Ella Eyre reveals debut album “Feline” tracklisting

Ella Eyre has revealed the official tracklisting for her upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter – born Ella McMahon – is scheduled to release “Feline” in the UK on February 28, 2015 via Virgin EMI Records.

Current single “Comeback” – which was written by Eyre along with Ilya “KnocDown” Salmanzadeh, Alexander Kronlund and Oscar “OZGO” Goerres – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

“Feline” yields further alliances with Chris Loco (“Fall Down”), Two Inch Punch (“Deeper”), Jarrad Rogers (“If I Go”), Paddy Byrne (“Home”), Starsmith (“Don’t Follow Me”), Steve Robson (“Alone Too”) and Jonny Lattimer (“Restart”).

Laura Welsh has unleashed the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Ghosts” to her official Vevo page on Thursday (December 11, 2014).

“Ghosts” was co-written by Jonathan Lipsey and produced by Greg Kurstin, whose recent credits include Taylor Swift’s “I Wish You Would” [Big Machine Records] and Beyonce’s “Standing on the Sun” [Columbia Records].

The track is lifted from Welsh’s debut studio collection, “Soft Control,” out on January 19, 2015 via Outsiders Recorded Music and Polydor Records.

Album contributors include Amanda Ghost (Shakira, Jennifer Lopez), Chris Loco (Kwabs, Becky Hill), Devonte Hynes (Solange, FKA twigs), Scott Hoffman (Chris Brown, Joel Compass) and Ian Dench (Alesha Dixon, Jordin Sparks).

Ella Eyre teams with Olly Murs for new single “Up”

Ella Eyre has shared a new performance video online.

The British singer/songwriter posted an exclusive live performance of “Up” – with Olly Murs – to her YouTube page on Wednesday (December 03, 2014).

“Up” is lifted from Olly Murs’ fourth album, “Never Been Better,” now available for download via iTunes (UK) in partnership with Syco Music and Epic Records.

The track – which originally features vocals from Demi Lovato – was written by Maegan Cottone and Wayne Hector along with Mich “Cutfather” Hansen, Daniel Davidsen and Peter Wallevik.

Meanwhile, Eyre’s highly-anticipated debut studio collection “Feline” will be released in early 2015 via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The up and coming singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Bet U Wish” to her official SoundCloud page on Tuesday (November 25, 2014).

Production duties on “Bet U Wish” were handled by Chris Loco, whose recent credits include The Veronicas’ “Always” [Sony Music Entertainment Australia] and Professor Green’s “Lullaby” f/ Tori Kelly [Virgin EMI Records].

The track is lifted from Raye’s debut mini-album, which can be downloaded for free from her website (www.rayesongs.com).

Bipolar Sunshine has debuted his new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Daydreamer” to his official YouTube page on Wednesday (November 19, 2014).

“Daydreamer” was produced by SBTRKT along with Fraser T. Smith, whose recent credits include Kimbra’s “Goldmine” [Warner Bros. Records], Katy B’s “Still” [Columbia Records] and Sam Smith’s “Not in That Way” [Capitol Records].

The track will be available for download from January 26, 2015 via iTunes (UK) in partnership with Aesthetic Recordings and Polydor Records.

As previously reported, the first studio collection by Bipolar Sunshine – born Adio Merchant – is expected to hit stores during the first quarter of 2015.

The still-untitled project will feature collaborations with Eg White (Mary J. Blige, James Blunt), Chris Loco (Emeli Sande, Professor Green), Jonny Lattimer (Kwabs, Rebecca Ferguson) and MNEK (Rudimental, Joel Compass).

Laura Welsh has confirmed the title for her new single.

The singer/songwriter dubbed “Ghosts” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming debut album on Outsiders Recorded Music / Polydor Records.

“Ghosts” was written by Laura Welsh along with Jonathan Lipsey, whose resume includes works for Kylie Minogue (“Heart Beat Rock”), Sugababes (“Follow Me Home”) and Gabriella Cilmi (“Every Morning”).

Welsh previously provided vocals on hit single “Here for You,” taken from Gorgon City’s debut album “Sirens,” out now via Black Butter / Virgin EMI Records. The MNEK-assisted track peaked at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart.

Her as-yet-untitled studio collection reportedly boasts further collaborations with Amanda Ghost, John Legend, Devonte “Blood Orange” Hynes, Chris Loco, Emile Haynie, Scott “Babydaddy” Hoffman, and Robin Hannibal.

Emeli Sande hits the studio with David Guetta

Emeli Sande is making music with David Guetta.

There’s been no word on what the pair worked on last night, or whether the session was intended for a future Guetta release or Sande’s second LP.

Guetta’s last single, the Sam Martin-assisted “Lovers on the Sun,” debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart.

The French trance DJ and music producer will release his sixth studio collection later this year via Warner Music Group / Parlophone Records.

Sande, meanwhile, is currently putting the final touches on her second album. The still-untitled LP serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “Our Version of Events,” which featured hit singles including “My Kind of Love” and “Next to Me.”

For the highly-anticipated project, Sande has teamed up with Naughty Boy (Bastille, Ed Sheeran), Chris Loco (Laura Welsh, Sinead Harnett), Jonny Coffer (Sam Smith, Gorgon City) and Syience (Beyonce, John Legend).

Fans of Sande’s poignant songwriting should look out for the next projects by Rihanna [Roc Nation Records], Alicia Keys [RCA Records], Mary J. Blige [Capitol Records] and Jess Glynne [Atlantic Records].

Bipolar Sunshine has hinted at a new collaboration with Francis “Eg” White.

White is a British musician, songwriter and producer. He is primarily known for his work with successful commercial pop acts such as Adele [XL Recordings], Florence Welch [Island Records] and Sam Smith [Capitol Records].

Some of White’s songwriting and production credits include “Therapy” by Mary J. Blige [Capitol Records], “Disappointed” by Chloe Howl [Columbia Records] and “You My Everything” by Ellie Goulding [Polydor Records].

Bipolar Sunshine, meanwhile, is currently prepping for the release of his debut LP on Aesthetic Recordings / Polydor Records.

Bipolar Sunshine is making new music with Chris Loco.

There’s been no word on what the pair worked on last night, or whether the session was intended for another artist or Sunshine’s debut album.

Loco – born Chris Crowhurst – recently co-wrote and produced Professor Green’s “Lullaby,” which features vocals from singer/songwriter Tori Kelly. The track peaked at number four on the UK Singles Chart.

His resume also includes works for Laura Welsh [Polydor Records], Kwabs [Atlantic Records], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records], Kylie Minogue [Parlophone Records], Emeli Sande [Capitol Records] and Leona Lewis [Island Records].
