Mark Ralph hints at new collaboration with Gorgon City

Mark Ralph has hinted at a new collaboration with Gorgon City.

“Been working hard all day with @GorgonCity and guess what? It’s time for refreshing Nandos in Kensal Rise!” the UK record producer tweeted.

Ralph recently co-produced and co-wrote “I’m in Control” for AlunaGeorge along with Sam Romans and group members Aluna Francis and George Reid. The track is now available for download via Island Records.

His other credits include Lion Babe’s “Where Do We Go” [Polydor], Foxes’ “Wicked Love” [Epic], Blonde’s “Feel Good” [Parlophone], Clean Bandit’s “Extraordinary” [Atlantic], and Years & Years’ “Shine” [Interscope].

Meanwhile, Gorgon City are expected to release their sophomore studio collection – featuring the Sam Romans-assisted “Saving My Life” – later this year through Black Butter Records and Virgin EMI Records.

The British garage duo – consisting of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – released their debut album “Sirens” in 2014 and it peaked to number ten on the UK Albums Chart.

That collection also delivered guest appearances from MNEK (“Ready for Your Love”), Anne-Marie (“Try Me Out”), Zak Abel (“Unmissable”), Katy B (“Lover Like You”), Tish Hyman (“5 Am”), and Jennifer Hudson (“Go All Night”).

Jess Glynne releases debut album “I Cry When I Laugh”

Jess Glynne has released her debut album online.

“I Cry When I Laugh” – featuring hit singles “Right Here,” “Hold My Hand” and “Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Warner Music Group imprint Atlantic Records.

Producers include Knox Brown (Usher, Mary J. Blige), Starsmith (Cheryl, Ellie Goulding), Bless Beats (Krishane, Tinie Tempah), Naughty Boy (Sam Smith, Wiz Khalifa), Mac and Phil (Cover Drive, Emeli Sande), TMS (Sigma, Ella Eyre), Steve Mac (Shakira, Olly Murs) and Gorgon City (Kiesza, Zak Abel).

On the songwriting front, Glynne has teamed up with Jin Jin (Moko, Janelle Monae), Ina Wroldsen (Jojo, Calvin Harris), Talay Riley (Zendaya, Nick Jonas), Wayne Hector (Nicki Minaj, One Direction), Jonny Coffer (Emeli Sande, Leona Lewis) and Jack Patterson of Clean Bandit (Rae Morris, Selena Gomez).

Furthermore, Glynne has contributed the upcoming releases by Labrinth [Syco Music], Rudimental [Atlantic Records], Little Mix [Columbia Records], Rita Ora [Roc Nation] and M.O [Operator Records].

Gorgon City have premiered the music video for their new single online.

The British garage duo – composed of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – posted the visual clip for “Saving My Life” to their Vevo channel on Monday (August 17, 2015).

“Saving My Life” features vocals from ROMANS, whose songwriting credits include Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records].

Furthermore, the first part of ROMANS’ debut album “Overthinking” – featuring lead single “Uh Huh” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Roc Nation and Virgin EMI Records.

Gorgon City, meanwhile, are expected to release their second studio collection later this year through Blackground Records and Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled project serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Sirens,” which debuted at number ten on the UK Albums Chart and spawned hit singles “Ready for Your Love (feat MNEK)” and “Go All Night (feat Jennifer Hudson).”

Gorgon City have announced the title of their new single.

The British garage duo – composed of Kye “Foamo” Gibbon and Matthew “RackNRuin” Robson-Scott – christened “Saving My Life” as the first promotional cut from their upcoming sophomore album.

“Saving My Life” was co-written by ROMANS, whose recent credits include Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records].

Furthermore, the first part of ROMANS’ debut album “Overthinking” – featuring lead single “Uh Huh” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Roc Nation and Virgin EMI Records.

Jess Glynne has unveiled a new music video online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the Jolene Henry-directed clip for “Why Me” to her official YouTube channel on Saturday (August 01, 2015).

Production duties on “Why Me” were handled by Knox Brown, who also teamed up with Glynne on “Gave Me Something,” “Ain’t Got Far to Go” and “Love Me.”

Furthermore, Brown has contributed to the next projects by Usher [RCA Records], Raye [Polydor Records], Karen Harding [Capitol Records], Melissa Steel [Atlantic Records] and Sinead Harnett [Virgin EMI Records].

Disclosure unwraps tracklist for new album “Caracal”

Disclosure have unwrapped the tracklist for their upcoming album.

The electronic music production duo will release “Caracal” on September 25 through PMR Records and Island Records.

Group members Guy and Howard Lawrence co-wrote “Caracal” along with regular collaborator Jimmy Napes, whose credits include Clean Bandit (“Rather Be”), Mary J. Blige (“Right Now”) and Gorgon City (“Unmissable”).

Furthermore, Napes has contributed to the next projects by Alicia Keys [RCA Records], Ellie Goulding [Polydor Records], Eliza Doolittle [Parlophone Records], Karen Harding [Capitol Records] and Grace [RCA Records].

Disclosure’s debut album, 2013’s “Settle,” debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and spawned hit singles including “Latch” (featuring Sam Smith), “White Noise” (featuring AlunaGeorge)” and “Voices” (featuring Sasha Keable).

“Great day yesterday with @thisisromans & @housechoir” the British electronic music duo posted to their Instagram page on Wednesday (July 15, 2015).

Romans – real name Samuel Elliot Roman – is known for co-writing Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records].

His first mini-collection “Overthinking, Part 1” – featuring lead single “Uh Huh” – is now available for download via iTunes in partnership with Roc Nation Records (US) and Virgin EMI Records (UK).
