Eve enlists Jin Jin, Lostboy for new collaboration

Eve has enlisted Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett and Lostboy for new collaboration.

Jin Jin’s songwriting resume boasts works with Raye’s “Love Me Again,” Craig David’s “When You Know What Love Is,” Jess Glynne’s “Hold My Hand,” Sabrina Carpenter’s “Alien,” Rita Ora’s “Proud,” Kiesza’s “Don’t Want You Back,” Little Mix’s “Grown,” and Jax Jones’ “You Don’t Know Me.”

Meanwhile, Lostboy is responsible for co-writing/producing Marlon Roudette’s “Ultra Love,” Becky Hill’s “Sunrise in the East,” Gabrielle Aplin’s “Waking Up Slow,” Anne-Marie’s “Used to Love You,” Sarah Close’s “Call Me Out,” Lauren Aquilina’s “Psycho,” and MAAD’s “Wonderland.”

Eve’s current single “Reload” – which was co-written by Taneisha “Jaxxon” Jackson and produced by Will Simms – is now available via Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Her upcoming project and follow-up to 2013’s “Lip Lock” – featuring further productions and songwriting contributions from Dallas Austin, Naz Tokio, Michael Angelo, Raye, Arrow Benjamin, Marty James, Iain James, and Mojam – is expected to arrive later this year via On Pawns Inc. / Liberator Music.

American hip hop recording artist Eve Jihan Jeffers-Cooper, known mononymoulsy as Eve, has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Reload” – featuring Konshens – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Taneisha “Jaxxon” Jackson (Nabiha, Deborah Cox) and produced by Will Simms (Era Istrefi, Zak Abel).

Eve’s upcoming project and follow-up to 2013’s “Lip Lock” – featuring further productions and songwriting contributions from Dallas Austin, Naz Tokio, Michael Angelo, Raye, Arrow Benjamin, Marty James, Iain James, and Mojam – is expected to arrive later this year via On Pawns Inc. / Liberator Music.

American hip hop recording artist Eve has revealed the official tracklisting for her upcoming fourth album, “Lip Lock,” which is due in the United States on May 14 via From the Rib Music / Blondie Rockwell / RED Distribution.

New single “Make It Out This Out” – which features Gabe Saporta – was co-written by Claude Kelly (Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera) and produced by John “Jon Jon Traxx” Webb (Karmin, Beyonce Knowles).

Other album contributors include Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean (Alicia Keys, Whitney Houston), Ronald “Jukebox” Jackson (Priscilla Renea Hamilton, Chris Brown), Pharrell Williams (Miley Cyrus, Kelly Rowland) and Future Cut: Darren Lewis & Tunde Babalola (Melanie Fiona, Laura Izibor).

Eve has premiered the music video for her new single online.

“Make it Out This Town” – which features Gabe Saporta – marks the second promotional single from the hip hop and rap artist’s upcoming album “Lip Lock,” scheduled to hit shelves and online outlets on May 14.

The track was co-written by Claude Kelly, whose recent credits include “Tonight” by Marcus Canty [Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records] and “Cheated” by Boys Like Girls [Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records].

Production duties were handled by John “Jon Jon Traxx” Webb Jr., who is also responsible for “I Told You So” by Karmin [Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records] and “Shine” by Ledisi [Universal Music Group / Verve Forecast].

New single “Make It Out This Town” – featuring Gabe Saporta of Cobra Starship – was written by Eve Jeffers along with Claude Kelly (Fantasia Barrino, Jennifer Hudson) and John “Jon Jon Traxx” Webb (Karmin, Beyonce Knowles).

Other musicians backing the “She Bad Bad” singer on the follow-up to 2002’s “Eve-Olution” are Harmony “H-Money” Samuels, Ronald “Jukebox” Jackson, Darren Lewis, Tunde Babalola, Kasseem “Swizz Beatz” Dean, Taj Philip Jackson, Charles “Chuck Harmony” Harmon and Jerry “Wonda” Duplessis.

The American rapper-songwriter will release “Lip Lock” in the United States on May 14 via Blondie Rockwell Inc.

Lead single “She Bad Bad” was produced by Ronald “Jukebox” Jackson, whose credits include “Whip My Hair” by Willow Smith [Sony Music Entertainment / Roc Nation / Columbia Records], “Girl Talkin’ Bout” by Mindless Behavior [Universal Music Group / Streamline Records / Interscope Records] and “Superhero” by Cher Lloyd [Sony Music Entertainment / Syco Music / Epic Records].
