Eric Hudson has teased a new collaboration with H.E.R.

“Me and @hermusicofficial made a classic tonight! I brought my bass with me …#backtowork #shesagenius #classicsonly,” the American record producer and songwriter posted to Instagram on Friday (July 19, 2019).

Hudson’s resume boasts works with Mariah Carey (“Infinity”), John Legend (“We Just Don’t Care”), Omarion (“Entourage”), Whitney Houston (“Worth It”), Trey Songz (“Without a Woman”), Brandy (“Bring it Back”), Justin Timberlake (“Morning Light”), Mary J. Blige (“Why”) and August Alsina (“Benediction”).

Meanwhile, H.E.R.’s upcoming project – featuring current promotional single “Racks” (which was co-written by fellow recording artist Tiara Thomas and collectively produced by Jeff Gitty, Ronald “Flippa” Colson and Ali P) – is expected to arrive later this year via RCA Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers further contributions from Andre Harris, Prgrshn, LunchMoney Lewis, MNEK, Darhyl “DJ” Camper, Priscilla Renea, Stint, Hue Strother, D’Mile, Varren Wade, Ambre, Trey Campbell, Bryan Michael Cox, Stacy Barthe, Neff-U, Supa Dups, and The Stereotypes.

H.E.R. also provided guest vocals on the track “I Don’t Want Your Money,” taken from the Ed Sheeran’s latest studio collection, “No. 6 Collaborations Project,” which is out now via Atlantic Records. The track was written by Sheeran alongside Joe Reeves, Fred Gibson, and Paul “Nineteen85” Jefferies.

H.E.R. shares new promotional single “Racks”

American singer/songwriter Gabi Wilson, known professionally as H.E.R., has shared her new promotional single online.

“Racks” – featuring YBN Cordae – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Tiara Thomas and collectively produced by Jeff Gitty (Brandy, Lianne La Havas), Ronald “Flippa” Colson (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj) and Ali P (Kehlani, Jason Derulo).

As mentioned in earlier, H.E.R.’s upcoming project is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

H.E.R. reunites with MNEK for new collaboration

American singer/songwriter Gabi Wilson, known professionally as H.E.R., has reunited with fellow recording artist MNEK for a new collaboration.

MNEK previously produced and co-wrote “2” for H.E.R. alongside regular collaborator Ryan Ashley. The track appears on H.E.R’s self-titled project, which was released in 2017 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

MNEK’s debut studio collection “Language” – featuring singles “Paradise,” “Tongue,” “Colour,” “Crazy World,” “Correct” and “Girlfriend” – is out now via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

Meanwhile, H.E.R. is expected to release her upcoming debut album – featuring current promotional single “Hard Place” (which was produced by Rodney “Darkchild” Jerkins – later this year via RCA Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Stint (Alina Baraz, Kiah Victoria), Trey Campbell (Bebe Rexha, Ella Mai), Bryan Michael Cox (Mary J. Blige, Toni Braxton) and Darhyl Camper (Brandy, Kelly Rowland).

Naughty Boy’s production resume boasts works with Emeli Sande (“Heaven”), Leona Lewis (“Trouble”), Rihanna (“Half of Me”), Alesha Dixon (“Radio”), Marlon Roudette (“Anti Hero”), Mary J. Blige (“Pick Me Up”), Tanika (“Runaway”) and Fantasia Barrino (“Side Effects of You”).

His current promotional single “All or Nothing” – featuring Ray BLK and Wycelf Jean – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

“Lights On” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Talay Riley, whose credits include Nick Jonas’ “Levels,” Ella Mai’s “Anymore,” Dua Lipa’s “Last Dance,” Timothy Bloom’s “Still,” Britney Spears’ “Clumsy,” Jason Derulo’s “If it Ain’t Love,” Wilkinson’s “Afterglow,” and Kelela’s “All the Way Down.”

Production duties on “Lights On,” on the other hand, were collectively handled by H.E.R. alongside Mike “Scribz” Riley (Khalid, Tove Lo) and Daniel “GRADES” Traynor (Mullally, Jessie Ware).

“Say it Again” – which was co-written by Wilson alongside Hue “SoundzFire” Strother – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Say it Again” were handled by Darhyl Camper Jr., whose other credits include Mary J. Blige’s “Thick of It,” Tamar Braxton’s “Love & War,” Ro James’ “Already Knew That,” Keyshia Cole’s “Trust & Believe,” John Legend’s “Dreams,” and Stacy Barthe’s “Flawed Beautiful Creatures.”

H.E.R.’s upcoming mini-album “Volume 2” – featuring “Every Kind of Way,” “Still Down,” “Lights On,” “I Won’t,” “Changes,” “Faded” and “Rather Be” – will arrive on June 2 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Among the musicians backing H.E.R. on the highly-anticipated collection are Daniel “GRADES” Traynor (NAO, Jessie Ware), Mike “Scribz” Riley (Khalid, Tove Lo) and Kurtis “K9” McKenzie (Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora).
