Gabrielle unveils artwork, release date, tracklisting for new album “Under My Skin”

British singer/songwriter Louise Gabrielle Bobb, known mononymously as Gabrielle, has christened her upcoming sixth album “Under My Skin” and will release it on August 17 via BMG Rights Management.

Current single “Show Me” – which was produced by Steve Chrisanthou – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2007’s “All I Want” yields further productions Ian Barter, who has also worked with the likes of Paloma Faith (“Broken Doll”), Izzy Bizu (“What Makes You Happy”) and Purple Ferdinand (“Time”).

Liam Bailey reveals credits for debut album “Definitely Now”

Liam Bailey has revealed the songwriting credits for his upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter is scheduled to release “Definitely Now” on August 19 via Sony Music Entertainment / Masterworks / Flying Buddha Records.

Lead single “On My Mind” – written by Bailey along with Thomas Brenneck, Leon Michels, Nick Movoshon and Jeff Silverman – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

As previously reported, “Definitely Now” is executively produced by Salaam Remi, who also worked on the next projects by Jennifer Hudson [RCA Records], Ella Henderson [Syco Music] and Jazmine Sullivan [RCA Records].

The highly-anticipated LP yields further productions and songwriting contributions from Fraser T. Smith (Ella Eyre, Rebecca Ferguson), Zane Lowe (Sam Smith, Tinie Tempah) and Jonathan Shorten (Gabrielle, Joss Stone).

Mary J. Blige recruits Naughty Boy for new album “The London Sessions”

Mary J. Blige has recruited Naughty Boy for her upcoming album.

The British songwriter and record producer – born Shahid Khan – is overseeing the next release by the legendary R&B songstress, tentatively entitled “The London Sessions.”

His debut album, 2013’s “Hotel Cabana,” featured guest appearances from Emeli Sande [Virgin EMI Records], Gabrielle [Island Records], Ed Sheeran [Atlantic Records] and Sam Smith [PMR / Capitol Records].

He also worked on the next projects by Tanika [Capitol Records], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records], Jess Glynne [Black Butter Records], Katy B [Columbia Records], Rihanna [SRP Records] and Kat Dahlia [Epic Records].

Notable credits by Naughty Boy include Leona Lewis’ “Trouble” [Syco Music], Alesha Dixon’s “Radio” [Asylum Records], Cheryl Cole’s “Craziest Things” [Polydor Records] and Tinie Tempah’s “Lost Ones” [Parlophone Records].

Meanwhile, Mary J. Blige recently recorded 14 new songs for the original motion picture soundtrack, “Think Like a Man Too,” out now via Epic Records.

The collection yields collaborations with Tricky Stewart (Beyonce, Nicole Scherzinger), The-Dream (Usher, Kelly Rowland), Warren Felder (Usher, Marsha Ambrosius) and Andrew Wansel (Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj).

Rihanna reunites with Naughty Boy for new album?

Naughty Boy recently hinted at a new collaboration with Rihanna.

The pair previously teamed up on “Half of Me,” taken from the Barbadian beauty’s seventh album, “Unapologetic,” out now via Island Records.

The track was written by Naughty Boy – born Shahid Khan – along with Emeli Sande and Stargate’s Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen.

His debut album, “Hotel Cabana,” features guest appearances from Gabrielle (“Hollywood”), Ed Sheeran (“Top Floor”), Sam Smith (“La La La”), Chasing Grace (“So Strong”) and Bastille (“No One’s Here to Sleep”).

Fans of Naughty Boy’s production work should keep an eye on the next LPs by Mikky Ekko [RCA Records], Kat Dahlia [Epic Records], Tanika Bailey [Virgin Records], Lily Allen [Parlophone Records] and Ella Henderson [Syco Music].

“Think About It” – which features Wiz Khalifa & Ella Eyre – marks the fourth promotional single from the producer’s debut album, “Hotel Cabana,” out now via EMI Music Group / Virgin Records.

The track – available for download from November 17 via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was written by Shahid “Naughty Boy” Khan along with Andrea Martin, James Murray, Mustafa Omer, and Luke Juby.

Gabrielle has debuted the music video for her new single online.

“Say Goodbye” marks the first promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming compilation, “Now and Forever: 20 Years of Dreaming,” out on November 18 via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The track was produced by Reginald “Syience” Perry, who also teamed up with the artist on album tracks “Knew Me” and “Holing On for You.”

Other artists that Syience has collaborated with include Beyonce [Columbia Records], Marsha Ambrosius [RCA Records], Cheryl Cole [Polydor Records], Delilah [Atlantic Records] and Mary J. Blige [Geffen Records].

“Now and Forever features additional new songs including “It Takes Time” and “Show Me What You Got,” as well as productions from Richard Stannard (James Arthur, Leona Lewis) and Naughty Boy (Tinie Tempah, Laura Mvula).

Gabrielle has released a new remix to her breakout single “Dreams.”

The British singer/songwriter posted the Naughty Boy-produced track to her official YouTube Channel on Wednesday (October 09, 2013).

Her upcoming collection “Now and Always: 20 Years of Dreaming” will be released on November 25 via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

Meanwhile, Naughty Boy’s debut album “Hotel Cabana” is now available for download via EMI / Virgin Records. The set – which debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart – features singles “Wonder (w / Emeli Sande),” “La La La (w / Sam Smith)” and “Think About It (w / Wiz Khalifa & Ella Eyre).”

The pair previously teamed up on the Emeli Sande-penned “Hollywood,” taken from the Naughty Boy’s upcoming debut album, “Hotel Cabana,” scheduled for release in the United Kingdom on August 26 via EMI Music Group / Virgin Records.
