy, Steph Jones, and Gina Kushka.

Cheryl has unwrapped the official artwork for her new single online.

“I Don’t Care” marks the second promotional cut from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming fourth studio album, “Only Human.”

Previous single, the Tinie Tempah-assisted / Wayne Wilkins-produced “Crazy Stupid Love,” debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart.

As previously reported, “Only Human” is scheduled will hit stores and digital outlets later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The follow-up to 2012’s “A Million Lights” features productions from Lucas Secon (Trey Songz, Jordin Sparks), Greg Kurstin (Beyonce, Kylie Minogue), Jesse Shatkin (Dido, Kelly Clarkson) and Jim Eliot (Olly Murs, Ellie Goulding).

On the songwriting front, Cheryl has teamed up with Sia (Labrinth, Celine Dion), Nicola Roberts (Little Mix, Conor Maynard), Maureen “Mozella” McDonald (Tinashe, Mary Lambert) and Joel Compass (Laura Welsh, FKA Twigs).

The British singer/songwriter christened “I Don’t Care” as the second promotional single from her fourth studio album, “Only Human.”

It follows the Tine Tempah-assisted / Wayne Wilkins-produced “Crazy Stupid Love,” which debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart.

As previously reported, “Only Human” is due later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The highly-anticipated LP will yield productions and songwriting contributions from Greg Kurstin, Sia, Jesse Shatkin, Camille Purcell, Lucas Secon, Nicola Roberts, Jim Eliot, Chris Loco, and Joel Compass.

Nicki Minaj unleashes “Anaconda” music video

Nicki Minaj has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

“Anaconda” marks the second promotional single from the hip hop artist’s upcoming third album, “The Pinkprint,” out soon via Republic Records.

The track – produced by Da Internz and Polow Da Don – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Video treatment was handled by Colin Tilley, who is also responsible for Jason Derulo’s “Wiggle” [Warner Bros. Records], Little Mix’s “Salute” [Syco Music] and Cheryl’s “Crazy Stupid Love” [Polydor Records].

“The Pinkprint” serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded,” which debuted at number one on the US Albums Chart.

It will boast further productions from Parker Ighile (Rihanna, Jessie J), Mike WiLL Made It (Ciara, Miley Cyrus), Boi-1da (Drake, Chris Brown), Detail (Beyonce, Kelly Rowland) and Dr. Luke (Britney Spears, Katy Perry).

FKA Twigs has revealed the songwriting credits for her upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter – born Tahliah Barnett – is scheduled to release “LP1” on August 12 via Young Turks Recordings.

Lead single “Two Weeks” – written by FKA Twigs along with Emile Haynie – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

Joel Compass has debuted the music video for his new single online.

“Girlfriends” is lifted from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming debut album, “Science,” out on early 2015 via Polydor Records.

The track was written by Joel Compass along with Nicola Roberts, Miranda Cooper and Amanda Ghost, whose credits include Jordin Sparks’ “Tattoo” [RCA Records] and Beyonce’s “Beautiful Liar” [Columbia Records].

Production duties were handled by Jason Pebworth, George Astasio and Jon Shave of The Invisible Men, who are also responsible for Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” [Island Records] and Conor Maynard’s “Can’t Say No” [Parlophone Records].

“Girlfriends” follows previous single “Forgive Me,” which debuted at number thirty four on the UK Singles Chart.

British singer/songwriter Cheryl Cole has enlisted hitmaker Jim Eliot for her upcoming fourth studio album, “Only Human.”

Eliot is responsible for co-writing and producing Kylie Minogue’s “All the Lovers” [Parlophone Records], Will Young’s “I Just Want a Lover” [RCA Records] and Olly Murs’ “Heart Skips a Beat” [Epic Records].

His resume also includes works for Ellie Goulding [Polydor Records], Christina Perri [Atlantic Records], Mikky Ekko [RCA Records], Little Boots [On Repeat Records] and Jetta [Polydor Records].

Meanwhile, Cole’s upcoming studio album “Only Human” – which serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Messy Little Raindrops” – is scheduled for release in November via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

The British songwriter and record producer – born Shahid Khan – is overseeing the next release by the legendary R&B songstress, tentatively entitled “The London Sessions.”

His debut album, 2013’s “Hotel Cabana,” featured guest appearances from Emeli Sande [Virgin EMI Records], Gabrielle [Island Records], Ed Sheeran [Atlantic Records] and Sam Smith [PMR / Capitol Records].

Lead single “Crazy Stupid Love” – featuring Tinie Tempah – was written by Cheryl Cole along with Heidi Rojas, Katelyn Tarver and Wayne Wilkins.

“Only Human” serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “A Million Lights,” which debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart and delivered two hit singles in the shape of “Call My Name” and “Under the Sun.”

As previously reported, the highly-anticipated new album by Cheryl Cole will boast songwriting contributions from Camille Purcell, Maureen McDonald, Sia Furler, Priscilla Renea, Nicola Roberts, Joel Compass, and Iain James.
