The Weeknd premieres “False Alarm” music video

The Weeknd has premiered the music video for his new single online.

The Canadian singer-songwriter – real name Abel Tesfaye – posted the visual clip for “False Alarm” to his Vevo channel on Thursday (October 13, 2016).

“False Alarm” is now available for download via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was also co-written by The Weeknd alongside Ahmad “Belly” Balshe, Doc McKinney, Emanuel Nickerson, Henry “Cirkut” Walter and Benjamin “Ben Billion$” Diehl.

As mentioned in earlier posts, The Weeknd’s third studio collection “Starboy” is scheduled to arrive on November 25 via XO / Republic Records.

The keenly-awaited project follows 2015’s “Beauty Behind the Madness,” which debuted topped the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Can’t Feel My Face,” “In the Night” and “The Hills.”

“False Alarm” – which serves as the follow-up to previous single “Starboy” – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

The track was co-written by The Weeknd – real name Abel Tesfaye – alongside Ahmad “Belly” Balshe, Doc McKinney, Emanuel Nickerson, Henry “Cirkut” Walter and Benjamin “Ben Billion$” Diehl.

The Weeknd has revealed the details for his upcoming third album.

The Canadian singer/songwriter – real name Abel Tesfaye – christened his next studio collection “Beauty Behind the Madness” and will release it on August 28 through Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

Current single “Can’t Feel My Face” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by Savan Kotecha (Tori Kelly, Britney Spears), Ali Payami (Taylor Swift, Ellie Goulding) and Max Martin (Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera).

Other album contributors include Stephan Moccio (Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus), Ahmad Balshe (Wiz Khalifa, French Montana), Illangelo (Drake, Florence Welch) and Million Dollar Mano (Kanye West, Pusha T).

The Weeknd’s last album, 2013’s “Kiss Land,” peaked to number two on the US Albums Chart and spawned hit singles including “Live For” and “Wanderlust.”

The Canadian singer and songwriter posted the audio clip for “Can’t Feel My Face” to his Vevo channel on Monday (June 08, 2015).

“Can’t Feel My Face” – now available for download via iTunes – was written by The Weeknd along with Savan Kotecha (Jessie J, Ariana Grande), Ali Payami (Taylor Swift, Ellie Goulding) and Max Martin (Katy Perry, Britney Spears).

The track is also lifted from The Weeknd’s upcoming third album, “Chapter III,” out soon under Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

His last studio collection, 2013’s “Kiss Land,” debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and number twelve on the UK Albums Chart. That collection also spawned singles including “Live For” and “Wanderlust.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, “Chapter III” boasts additional productions and songwriting contributions from Stephan Moccio, Ahmad Balshe, Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese, and Emanuel “Million Dollar Mano” Nickerson.

The Weeknd has revealed the title of his upcoming album.

The Canadian singer and songwriter dubbed his next studio collection “Chapter III” and will release it later this year under Republic Records.

Current single “The Hills” was written by The Weeknd along with Ahmad Balshe (Wiz Khalifa, French Montana), Carlo “Illangelo” Montagnese (Drake, Florence Welch) and Emanuel “Million Dollar Mano” Nickerson (Kanye West, Pusha T).

“Chapter III” serves as the follow-up to 2013’s “Kiss Land,” which debuted at number two on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and delivered two hit singles in the shape of “Live For” and “Wanderlust.”

Other musicians backing The Weeknd on “Chapter III” are Max Martin (Usher, Adam Lambert), Savan Kotecha (Leona Lewis, Tori Kelly), Stephan Moccio (Skylar Grey, Ellie Goulding) and Ali Payami (Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande).
