Camila Cabello liberates new promotional single “Real Friends”

Camila Cabello has liberated her new promotional single online.

“Real Friends” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Mustafa the Poet and Brian Lee alongside Billy Walsh of Somewhere Else, whose songwriting resume boasts additional works with Alicia Keys (“In Common”), Emeli Sande (“Starlight”), The Weeknd (“Die Alone”), Raye (“Glue”) and Post Malone (“I Fall Apart”).

Production duties on “Real Friends” were handled by Frank Dukes, who is also responsible for Justine Skye’s “Goodlove,” Zayn Malik’s “Still Got Time,” Future’s “Rich Sex,” Nicki Minaj’s “Regret in Your Tears,” Rihanna’s “Sex with Me,” Bebe Rexha’s “Comfortable,” and Lorde’s “Green Light.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Cabello’s upcoming debut album “Camila” – featuring promotional singles “Never Be the Same” and “Havana” – will arrive on January 12 via Syco Music and Epic Records.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts further contributions Max Martin (Taylor Swift), Savan Kotecha (Usher), Ilya Salmanzadeh (Tori Kelly), Ed Sheeran (Jess Glynne), Ricky Reed (Mike Posner), Andrew “Pop” Wansel (Chris Brown), Ryan Tedder (Leona Lewis) and Zach Skelton (Hailee Steinfeld).

Camila Cabello has dubbed “Never be the Same” as her next promotional single and will release it on December 8th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Jonnali “Noonie Bao” Parmenius alongside Alexandra “Sasha Sloan” Yatchenko, whose other credits include Niia Rocco’s “Nobody,” Alma’s “Phases,” Maggie Lindemann’s “Pretty Girl,” Kygo’s “This Town,” Louis Tomlinson’s “Just Hold On,” and Ella Henderson’s “Ugly.”

Jason Derulo enlists French Montana for new promotional single “Tip Toe”

Jason Derulo has confirmed the details for his new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Tip Toe” as his next promotional cut and will release it on November 10 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The French Montana-featuring track was co-written by Derulo alongside Rosina “Soaky Siren” Russell (Shakira, David Guetta), Philip “Pip” Kembo (Arlissa, Chris Brown) and Tinashe “T-Collar” Sibanda (Rita Ora, Olly Murs).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Derulo’s upcoming fifth studio collection – featuring the Ricky Reed-produced “Swalla” and Mattman & Robin-produced “If I’m Lucky” – is expected to arrive early next year via Warner Brothers Records.

Maroon 5 release new studio collection “Red Pill Blues”

American pop rock band Maroon 5 – composed of members Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, James Valentine, Matt Flynn, PJ Morton, and Sam Farrar – have released their sixth studio collection online.

“Red Pill Blues” – featuring singles “Don’t Wanna Know,” “Cold,” “What Lovers Do” and “Help Me Out” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2014’s “V” was executive-produced by Jacob “JKash” Kasher, whose recent songwriting credits include Charlie Puth’s “How Long,” Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You,” Jason Derulo’s “Swalla,” Zara Larsson’s “So Good,” Kristian Galva’s “Wrong 4 This,” and PRETTYMUCH’s “Would You Mind.”

Other producers backing Maroon 5 on “Red Pill Blues” are Julian Bunetta (Niall Horan), Cirkut (Ava Max), Noah Passovoy (Katy Perry), Diplo (Madonna), John Ryan (Colbie Caillat), TMS (Emeli Sande), Ben Billions (Alina Baraz), Jason Evigan (Kehlani), Ricky Reed (Alessia Cara) and Benny Blanco (Halsey).

Canadian singer/songwriter Alessia Caracciolo, professionally known as Alessia Cara, has enlisted Ricky Reed for a new collaboration.

Ricky Reed (born Eric Frederic) recently produced and co-wrote “Who I Am” for Maroon 5 alongside Adam Levine, Ammar Malik, Teddy Geiger, Gamal “LunchMoney” Lewis, John “JRY” Ryan, and Jacob “JKash” Kasher.

Other notable songwriting/production credits by Ricky Reed include Kesha’s “Bastards,” Bomba Estereo’s “Internacionales,” Meghan Trainor’s “No,” Dej Loaf’s “Changes,” Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts,” Jason Derulo’s “Get Ugly,” Halsey’s “Bad at Love,” Mary Lambert’s “Secrets,” and Fifth Harmony’s “Bo$$.”

Meanwhile, Cara is expected to release her sophomore studio collection early next year via Universal Music Group / Def Jam Recordings.

The still-untitled collection follows 2015’s “Know-It-All,” which peaked to number nine on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “Here,” “Wild Things,” and “Scars to Your Beautiful.”

Born Eric Burton Frederic; the American record producer and songwriter is responsible for singles performed by Jason Derulo (“Talk Dirty”), Meghan Trainor (“No”), Fifth Harmony (“Bo$$”), Jessie J (“Burnin’ Up”), Kesha (“Hymn”) and Far East Movement (“Turn Up the Love”).

Ricky Reed’s extensive resume boasts additional works with Fitz & the Tantrums (“Handclap”), Christina Aguilera (“Unless it’s With You”), Halsey (“Bad at Love”), Thomas Rhett (“Vacation”), Mary Lambert (“Secrets”), Pussy Riot (“Make America Great Again”) and Lizzo (“Water Me”).

Meanwhile, Cabello is expected to release her upcoming debut studio collection “The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving” – featuring promotional singles “Crying in the Club,” “I Have Questions,” “Havana” and “OMG” – later this year via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music and Epic Records.
