Chris Loco hints at new collaboration with Javeon

Chris Loco has hinted at a new collaboration with Javeon.

“Sick day w @Javeon,” the British record producer and songwriter posted to his Twitter account on Wednesday (March 25, 2015).

Loco recently co-wrote and co-produced “Nothing but a Heartbeat” for Say Lou Lou. The Karen Poole-assisted track appears on the pop duo’s debut album, “Lucid Dreaming,” out on April 6 via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

His other songwriting and production credits include Professor Green’s “Lullaby” f/ Tori Kelly [Virgin EMI Records], Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger Than Ever” [Columbia Records] and Rita Ora’s “Shine Ya Light” [Columbia Records].

He also contributed to the next projects by Raye [Polydor Records], Elijah Blake [Def Jam Recordings], Kwabs [Atlantic Records], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records], Bipolar Sunshine [Polydor Records] and Emeli Sande [Capitol Records].

Meanwhile, Javeon’s first studio collection is expected to be released later this year under 70HZ Recordings in partnership with PMR Records.

M.O premiere music video for new single “Preach”

M.O have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The British band posted the Kate Moross-directed clip for “Preach” to their Vevo channel on Tuesday (March 17, 2015).

“Preach” – available from April 26 – was co-written with Joel Compass (Lion Babe, FKA twigs) and Starsmith (Ellie Goulding, Jess Glynne).

M.O’s debut album – featuring previous singles “Dance on My Own” and “For a Moment” – is scheduled for release later this year under Operator Records.

The still-untitled project boasts further collaborations with Two Inch Punch (Miguel, Sam Smith), Parker Ighile (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj), Bless Beats (Jess Glynne, Melissa Steel) and Craze & Hoax (Emeli Sande, Mary J. Blige).

Mary J. Blige has released the music video for her new single online.

The R&B singer/songwriter posted the Mike Ho-directed clip for “Whole Damn Year” to her official Vevo page on Tuesday (2nd December, 2014).

Blige co-wrote “Whole Damn Year” along with Emeli Sande, whose other credits include Alicia Keys’ “Brand New Me” [RCA Records], Katy Perry’s “It Takes Two” [Capitol Records] and Rihanna’s “Half of Me” [Def Jam Recordings].

The track appears on the artist’s latest album, “The London Sessions,” which is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Capitol Records.

Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins (Beyonce, Toni Braxton) and Jimmy Napes (Sam Smith, Lianne La Havas) serve as the album’s executive producers.

Other musicians backing Blige on “The London Sessions” are Francis “Eg” White (Adele, Celine Dion), Naughty Boy (Cheryl, Ella Eyre), Disclosure (Jessie Ware, AlunaGeorge) and Craze & Hoax (Kwabs, Pixie Lott).

Mary J. Blige has released her new album online.

“The London Sessions” – featuring hit singles “Right Now,” “Whole Damn Year” and “Therapy” – is now available for download via iTunes (UK) in partnership with Universal Music Group / Capitol Records.

The highly-anticipated project was executively produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins, whose extensive resume includes works for Beyonce (“Déjà vu”), Toni Braxton (“He Wasn’t Man Enough”) and Janet Jackson (“Make Me”).

Other album producers include Naughty Boy, Francis “Eg” White, Disclosure, Shakil Ashraf, M.J. Cole, Steve Fitzmaurice, Knox Brown, and Craze & Hoax.

On the songwriting front, Blige has teamed up with Emeli Sande, Jimmy Napes, Sam Smith, Ben Harrison, James Murray, and Sam Romans.

British electronic music duo Disclosure posted the audio clip for “Follow” to their official SoundCloud page on Wednesday (November 19, 2014).

“Follow” was co-written by Mary J. Blige along with Jimmy Napes, who also worked with the likes of Sam Smith (“Stay with Me”), Jessie Ware (“Pieces”), Gorgon City (“Unmissable”) and Clean Bandit (“Rather Be”).

The Disclosure-produced track appears on Blige’s next studio collection, “The London Sessions,” out on November 24 via Capitol Records.

As previously reported, Blige’s next studio collection “The London Sessions” is scheduled to hit stores and digital outlets on December 2 via Capitol Records.

Mary J. Blige has confirmed Craze & Hoax for her upcoming album.

The songwriting and production duo – consisting of members Harry Craze and Hugo Chegwin – worked with artists including Kwabs [Atlantic Records], Devlin [Island Records] and Tinie Tempah [Parlophone Records].

Some of their notable credits include “Trouble” by Leona Lewis [Sony Music], “Raise Up” by Pixie Lott [Virgin EMI Records], “Nirvana” by Sam Smith [PMR Records] and “Get Down” by James Arthur [Syco Music].

Blige, meanwhile, is scheduled to release her next studio collection “The London Sessions” on December 2nd via Universal Music Group / Capitol Records.

Regular collaborator Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins serves as the album’s executive producer. He also worked on the next projects by Rihanna [Roc Nation Records], Tori Kelly [Capitol Records] and Frank Ocean [Def Jam Recordings].

“The London Sessions” yields additional alliances with Naughty Boy (Ella Eyre, Laura Mvula), Francis “Eg” White (Celine Dion, Kylie Minogue), Disclosure (Eliza Doolittle, Sinead Harnett) and Emeli Sande (Alicia Keys, Katy Perry).

Pixie Lott has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the Nick Bartlett-directed visual clip for “Break Up Song” to her official Vevo page on Friday (September 19, 2014).

The track was written by Pixie Lott and Jim Irvin along with Rami Samir Afuni, who also teamed up with the artist on “Heart Cry” and “Bang.”

“Break Up Song” follows previous singles “Lay Me Down” and “Nasty,” which peaked at number ten on the UK Singles Chart.

Pixie Lott’s self-titled third album – featuring collaborations with Craze & Hoax, Jack Splash, Claude Kelly and Maureen “Mozella” McDonald– is now available for download via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.
