Olivia Dean releases new single “Crosswords”

British singer/songwriter Olivia Dean has released her new single online.

“Crosswords”  is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Francis “Eg” White, whose recent credits include Celine Dion’s “I Will Be Stronger,” Izzy Bizu’s “This is What We Wanted,” Jasmine Thompson’s “Some People,” Ben Platt’s “Hurt Me Once,” Nao’s “A Life Like This,” Ray Blk’s “Got My Own,” and Maverick Sabre’s “Into Hope.”

Production duties on “Crosswords” were collectively handled by White alongside Felix Joseph, who is also responsible for Mahalia’s “Simmer,” Jorja Smith’s “Wandering Romance,” Elli Ingram’s “Table for Two,” Kwabs’ “Perfect Ruin,” Birdy’s “Take My Heart,” Kevin Garrett’s “Stranglehold.”

Dean’s upcoming project – which reportedly features additional contributions from Jimmy Napes, Anton Goransson, Isabella Sjostrand, Max Wolfgang, Emily Burns, Aston Rudi, Ed Thomas, Marlon Roudette, Fred Cox, Laura Welsh, and Alan Sampson – is expected to arrive later this year via AMF Records.

Izzy Bizu releases new mini-collection “Glita”

British singer/songwriter Isobel Beardshaw, professionally known as Izzy Bizu, has released her new EP online.

“Glita” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Besides current promotional single “Lights On,” the mini-collection also features four new songs in the shape of “This is What We Wanted,” “Doorstep,” “Never With It,” “Someone that Loves You ’19.”

Among the musicians Bizu has collaborated with on the project are Francis “Eg” White (Sam Smith, Rebecca Ferguson), Amish “ADP” Patel (Craig David, Dan Caplen) and Ian Barter (Gabrielle, Purple Ferdinand).

Grace Carter drafts Fabienne Holloway, Fred Cox for new single “Heal Me”

Grace Carter has announced the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Heal Me” as her next promotional cut and will release it on January 25th via all digital streaming outlets.

Carter co-wrote “Heal Me” alongside Fabienne Holloway and Fred Cox, who have also helmed cuts for Idris Elba (“Fires”), Kara Marni (“Skydive”), Tori Kelly (“Mellow”), Rosie Lowe (“So Human”), Kiah Victoria (“Treat Me”), Janelle Monae (“Call the Lawd”) and Dakota (“Never Good Enough”).

Having signed a publishing deal with Tim Blacksmith and Danny D’s Stellar Songs, Carter is expected to release her upcoming project later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

In addition to regular collaborators The 23rd, Carter has also recorded new music with Stephen “Koz” Kozmeniuk, Martin Sjolie, Om’mas Keith, Justin Parker, Digital Farm Animals, Francis “Eg” White, and Jordan Riley.

British singe/songwriter Rita Ekwere, professionally known as Ray BLK, has released her new mini-album online.

“Empress” – featuring 8 new songs in the shape of “Run Run,” “Paradise,” “Got My Own,” “Girl Like Me,” “Mama,” “Empress,” “Don’t Beg” and “Just a Kid” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

On the follow-up to 2016’s “Durt,” BLK has worked with Fraser T. Smith, Emma Davidson-Dillon, Cass Lowe, Jordan Riley, Fred Gibson, Warren “Oak” Felder, Sebastian Kole, Francis “Eg” White, Josh Grant, and Simon Aldred.

Grace Carter has liberated her new promotional single online.

“Saving Grace” – which was produced by Rob Geragthy alongside Stephen “Koz” Kozmeniuk and The 23rd- is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Carter’s upcoming project – featuring previous singles “Silhouette,” “Ashes” and “Silence” – is expected to arrive later this year via Polydor Records.
