Ginette Claudette releases new promotional single “Twisted”

American singer/songwriter Yinette Mendez, professionally known as Ginette Claudette, has released her new promotional single online.

“Twisted” – which was collectively produced by regular collaborator August Rigo alongside Jeremy Reeves, Ray Romulus, Jonathan Yip, Ray McCullough of The Stereotypes – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Claudette’s upcoming sophomore studio collection is expected to arrive later this year via SummerChild Records.

The still-untitled collection serves as the follow-up to 2015’s “All the Way Back” and 2014’s “Tainted Emotions,” which spawned singles “Hold Me, Touch Me, Love Me” and the Rico Love-assisted “Better Love.”

Ginette Claudette enlists The Stereotypes for new single “Twisted”

American singer/songwriter Ginette Claudette has christened “Twisted” as her new promotional single and will release it on April 6th via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Production duties on “Twisted” were handled by Jonathan Yip, Ray Romulus, Jeremy Reeves and Ray Charles McCullough II of The Stereotypes, who have also worked with Bruno Mars (“Finesse”), Fifth Harmony (“Deliver”), Sevyn Streeter (“Before I Do”) and Iggy Azalea (“Mo Bounce”).

Claudette’s debut album, “Tainted Emotions,” was released in 2014 via SummerChild Records and spawned singles in the shape of “Hold Me Touch Me Love Me” and the Rico Love-assisted “Better Love.”

As a songwriter, Claudette co-penned “Rock, Paper, Scissors” for Melanie Fiona alongside Eritza Laues, Cannon Mapp, Denarius Motes, and Hasham Hussein. The track appears on Fiona’s sophomore studio collection, 2012’s “The MF Life,” which topped the US Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart.

Better Love

Ginette Claudette has unwrapped the official artwork for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter dubbed “Better Love” – which features Rico Love – as the next promotional single from her debut album, “Tainted Emotions,” now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

The track – written by Ginette Claudette, Rico Love, and August Rigo – has been posted to the artist’s Official SoundCloud Page on Friday (February 28, 2014).

Among the other artists Rico Love – born Richard Butler – has previously collaborated are Beyonce (“Sweet Dreams”), Kelly Rowland (“Commander”), Michelle Williams (“The Greatest”) and Usher (“Hey Daddy”).

Meanwhile, notable songwriting credits by Rigo include Justine Skye’s “Hard Work” [Atlantic Records], Big Time Rush’s “Confetti Falling” [Columbia Records] and Justin Bieber’s “Maria” [Island Def Jam Recordings].

Ginette Claudette reveals tracklisting for debut album ‘Tainted Emotions’

Ginette Claudette has revealed the tracklisting for her upcoming debut album.

The singer/songwriter will release “Tainted Emotions” in the United States on February 25 via SummerChild Records.

The project was executively produced by August Rigo, whose known for collaborating with the likes of Justin Bieber [Island Def Jam Recordings], Cheryl Cole [Polydor Records] and One Direction [Columbia Records].

Some of his recent songwriting placements include “Head in the Clouds” by Union J [Syco Music / RCA Records], “Confetti Falling” by Big Time Rush [Columbia Records] and “Wrong Side” by Cover Drive [Polydor Records].

Justine Skye debuts music video for new single ‘Hard Work’

Justine Skye has debuted the music video for her new single online.

“Hard Work” is taken from the singer/songwriter’s mini-album, “Everyday Living,” out now via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The track was written by Justine Skye along with Ginette Claudette and August Rigo, who previously worked with the likes of Justin Bieber (“Maria”), One Direction (“Gotta Be You”) and Cover Drive (“Wrongside”).

Production duties were handled by Eric Hudson and Andrew Clifton, who are also resposible for “Damn” by K. Michelle [Atlantic Records] and “Missing Me Now” by Keyshia Cole [Geffen Records].

Skye is currently working on her upcoming as-yet-untitled LP, which is expected to be released some time in 2014.

Ginette Claudette has released the music video for her new single online.

“Anything for You” marks the second promotional single from the singer/songwriter’s upcoming mini-album “Tainted Emotions.”

The track was written by Ginette Claudette and Erin Marie Thompson along with August Rigo, whose credits include “Maria” by Justin Bieber [Island Records] and “Tears on Your Pillow” by Cody Simpson [Atlantic Records].

He is also known for collaborating with the likes of Cheryl Cole [Polydor Records], Big Time Rush [Columbia Records], One Direction [Syco Music] and Alexis Jordan [Roc Nation Records].

As a songwriter, Ginette Claudette has penned “Rock Paper Scissors” for Melanie Fiona along with Hasham Hussein and Denarius Motes, who are also responsible for Celine Dion’s new single “Loved Me Back to Life.”
