American singer, songwriter, and record producer Charlie Puth has released his new single online.
The self-produced “Attention” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.
Puth wrote “Attention” alongside Jacob Kasher Hindlin, professionally known as JKash, who previously teamed up with the artist on “Does it Feel,” “I Won’t Tell a Soul” and the Selena Gomez-featuring “We Don’t Talk Anymore.”
Other notable credits by JKash include Maroon 5’s “Cold,” Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You,” Zara Larsson’s “So Good,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “I Really Like You,” Trey Songz’s “Priceless,” Jason Derulo’s “Swalla,” and Meghan Trainor’s “No.”
As mentioned in earlier posts, Puth is expected to drop his sophomore album later this year via Artist Partner Group and Atlantic Records.
The follow-up to 2016’s “Nine Track Mind” reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Ross Golan (James Blunt), Ammar Malik (Ed Sheeran), Eskeerdo (Rihanna), Breyan Isaac (Britney Spears), Sean Douglas (Madonna), Ilsey Juber (Ellie Goulding) and Babyface (Toni Braxton).
Among the producers expected to appear on the still-untitled project are Johan Carlsson (Harry Styles), Toby Gad (Madonna), Jason Evigan (Kehlani), CIRKUT (The Weeknd), John Ryan (Nick Jonas), Rami Yacoub (Celine Dion), AMMO (Sean Paul), Pharrell Williams (Ariana Grande) and Detail (Beyonce).
