Clean Bandit release sophomore album “What is Love?”

British electronic music group Clean Bandit – consisting of members Grace Chatto, and brothers Jack and Luke Patterson – have released their sophomore studio collection via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

“What is Love?” – which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “New Eyes” – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project boasts guest appearances from Zara Larsson, Marina Diamandis, Craig David, Rita Ora, Demi Lovato, Anne-Marie, Charli XCX, Ellie Goulding, Julia Michaels, and Louisa Johnson.

On the songwriting and production front, Clean Bandit have worked with Steve Mac, Ina Wroldsen, Mark Ralph, Kamille, Jason Evigan, Noonie Bao, Sam Romans, Ilsey Juber, Fred Gibson, Caroline Ailin, Julian Bunetta, John Ryan, Emily Warren, Ilya Salmanzadeh, Cara Salimando, and Jonny Price.

Clean Bandit teases new collaboration with Jess Glynne, Jimmy Napes

Clean Bandit have reunited in the studio with Jess Glynne and Jimmy Napes.

“MC Emotional Banger and DJ Vibrancy jamming @jessglynne @jimmynapes,” the British electronic music group – composed of Grace Chatto and siblings Jack and Luke Patterson – posted to their Instagram profile.

Clean Bandit previously teamed with Glynne and Napes on international hit single “Rather Be,” which topped the UK Singles Chart and peaked to number ten on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Glynne also provided guest vocals on Clean Bandit’s “Real Love,” which peaked to number two on the UK Singles Chart, and Napes co-wrote “Extraordinary,” which delivered guest vocals from UK singer-songwriter Sharna Bass.

As mentioned in earlier posts, the upcoming sophomore album by Clean Bandit – featuring singles “Tears,” “Rockabye” and “Symphony” – will arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2014’s “New Eyes” boasts contributions from Sam Romans (Craig David), Mark Ralph (AlunaGeorge), Ina Wroldsen (Janelle Monae), Ammar Malik (Selena Gomez) and Steve Mac (Demi Lovato).

Other musicians expected to appear on the still-untitled project are Toby Gad (Beyonce), Natasha Bedingfield (Tori Kelly), Labrinth (Noah Cyrus), Priscilla Renae (Rihanna), Cass Lowe (Sam Smith), Eyelar (Diztortion), Jesse Shatkin (Kelly Clarkson), MNDR (Charli XCX) and Joel Compass (Tinashe).

British electronic music group Clean Bandit – composed of Grace Chatto and siblings Jack and Luke Patterson – have selected “Symphonies” as the next promotional single from their upcoming sophomore album.

The Zara Larsson-featuring track was written by Jack Patterson alongside Ina Wroldsen (Tinie Tempah, Janelle Monae), Ammar Malik (Selena Gomez, Camila Cabello) and Steve Mac (Jess Glynne, Ed Sheeran).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Clean Bandit’s second studio collection – featuring previous promotional singles “Tears” and “Rockabye” – will arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2014’s “New Eyes” reportedly delivers further contributions from Toby Gad (Beyonce), Cass Lowe (Nick Jonas), Priscilla Renea (Kelly Clarkson), Labrinth (Noah Cyrus) Natasha Bedingfield (Tori Kelly).

Clean Bandit have selected their new single.

The British electro-band – composed of members Grace Chatto, Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson and Neil-Amin Smith – dubbed “Rockabye” as the second promotional cut from their upcoming sophomore album.

The follow-up to previous single “Tears,” which peaked to number five on the UK Singles Chart, features guest vocals from dancehall star Sean Paul and Major Tom’s / Asylum-signed vocalist Anne-Marie.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Clean Bandit’s second studio collection under Warner Music Group imprint Atlantic Records reportedly boasts further guest appearances from Elton John, Natasha Bedingfield, and Labrinth.

Other album contributors include Mark Ralph (AlunaGeorge), Sam Romans (John Legend), Cass Lowe (Zayn Malik), Priscilla Renea (Rihanna), Toby Gad (Beyonce), Ina Wroldsen (Fleur East) and Steve Mac (James Blunt).

Clean Bandit have unleashed the music video for their new single online.

The British electronic music quartet – composed of Grace Chatto, Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson and Neil Amin-Smith – posted the visual clip for “Tears” to their YouTube channel on Thursday (July 07, 2016).

“Tears” – featuring vocals from Louisa Johnson – was co-written by Sam Romans, who also worked with AlunaGeorge (“I’m in Control”), Mary J. Blige (“Doubt”), Kwabs (“Father Figure”), and Birdy (“Growing Pains”).

Fans of Romans’ work should also look out for the next projects by Alicia Keys [RCA], James Blunt [Atlantic], Craig David [Insanity], John Legend [Columbia], Ella Henderson [Syco] and Rudimental [Asylum].

British electronic group Clean Bandit have added Ina Wroldsen and Steve Mac to the list of contributors for their upcoming sophomore album.

Recent credits by the songwriting and production duo include Jasmine Thompson’s “Adore” [Atlantic], Demi Lovato’s “Lionheart” [Hollywood], Shakira’s “Empires” [RCA] and Inna’s “In Your Eyes” [Roton Music].

Wroldsen and Mac also worked with the likes of Cobra Starship (“You Make Me Feel”), Little Mix (“We Are Who We Are”), Alexandra Burke (“Before the Rain”), The Wanted (“I Found You”) and Cover Drive (“That Girl”).

Meanwhile, Clean Bandit are expected to release the follow-up to 2014’s “New Eyes” – featuring guest appearances from Labrinth, Natasha Bedingfield, and Sean Paul – later this year through Atlantic Records.

Clean Bandit have recorded new material with British singer/songwriter Natasha Bedingfield and hitmaker Toby Gad.

“Amazing session with @CleanBandit and @NatashaBedingfield,” Gad posted to his Instagram account on Saturday (August 01, 2015).

Gad previously collaborated with Bedingfield on “Happy” and “Freckles,” taken from Bedingfield’ s sophomore album “Pocketful of Sunshine.”

The record producer and songwriter is also responsible for hit singles performed by Leona Lewis (“Thunder”), Madonna (“Living for Love”), Beyonce (“If I Were a Boy”), Demi Lovato (“Skyscraper”) and Fergie (“Big Girls Don’t Cry”).

Meanwhile, Clean Bandit – consisting of Jack Patterson, Grace Chatto, Luke Patterson and Neil Amin-Smith – are expected to release their second studio collection later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled project follows 2014’s “New Eyes,” which peaked to number three on the UK Albums Chart and delivered singles including “Rather Be” (featuring Jess Glynne) and “Extraordinary” (featuring Sharna Bass).

“Another wonderful day of Tapas and songwriting with @CleanBandit … A lethal combination,” the singer, songwriter and record producer tweeted.

ROMANS – real name Samuel Elliot Roman – is known for co-writing Naughty Boy’s “Home” [Virgin EMI Records], Mary J. Blige’s “Doubt” [Capitol Records] and Melissa Steel’s “You Love Me?” [Atlantic Records].

He also contributed to the next projects by Gorgon City [Virgin EMI Records], John Legend [Columbia Records], Ella Henderson [Syco Music], AlunaGeorge [Island Records] and Kwabs [Atlantic Records].

Meanwhile, Clean Bandit – consisting of Grace Chatto, Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson and Neil Amin-Smith – are expected to release their second studio collection later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.
