Cosima releases new promotional single “R U Lonely 2?”

British singer/songwriter Cosima Ehni, known mononymously as Cosima, has released her new promotional single online.

“R U Lonely 2?” is now via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Benjamin “Fryars” Garrett, whose songwriting and production resume boasts additional works with Rae Morris (“Atletico”), Mika (“Celebrate”) and Lilly Allen (“Trigger Bang”).

Cosima’s debut mini-album under Island Records, 2016’s “South of Heaven,” featured another collaboration with Fryars in the shape of “Girls Who Get Ready.” That project delivered further contributions from Greg Wells, Nina Woodford, Felix Joseph, and Josh Crocker.

For her next collection, which is expected to arrive later this year, Cosima has reportedly worked with Justin Raisen (Sky Ferreira, Charli XCX), Matt Parad (Anaïs, Kacy Hill), Joel Pott (Foxes, Mabel McVey), Sam Romans (Raye, Craig David) and Jeff Gitty (Kali Uchis, Lianne La Havas).

Cosima unveils new promotional single “Un-Named”

British singer/songwriter Cosima has unveiled her new single online.

“Un-Named” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was produced by Cosima alongside Joel Pott (Mabel McVey, George Ezra) and Dan Parry (Sam Smith, Roxanne Tataei).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Cosima’s upcoming project – featuring previous singles “Dreams” and “To Build a House” – is expected to arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “South of Heaven” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Justin “True” Raisen (Carly Rae Jepsen), GRADES (Jess Glynne), Sam Romans (Craig David), Lil Silva (Adele) and Jeff Gitty (Kelsey Lu).

Cosima teams with Justin Raisen for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Cosima Ehni, professionally known as Cosima, has teamed up with Justin Raisen for a new collaboration.

The American record producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist’s resume boasts works for Charli XCX (“London Queen”), Sky Ferreira (“Love in Stereo”), Santigold (Who I Thought You Were), Ariel Pink (“Picture Me Gone”), Little Boots (“Satellite”) and Angel Olsen (“Shut Up Kiss Me”).

Fans of Raisen’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next projects by Bonzai, Sky Ferreira, Lizzo, Miya Folick, Kai, Carly Rae Jepsen, Kitten, and Marissa Nadler.

Meanwhile, Cosima is expected to release her debut album – featuring current promotional single “Dreams” – later this year via Island Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Lil Silva (BANKS, Adele), Sam Romans (Alicia Keys, Jennifer Hudson), GRADES (NAO, Dua Lipa) and Jeff Gitty (Kelsey Lu, Chris Brown).

Cosima’s mini-album “South of Heaven” – featuring productions and songwriting contributions from Greg Wells, Nina Woodford-Wells, Felix Joseph, Henrik Van Rivers, Josh Crocker, and Roy “MyRiot” Kerr – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

Cosima premieres music video for new single “To Build a House”

Cosima has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “To Build a House” to her Vevo channel on Wednesday (February 15. 2017).

Production duties on “To Build a House” were handled by Matt Wiggins, whose other credits include Foxes’ “Echo,” Ellie Goulding’s “Your Song,” Lianne La Havas’ “Unstoppable,” and Adele’s “I Miss You.”

Meanwhile, Cosima’s first studio collection will arrive later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions and songwriting contributions from Lil Silva (BANKS, Sampha), Sam Romans (John Legend, Alicia Keys) and GRADES (Dua Lipa, Ella Henderson).
