Charlotte OC liberates debut album “Careless People”

British singer/songwriter Charlotte OC – real name Charlotte O’Connor – has liberated her first studio collection online.

“Careless People” – featuring singles “Darkest Hour,” “Shell” and “Medicine Man” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions from Tim Anderson (BANKS), Jon Levine (Bebe Rexha), Chris Spilfogel (Halsey), Daniel Nigro (Sky Ferreira), Trevor Lawrence Jr. (Bruno Mars) and Linda Perry (Alicia Keys).

Album songwriters include Laura “LP” Pergolizzi (Rihanna), Sean Foreman (Kesha), Jarrad Rogers (Betty Who), Sacha Skarbek (Lana Del Rey), Francis “Eg” White (Mary J. Blige), Nate Campany (Ellie Goulding), Daniel Weber (POWERS), Tom Aspaul (Liza Owen) and Martin Sjolie (Maria Mena).

Charlotte OC releases acoustic rendition of “Darkest Hour”

British singer/songwriter Charlotte OC has released a new song online.

The acoustic rendition of “Darkest Hour” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Charlotte OC alongside Jarrad Rogers (Demi Lovato, Rita Ora) and Sean Foreman (Kesha, Ariana Grande).

Production duties on “Darkest Hour” were handled by Tim Anderson, whose other credits include BANKS’ “Mind Games,” Sam Sparrow’s “Yellow Orange Rays,” Halsey’s “Hurricane,” and Solange’s “Sleep in the Park.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Charlotte OC will release her sophomore studio collection “Careless People” on March 31 via Harvest Records.

The highly-anticipated project delivers further songwriters contributions from Tom Aspaul (Celeste Waite), Andrew Jackson (Ellie Goulding), Nate Campany (Tori Kelly), Daniel Nigro (Sky Ferreira) and Laura “LP” Pergolizzi (Becky Hill).

On the follow-up to 2011’s “For Kenny,” Charlotte OC has also worked with Francis “Eg” White (Sam Smith), Martin Sjolie (Maria Mena), Jone Levine (Bebe Rexha), Sacha Skarbek (Lana Del Rey) and Adam Argyle (Ella Henderson).

Charlotte OC has released her new single online.

“Medicine Man” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Laura “LP” Pergolizzi, whose other credits include Rihanna’s “Cheers (Drink to That),” Christina Aguilera’s “Beautiful People,” Ella Henderson’s “Mirror Man,” Leona Lewis’ “Fingerprint,” and Cher’s “Red.”

Production duties on “Medicine Man” were handled by Jon “The Rabbi” Levine, who is also responsible for Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song,” Dua Lipa’s “Blow Your Mind (Mwah),” and Bebe Rexha’s “I’m Gonna Show You Crazy.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Charlotte OC will release her sophomore studio collection “Careless People” on March 31 via Harvest Records.

The highly-anticipated project delivers further songwriters contributions from Tom Aspaul (Little Boots), Andrew Jackson (Rag’n’Bone Man), Nate Campany (Ellie Goulding), Daniel Nigro (Grace Mitchell) and Sean Foreman (Kesha).

Tori Kelly has teamed up with NEFF-U for a new collaboration.

The record producer and songwriter – real name Theron Feemster – is known for his works with Justin Bieber (“I’ll Show You”), Mary J. Blige (“Work That”), Goapele (“Tears on My Pillow”) and Maxine Ashley (“By Your Side”).

Amongst the other artists NEFF-U has collaborated with are Brandy (“Say You Will”), Jojo (“Can’t Take That Away from Me”), LeToya Luckett (“Lady Love”), Keyshia Cole (“You Complete Me”) and Ne-Yo (“Sign Me Up”).

Meanwhile, Kelly is expected to release her second studio collection next year via School Boy Records and Capitol Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional contributions from Stephan Moccio, Nate Campany, Daniel Nigro, Taylor Parks, Noel Zancanella, James “JHart” Abrahart, and Natasha Bedingfield.

Kelly’s first studio collection, 2015’s “Unbreakable Smile,” debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned three singles in the shape of “Nobody Love,” “Should’ve Been Us” and “Hollow.”

Tori Kelly has enlisted Noel Zancanella for her upcoming sophomore album.

Zancanella recently co-wrote and co-produced OneRepublic’s “Wherever I Go” along with group members Ryan Tedder and Brent Kutzle.

His extensive resume boasts further works with Olly Murs (“Seasons”), Ellie Goulding (“Burn”), Ariana Grande (“Why Try”), Taylor Swift (“I Know Places”), Gwen Stefani (“Baby Don’t Lie”) and Demi Lovato (“Neon Lights”).

Meanwhile, Kelly is expected to release her second studio collection next year via School Boy Records and Capitol Records.

Taylor Parks has hinted at a new collaboration with Tori Kelly.

“Me & @ToriKelly reunited in the studio today and it’s magical,” the singer-songwriter tweeted on Wednesday (October 05, 2016).

Parks is responsible for co-writing songs performed by Alicia Keys (“In Common”), Meghan Trainor (“Better”), Jojo (“Fuck Apologies”), Mariah Carey (“Infinity”) and Ariana Grande (“My Everything”).

She also contributed to the next projects by Demi Lovato [Safehouse], Bea Miller [Hollywood], Kesha [RCA], Fleur East [Syco], Hailee Steinfeld [Republic], Mollie King [Island] and Zara Larsson [Epic].

Meanwhile, no release date has been scheduled as-of-yet for Kelly’s upcoming sophomore studio collection under School Boy Records and Capitol Records.

“Spent 2 amazing days in the studio w/ this babe @ToriKelly … I already knew she could sing her face off but her intuition & talent is amaze,” the British singer-songwriter tweeted on Wednesday (October 05, 2016).

JHart is responsible for co-writing singles performed by Justin Bieber (“Company”), Keith Urban (“Wasted Time”), Trey Songz (“Never Again”), Rita Ora (“Body on Me”) and Sevyn Streeter (“How Bad Do You Want It”).
