Marlon Roudette teases new collaboration with Zara Larsson

Marlon Roudette has teased a new collaboration with Zara Larsson.

“She survived two long days in the studio with us and she’s still smiling. Big thanks @ZaraLarsson,” the British-Vincentian recording artist posted to Instagram on Wednesday (August 08, 2018).

Roudette’s songwriting resume boasts works with Sinead Harnett (“Unconditional”), Louisa Johnson (“Road to Rome”), Siobhan Donaghy (“Twist of Fate”), Jax Jones (“Ring Ring”) and Mabel McVey (“Finders Keepers”).

Besides working on his upcoming third studio collection under Island Records UK, the “New Age” singer has also contributed to the next projects by Zak Abel, Dan Caplen, Sinead Harnett, and Liam Payne.

Meanwhile, Larsson is expected to release her upcoming album and follow-up to 2017’s “So Good” later this year via TEN Music Group / Epic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further contributions from Goldfingers, Jordan Riley, Max McElligott, Carassius Gold, Andrew Wells, Grades, Digital Farm Animals, Cass Lowe, Rami Yacoub, and Electric.

Liza Owen signs worldwide publishing deal with Reservoir Media Management

Liza Owen has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Reservoir Media Management, which also houses fellow songwriters including Ali Tamposi, Carla Marie Williams, Ina Wroldsen, and Lauren Christy.

The British-Cambodian singer/songwriter recently co-penned “16 Steps” for Martin Jensen and Olivia Holt alongside Tamposi, John “JRY” Ryan, and AFTERHRS (aka Andrew Haas and Ian Franzino).

Owen’s promotional singles “Better with Me,” “Don’t Call Me Baby” and “Fallin” are now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Her resume boasts additional works with songwriters/producers including Goldfingers, Chloe Angelides, Teddy Geiger, Emily Weisband, Jesse Saint John, Tayla Parx, Big Taste, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, Shungudzo, Danny Parker, Ilsey Juber, Knighstarr, Sarah Hudson, and Steve Mac.

Rak-Su drafs Banx & Ranx for new single “Pyro Ting”

Rak-Su have announced the details for their new single.

The British R&B/hip hop boy band – composed of Ashley Fongho, Jamaal Shurland, Myles Stephenson, and Mustafa Rahimtulla – dubbed “Pyro Ting” as the first promotional cut from their upcoming debut album under Syco Music.

Produced by Yannick Rastogi and Zacharie Raymond of Canadian duo Banx & Ranx; “Pyro Ting” will arrive on June 29 via  iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

For their debut album, Rak-Su have also worked with Mojam Music, Tre Jean-Marie, Gina Kushka, Shakka, Eyelar Mirzazadeh, Chris Loco, Liza Owen, Goldfingers, Caroline Ailin, Jacob Manson, Captain Cuts, Jin Jin, and Rymez.

Dan Caplen drops new promotional single “Thank You”

Dan Caplen has dropped his new promotional single online.

The Ms Banks-assisted “Thank You” – which was co-written by Frances, James Newman, and Frederik Eichen – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Caplen’s upcoming debut album – featuring previous singles “Flat Champagne” and “Two Fingers” – is expected to arrive later this year via Atlantic Records UK.

The still-untitled project reportedly yields further contributions from Goldfingers, Jennifer Decilveo, Alex Stacey, Bastian Langebaek, Negin Djafari, Fred Cox, Levi Lennox, Jonny Coffer, Wayne Hector, and Jamie Scott.

Dan Caplen hits the studio with Goldfingers

British singer/songwriter Dan Caplen has recorded new music with Frank Nobel and Linus Nordstrom of Goldfingers.

Having signed a publishing deal with Imagem UK, the Swedish songwriting and production duo are responsible for Kamille’s “Body,” Louisa Johnson’s “Yes,” Don Diablo’s “Give Me Love,” and Liza Owen’s “Better with Me.”

Goldfingers have also contributed to the next projects by Little Mix, Antigoni Buxton, John Newman, Grace Davies, Kloe, L Devine, and Rak-Su.

Meanwhile, Caplen is expected to release his upcoming debut album – featuring singles “Flat Champagne” (with Ray BLK) and “Two Fingers” (produced by Two Inch Punch) – later this year via Atlantic Records UK.

The still-untitled project reportedly yields further productions from The Electric, Fred Cox, Nana Rogues, Bastian Langebaek, Jay Mooncie, Levi Lennox, ADP, Jonny Coffer, Fraser T. Smith, Lostboy, Alex Stacey, and Jamie Hartman.

Little Mix enlist Martin Sjolie for fifth album

Little Mix have enlisted Martin Sjolie for a new collaboration.

The Norwegian musician is known for helming “Don’t Kill My Vibe,” “Strangers,” “Fake Friends,” and “High Five” for Island Recording artist Sigrid.

Fans of Sjolie’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next projects by Astrid S, Elderbrook, Grace Carter, Alice Chater, Jones, Sarah Close, Raye, Ella Henderson, L Devine, and Arlissa.

Meanwhile, Little Mix are scheduled to release their fifth studio collection later this year via Syco Music (US) and Columbia Records (UK).

The follow-up to 2016’s “Glory Days” reportedly boasts further productions from Banx & Ranx, Kid Joki, Thomas “Earwulf” Eriksen, Captain Cuts, The Electric, MNEK, Goldfingers, Chris Loco, Fred Ball, TMS, Red Triangle, Jez Ashurst, Tre Jean-Marie, Fridolin “Freedo” Walcher, and Rice N Peas.

Little Mix hit the studio with Banx & Ranx

Little Mix have added Banx & Ranx to the list of contributors for their upcoming fifth album under Syco Music and Columbia Records.

The Canadian production duo – composed of Yannick Rastogi and Zacharie Raymond – recently collaborated with Ella Eyre on the track “Answerphone,” which peaked to number seven on the UK Singles Chart.

Banx & Ranx have also recorded tracks with artists including Olly Murs (“Kiss Me”), KStewart (“Sex for Breakfast”), Sean Paul (“Mad Love”), Raye (“Thinking About You”) and Dua Lipa (“Kiss and Make Up”).

Other producers backing Little Mix on the follow-up to 2016’s “Glory Days” are Rice N Peas, Kid Joki, Earwulf, Captain Cuts, Electric, MNEK, Goldfingers, Chris Loco, Fred Ball, Red Triangle, Jez Ashurst, Tre Jean-Marie, Freedo, and TMS.
