LeToya Luckett shares new promotional single “Feeling”

LeToya Luckett has shared her new promotional single online.

“Feeling” – which was produced by Doh Boy (Sammie’s “Unappreciated” and Eric Bellinger’s “Staring at the Ceiling” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was also co-written by Durrell “Tank” Babbs, who previously teamed up with Luckett on “Good to Me,” “Over” and “Regret,” taken from the artist’s sophomore studio collection, 2009’s “Lady Love.”

Luckett’s most recent album, “Back 2 Life,” which peaked to number forty-four on the US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and spawned singles “Back 2 Life,” “Used To” and “Weekend.”

LeToya Luckett has worked with Warryn Campbell for her upcoming album.

“In the studio with @WarrynCampbell tonight. Can’t wait for y’all to hear what we’ve got up our sleeve,” the singer, songwriter, and actress posted to her Instagram account on Monday (November 16, 2015).

Campbell’s extensive songwriting and production resume includes works with Mary Mary (“Praise You”), Jill Scott (“Quick”), Amerie (“Higher”), Chante Moore (“My Eyes”), Brandy (“Who I Am”) and Christina Milian (“Highway”).

He also serves as executive producer for Erica Campbell’s latest album, “Help 2.0,” now available for download via iTunes and all other online outlets.

Meanwhile, Luckett is scheduled to release her third album – featuring singles “Don’t Make Me Wait” and “I’m Ready” – next year through eOne Music.

The follow-up to 2009’s “Lady Love”, tentatively entitled “Until Then,” reportedly delivers additional alliances with Ryan Leslie (Mary J. Blige), Andre Harris (Melanie Fiona), Tank (Jennifer Hudson) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Keyshia Cole).

LeToya Luckett has reunited with Ryan Leslie for her upcoming third album.

Leslie previously co-wrote “Take Away Love” for Luckett along with British singer/songwriter Estelle Swaray.

His other songwriting and production credits include Britney Spears’ “The Answer” [Jive], Cassie’s “Me and You” [Bad Boy], Megan Rochell’s “My Mistake” [Def Jam] and Cheri Dennis’ “I Love You” [Atlantic].

Meanwhile, Luckett is expected to release her next studio collection “Until Then” – featuring singles “Don’t Make Me Wait” and “I’m Ready” – later this year through Entertainment One Music.

Among the musicians associated with highly-anticipated project are Andre Harris (Jill Scott, Melanie Fiona), Durrell “Tank” Babbs (K. Michelle, Toni Braxton) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Keyshia Cole, Cobra Starship).

Luckett’s last album, 2009’s “Lady Love,” peaked to number twelve on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including the Ne-Yo-penned “Not Anymore” and Ludacris-assisted “Regret.”

Omarion schedules release date for new album “Sex Playlist”

Omarion has scheduled the release date for his upcoming studio album.

“Sex Playlist” – featuring current single “Post to Be” – will hit stores and digital outlets on December 2 via Maybach Music Group and Warner Bros. Records.

“Post to Be” – which was co-written by Micahfonecheck and Sam Hook and produced by DJ Mustard – features vocals from Jhene Aiko & Chris Brown.

Other album contributors include Da Internz, James Fauntleroy, Eric Hudson, Andrew Clifton, Tank, Al Sherrod Lambert, Warren Felder, Andrew Wansel, Ronald Colson, Steve Mostyn and Christopher Umana .

Kelly Rowland has debuted a new song online.

The singer/songwriter posted the audio clip for “Mommy’s Little Baby (A Lullaby)” to her official SoundCloud page on Monday (November 10, 2014).

“Mommy Little Baby (A Lullaby)” was produced by Verse Simmonds along with Brian Soko, Rasool Diaz and Andre Proctor of The Order, who are also responsible for Teyana Taylor’s “Maybe” and Tinashe’s “Pretend.”

Rowland’s last album, “Talk a Good Game,” peaked at number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also delivered two hit singles in the shape of “Kisses Down Low” and “Dirty Laundry.”

In addition, she provided background vocals on Tank’s single “You’re My Star,” which is now available for download via iTunes.

Her next studio collection is expected to be released during the first quarter of 2015. The still-untitled project reportedly yields contributions from Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, Diane Warren, The-Dream, Bloodline and Dem Jointz.

Jennifer Hudson unleashes new song “Dangerous”

Jennifer Hudson has unleashed a new song online.

