Corey Rooney has teased a new collaboration with Brandy.

“Always music to my ears every time she sings. The whole world should get ready for the next level of BRANDY🙌🏾👸🏾. @4everBrandy you are truly on your game right now, and the sky is the limit from here on,” the American record producer and songwriter posted to Instagram on Thursday (November 07, 2019).

Rooney’s extensive resume boasts works with Jennifer Lopez (“Ain’t It Funny”), Mariah Carey (“The Roof”), Destiny’s Child (“Independent Women”), Toni Braxton (“Stupid”), Mary J. Blige (“Real Love”), Janet Jackson (“Days Go By”), Thalia (“I Want You”) and Christina Milian (“Someday One Day”).

Meanwhile, Brandy’s current promotional single “Freedom Rings” – which was co-written by Jeff Gitty alongside Ryan M. Tedder and Sebastian Kole – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

Her upcoming album under eOne Music reportedly boasts further contributions from Antonio Dixon, Stacy Barthe, Angel, Prince Charlez, J. Que, Kaydence, Delisha Thomas, Kristal Oliver, DJ Camper, Big Shiz, and Harvey Mason Jr.

Brandy returns with new single “Freedom Rings”

American singer, songwriter, and actress Brandy Norwood (known mononymously as Brandy) has released her new single online.

“Freedom Rings” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Brandy alongside Coleridge “Sebastian Kole” Tillman (Usher, Lauren Jauregui), Jeffrey “Jeff Gitty” Gitelman (Kali Uchis, Trey Songz) and Ryan M. Tedder (Jennifer Lopez, Chris Brown).

Brandy’s next album – which serves as the follow-up to 2012’s “”Two Eleven” – is expected to arrive later this year via Brand Nu / eOne Music.

The still-untitled collection reportedly features additional alliances with The Neptunes, Stacy Barthe, Angel, Prince Charlez, Kaydence, Sir Charles, Delisha Thomas, Kristal Oliver, Darhyl Camper, Big Shiz, and Harvey Mason Jr.

Elle Varner confirms details for new project “Ellevation”

Elle Varner has confirmed the details for her new collection.

The American singer/songwriter christened her next project “Ellevation” and will release it on July 12 via Entertainment One Music.

Current promotional single “Kinda Love” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Varner’s debut studio collection, 2012’s “Perfectly Imperfect,” peaked to number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “Only Wanna Give It To You” (featuring J. Cole), “Refill” and “I Don’t Care.”

Among the songs that were slotted for inclusion on her shelved sophomore album, “4 Letter Word,” are “Personal” (co-written with Jenna Andrews and Will IDAP / re-recorded by Jessie J) and “Runaway” (co-written with Emeli Sande and Naughty Boy / re-recorded by Tanika Bailey).

Clare Maguire schedules release date for new promotional single “All or Nothing Love”

British singer/songwriter Clare Maguire will release her upcoming promotional single “All or Nothing Love” on February 9th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Philip Plested, whose resume boasts additional works with Little Mix (“Touch”), Mali-Koa (“Honest”), Chloe x Halle (“Lazy Love”), Etham (“For Myself”), James Arthur (“Certain Things”), Zayn Malik (“I Won’t Mind”) and Chainsmokers (“Bloodstream”).

Production duties on “All or Nothing Love” were handled by Jim Eliot, who is also responsible for Kylie Minogue’s “All the Lovers,” Halsey’s “Strange Love,” Ellie Goulding’s “Anything Could Happen,” Jetta’s “Take it Easy,” Chloe Black’s “Wild at Heart,” Christina Perri’s “Sea of Lovers,” and Foxes’ “Body Talk.”

Maguire’s upcoming third studio collection and follow-up to 2016’s “Stranger Things Have Happened” is scheduled to arrive later this year via independent record label Entertainment One Music.

The still-untitled project reportedly features additional productions and songwriting contributions from Richard Stannard (Imani Williams), Lucy Taylor (Mabel McVey), Stephan Moccio (Celine Dion), Tom Aspaul (Hannah Jane Lewis), Richard X (Nerina Pallot) and TIEKS (Celeste Waite).

Katharine McPhee has shared a new performance video online.

The actress, singer, and songwriter posted an exclusive acoustic performance clip for “Only One” to her Vevo channel on Friday (October 09, 2015).

“Only One” was written by McPhee along with Kelly “Madame Buttons” Sheehan (Rita Ora, Jason Derulo) and Chris Loco (Emeli Sande, Leona Lewis).

McPhee’s latest studio album “Hysteria” – featuring previous promotional cuts “Lick My Lips” and “Stranger Than Fiction” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Entertainment One Music.

The collection boasts further contributions from Chris Braide (Beyonce), Sia (Rihanna), Ryan Tedder (Adele), Isa Machine (Ella Henderson), Rob Wells (Selena Gomez) and Ginny Blackmore (Christina Aguilera).

LeToya Luckett reunites with Ryan Leslie for third album

LeToya Luckett has reunited with Ryan Leslie for her upcoming third album.

Leslie previously co-wrote “Take Away Love” for Luckett along with British singer/songwriter Estelle Swaray.

His other songwriting and production credits include Britney Spears’ “The Answer” [Jive], Cassie’s “Me and You” [Bad Boy], Megan Rochell’s “My Mistake” [Def Jam] and Cheri Dennis’ “I Love You” [Atlantic].

Meanwhile, Luckett is expected to release her next studio collection “Until Then” – featuring singles “Don’t Make Me Wait” and “I’m Ready” – later this year through Entertainment One Music.

Among the musicians associated with highly-anticipated project are Andre Harris (Jill Scott, Melanie Fiona), Durrell “Tank” Babbs (K. Michelle, Toni Braxton) and Nikeshia Briscoe (Keyshia Cole, Cobra Starship).

Luckett’s last album, 2009’s “Lady Love,” peaked to number twelve on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including the Ne-Yo-penned “Not Anymore” and Ludacris-assisted “Regret.”

The actress, singer, and songwriter posted the audio clip for “Love Strikes” to her Vevo channel on Friday (August 28, 2015).

“Love Strikes” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by McPhee along with Virginia “Ginny” Blackmore (Nicole Scherzinger, Pixie Lott) and the song’s producer Rob Wells (Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez).
