John Legend releases new album “Bigger Love”

American singer, songwriter, and record producer John Legend has released his seventh studio album online.

“Bigger Love” – featuring singles “Conversations in the Dark,” “Bigger Love” and “Actions” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Album songwriters include Trey Campbell, Sebastian Kole, Ester Dean, Cautious Clay, Tayla Parx, Sam Romans, Toby Gad, Julia Michaels, Wayne Hector, Teddy Geiger, Kirby Lauryen Dockery, and Nasri Atweh.

On the production front, Legend has teamed up with Raphael Saadiq, Oak Felder, Alex Niceforo, Digi, Charlie Puth, Anderson Paak, Jeff Gitty, TMS, Ryan Tedder, Zach Skeleton, Eric Hudson, Di Genius, Ricky Reed, Nate Mercereau, Steve Wyreman, DJ Camper, Mr. Hudson, and Greg Wells.

Camila Cabello unveils music video for new promotional single “Havana”

Camila Cabello has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Havana” was posted to the Cuban-American singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Tuesday (October 24, 2017).

The Young Thug-featuring track was written by Cabello alongside Brittany “Starrah” Hazzard, Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi, Brian Lee, Andrew Watt, Louis Bell, Pharrell Williams, and Adam “Frank Dukes” Feeney.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Cabello is expected to release her upcoming debut album “The Hurting. The Healing. The Loving” – featuring previous promotional singles “Crying in the Club,” “I Have Questions” and “OMG” – later this year via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music and Epic Records.

The highly-anticipated project reportedly boasts further contributions from Max Martin, Savan Kotecha, Ilya Salmanzadeh, Ricky Reed, Andrew “Pop” Wansel, Ed Sheeran, Billy Walsh, Ryan Tedder, and Zach Skelton.

Jason Derulo has released his new single online.

“Swalla” – featuring Nicki Minaj and Ty Dolla $ign – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Jacob “JKash” Kasher (Selena Gomez, Charlie Puth), Gamal “LunchMoney” Lewis (Becky G, Jennifer Lopez) and the song’s producer Eric “Ricky Reed” Frederic (Kesha, Meghan Trainor).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Derulo’s fifth studio collection will arrive later this year via Beluga Heights / Warner Brothers Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem (Usher), Shama “Sak Pase” Joseph (Rihanna), Jussi “Jussifer” Ilmari (Jojo) and NOVA WAV (Chloe x Halle).

On the songwriting front, Derulo has worked with Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd (K. Michelle), Scott Harris (The Chainsmokers), Justin Tranter (DNCE), Verse Simmonds (Keyshia Cole) and Julia Michaels (Britney Spears).

Derulo’s last studio collection, 2015’s “Everything is 4,” peaked to number four on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned four singles in the shape of “Want to Want Me,” “Cheyenne,” “Try Me” and “Get Ugly.”

BOOTS has hinted at a new collaboration with Kesha.

“I have worked with @KeshaRose and she is a wonderful, talented, funny and beautiful human being with a golden heart. I support and love her,” the American singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer tweeted.

BOOTS – real name Jordan Asher – first gained recognition for helming co-writing and co-producing “Blue,” “Haunted,” “Jealous,” “Heaven,” “Drunk in Love,” “No Angel” and “Partition” on Beyonce’s 2013 self-titled album, which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

His other songwriting and production credits include FKA twigs’ “Figure 8,” Kelela’s “A Message,” Mikky Ekko’s “Pretend You Care,” Young Circles’ “Bones,” Run the Jewels’ “Early,” and Autolux’s “Hamster Suite.”

Meanwhile, Kesha is expected to release her next album later this year via Kemosabe Records in partnership with RCA Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers further productions from Ricky Reed (Christina Aguilera), Stuart Crichton (Ferras), Captain Cuts (Bebe Rexha), Sacha Skarbek (Lana Del Rey) and Ryan Tedder (Ed Sheeran).

The OneRepublic frontman is known for co-writing and producing Leona Lewis’ “Bleeding Love,” Beyonce’s “Halo,” Natasha Bedingfield’s “Love Like This,” Gwen Stefani “Baby Don’t Lie,” and Taylor Swift’s “Welcome to New York.”

Tedder’s resume boasts further works with Adele (“Remedy”), Demi Lovato (“Wildfire”), Ariana Grande (“Why Try”), Ellie Goulding (“Keep on Dancing”), Madonna (“Hold Tight”) and Christina Aguilera (“We Remain”).

Phantogram have unleashed their latest studio collection online.

“Three” – featuring singles “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” and “Cruel World” – is now available for  download via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The album was entirely produced by group members Sarah Barthel and Josh Carter alongside Ricky Reed, who also worked with Meghan Trainor (“NO”), Jason Derulo (“Get Ugly”) and Mary Lambert (“Secrets”).

Other musicians backing Phantogram on the follow-up to 2014’s “Voices” are Dan Wilson (Adele, Taylor Swift), John Hill (Rihanna, Florence Welch), Tricky Stewart (Beyonce, Tamar Braxton) and The-Dream (Usher, Celine Dion).

The electronic rock duo posted the Grant Singer-directed clip for “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” to their Vevo channel on Thursday (July 21, 2016).

The track was co-written by group members Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel along with Dan Wilson, who also worked with Adele (“Someone Like You”), Pink (“The Great Escape”), John Legend (“You & I”), and Rae Morris (“Unguarded”).

Production duties on “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore” were handled by Ricky Reed, who recently helmed songs for Meghan Trainor (“No”), Andy Black (“We Don’t Have to Dance”) and Fitz and the Tantrums (“Handclap”).

Phantogram’s upcoming third studio collection “Three” is scheduled to arrive on September 16 via Universal Music Group / Republic Records.

Meghan Trainor has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The singer-songwriter posted the visual clip for “Me Too” to her Vevo channel on Tuesday (May 11, 2016).

“Me Too” was written by Trainor and Jason Derulo along with Jacob Kasher Hindlin (Bebe Rexha, Kylie Minogue), Ricky Reed (Fifth Harmony, Robin Thicke) and Peter Svensson (Ellie Goulding, Avril Lavigne).

Video treatment was handled by Hannah Lux Davis, who previously worked with the likes of Tinashe (“2 On”), Demi Lovato (“Cool for the Summer”), Nicki Minaj (“The Night is Still Young”) and Ariana Grande (“Focus”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, “Thank You” – featuring lead single “NO” – will hit stores and digital outlets on May 13 via Epic Records.

The highly anticipated project serves as the follow-up to 2015’s “Title,” which debuted at number one on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles including “All About That Bass” and “Lips are Moving.”