“Dangerous” is lifted from the singer/songwriter’s third album, “JHUD,” out on September 23 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The new studio collection serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “I Remember Me,” which debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Current single “Walk It Out” – written by Hudson along with Lyrica Anderson, Chris Godbey, Jacob Luttrell, Michael Tompkins, James Washington, Jerome Harmon and Timothy Mosley – is now available for download via iTunes.

Other album contributors include Salaam Remi (Ella Henderson, Liam Bailey), Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis (Tank, Sevyn Streeter), Christ Braide (Sia, Britney Spears) and Raphael Saadiq (Kelis, Adrian Marcel).

In related news, Hudson recorded a new song entitled “Go All Night” for British electronic music production duo Gorgon City.

Omarion has drafted the songwriting services of Al Sherrod Lambert for his upcoming fifth studio album, “Sex Playlist.”

Lambert is known for co-writing hit singles “The Way” by Ariana Grande [Republic Records], “Without Me” by Fantasia Barrino [RCA Records] and “Say Yes” by Michelle Williams f/ Beyonce and Kelly Rowland [Light Records].

His resume also includes works for Jordin Sparks [RCA Records], Sevyn Streeter [Atlantic Records], Jessica Mauboy [Sony Music Australia], Gabi Wilson [MBK Entertainment] and Marcus Canty [Epic Records].

As previously reported, “Sex Playlist” is scheduled for release later this year via Maybach Music Group / Warner Bros. Records.

It serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Ollusion,” which debuted at number nineteen on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

New single “Work” was co-written by James Fauntleroy (Beyonce, Justin Timberlake) and produced by Eric Hudson (Leona Lewis, Trevor Jackson) and Andrew “Hit Drew” Clifton (Treasure Davis, Elijah Blake).

The track was co-written by James Fauntleroy, whose credits include Beyonce’s “Blow” [Columbia Records], Justin Timberlake’s “Take Back the Night” [RCA Records] and Jay-Z’s “Part II (On the Run)” [Roc-A-Fella Records].

Production duties were handled by Eric Hudson and Andrew Clifton, who are also responsible Elle Varner’s “Rover” [RCA Records], K. Michelle’s “Damn” [Atlantic Records] and Keyshia Cole’s “Missing Me” [Geffen Records].

“Sex Playlist” serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Ollusion,” which peaked at number nineteen on the US Billboard 200 Albums chart.

Singer/songwriter LeToya Luckett has added super producer Mike MiLL Made It to the list of contributors for her upcoming third album.

The new collection “Until Then” – which serves as the follow-up to 2009’s “Lady Love” – is scheduled for release later this year via eOne Music.

Mike WiLL Made It – born Michael Williams – has previously collaborated with artists including Future [Epic Records], Nicole Scherzinger [Interscope Records], Tinashe [RCA Records] and Jay-Z [Roc-A-Fella Records].

Some of his notable credits include “Kisses Down Low” by Kelly Rowland [Republic Records], “Pour It Up” by Rihanna [Island Def Jam Recordings] and “We Can’t Stop” by Miley Cyrus [RCA Records].

As previously reported, “Until Then” is preceded by new single “Don’t Make Me Wait.” The track was produced by Andre Harris, who previously worked with Michael Jackson (“Butterflies”) and Marsha Ambrosius (“Your Hands”).

Other the songwriters and producers backing the “Torn” singer on the highly-anticipated LP are Harmony “H-Money” Samuels (Ne-Yo, Fifth Harmony), Andrea Martin (Blu Cantrell, Melanie Fiona), Durrell “Tank” Babbs (Chris Brown, Fantasia Barrino) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Britney Spears, Keyshia Cole).

Singer/songwriter LeToya Luckett has confirmed Andrea Martin and Harmony Samuels for her upcoming third album, “Until Then.”

Samuels – more commonly known as H-Money – is known for producing hit singles “The Way” by Ariana Grande f/ Mac Miller [Republic Records] and “Think Like a Man” by Jennifer Hudson f/ Ne-Yo & Rick Ross [RCA Records].

Meanwhile, recent songwriting credits by Andrea Martin include “Think About It” by Naughty Boy f/ Wiz Khalifa & Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records] and “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” by Fergie f/ Q-Tip [Interscope Records].

Both Martin and Samuels joined forces on Fantasia Barrino’s hit single “Lose to Win,” taken from her latest album, “Side Effects of You” [RCA Records].
