Becky Hill releases new single “Sunrise in the East”

British singer/songwriter Rebecca Claire Hill, professionally known as Becky Hill, has released her new promotional single online.

“Sunrise in the East” – which was co-written by Maverick Sabre and Peter “Lostboy” Rycroft and collectively produced by ADP and Hit Impulse – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Hill’s upcoming debut album is expected to arrive later this year via Eko Records in partnership with Polydor Records.

Becky Hill announces new single “Sunrise in the East”

Becky Hill has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter (born Rebecca Claire Hill) christened “Sunrise in the East” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming project under Eko Records and Polydor Records.

Co-written by Maverick Sabre and Peter “Lostboy” Rycroft; “Sunrise in the East” will arrive on June 6th via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

As a songwriter, Hill’s resume boasts works with Metroplane (“Word of Mouth”), Tough Love (“Touch”), Bondax (“All I See”), Watermät (“All My Love”), Lindsey Stirling (“Love’s Just a Feeling”) and Felon (“Bittersweet”).

The “Rude Love” singer also provided guest vocals on tracks by Marc Kinchen (“Piece of Me), Rudimental (“Powerless”), Oliver Heldens (“Gecko – Overdrive”), Matoma (“False Alarm”) and Wilkinson (“Afterglow”).

Becky Hill reunites with Karen Poole for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Rebecca Claire Hill, professionally known as Becky Hill, has reunited with Karen Poole for a new collaboration.

The pair previously teamed up on Tough Love’s “Touch,” featuring guest vocals from Arlissa, as well as Watermat’s “All My Love.”

Other songwriting credits by Poole include DJ Snake’s “Future, Pt. 2,” Nina Nesbitt’s “Mr. C,” Lily Allen’s “As Long As I Got You,” Taya’s “Sweet Waste of Time,” Giorgio Moroder’s “Good for Me,” Olly Murs’ “Just Smile,” Will Young’s “Switch it On,” Kylie Minogue’s “Chocolate,” and Galantis’ “Rich Boy.”

The former vocalist of Alisha’s Attic has also worked with producers including Bloodshy & Avant, David Guetta, Cutfather, Jonas Jeberg, Carsten “Soulshock” Schack, Fraser T. Smith, Steve Mac, Richard “Biff” Stannard, MNEK, Paddy Byrne, George Reid, Chris Loco, Arnthor Birgisson, Greg Kurstin, Calvin Harris, Tre Jean-Marie, William Orbit, GRADES, and Chase & Status.

Meanwhile, Hill’s upcoming debut album – featuring promotional singles “Back to My Love,” “Warm” and “Rude Love” – is expected to arrive later this year via her own label, Eko Records.

On the songwriting front, the “False Alarm” star has reportedly contributed to the next projects by Ella Eyre, Terri Walker, Liv Dawson, Chloe Leone, Imani Williams, DAKOTA, Louisa Johnson, Professor Green, and Blonde.

Becky Hill has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer-songwriter christened “Rude Love” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming debut album and will release it on March 31 via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Hill alongside Uzoechi “MNEK” Emenike (Dua Lipa, Zara Larsson) and Dimitri Tikovoi (Charli XCX, Nicola Roberts).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Hill’s first studio collection – featuring previous promotional singles “Back to My Love” and “Warm” – will arrive later this year via her own label, Eko Records.

On the songwriting front, the “False Alarm” star has reportedly contributed to the next projects by Ella Eyre, Terri Walker, Liv Dawson, Chloe Leone, Imani Williams, DAKOTA, Louisa Johnson, Professor Green, and Blonde.

Becky Hill debuts new single “Back to My Love”

Becky Hill has debuted her new single online.

The singer-songwriter posted the audio clip for “Back to My Love” – featuring Little Simz – to her SoundCloud channel on Thursday (April 28, 2016).

The track was co-written by Emily Warren, whose other credits include Jessie J’s “Masterpiece” [Republic], Shawn Mendes’ “Aftertaste” [Island] and Fifth Harmony’s “Them Girls Be Like” [Epic / Syco Music].

Production duties on “Back to My Love” were handled by Noah Breakfast, who also worked with the likes of Ellie Goulding [Polydor], Tory Lanez [Interscope], Jeremih [Def Jam] and Santigold [Atlantic].

As mentioned in earlier posts, Hill is expected to release her first studio collection later this year through her own record label Eko Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly boasts further contributions from MNEK (Beyonce), Karen Poole (Lily Allen), GRADES (NAO), Kara DioGuardi (Christina Aguilera), Chris Loco (Emeli Sande) and Tom Aspaul (AlunaGeorge).
