Dua Lipa has teamed up with Julia Michaels for a new collaboration.

The American singer/songwriter is known for co-penning Justin Bieber’s “Sorry,” Selena Gomez’s “Good for You,” Rita Ora’s “Poison,” Janelle Monae’s “Make Me Feel,” Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself,” Gwen Stefani’s “Used to Love You,” Nick Jonas’ “Touch,” and Britney Spears’ “Slumber Party.”

Michaels’ most recent project “Inner Monologue Part 2” – featuring nine new songs in the shape of “17,” “Falling for Boys,” “Hurt Again,” “Work Too Much,” “Body,” “Priest,” “Fucked Up Kinda” and “Shouldn’t Have Said It” – is now available via Apple Music and all other digital streaming outlets.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Dua Lipa is expected to release her upcoming sophomore album early next year via Warner Bros. Records.

The still-untitled project and follow-up to 2017’s “Dua Lipa” reportedly yields additional songwriting contributions from Caroline Ailin, Sarah Hudson, Tove Lo, Kennedi, Casey Smith, Jenna Andrews, Tayla Parx, Kamille, Sarah Aarons, Ilsey Juber, Emily Warren, Jozzy, Sasha Sloan, and Lindy Robbins.

Dua Lipa drafts Jozzy, Metro Boomin for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Dua Lipa has drafted Jocelyn “Jozzy” Donald and Leland “Metro Boomin” Wayne for a new collaboration.

Jozzy is known for co-writing Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road,” Monica’s “Just Right for Me,” Little Mix’s “Bounce Back,” usher’s “Birthday,” Dinah Jane’s “Pass Me By,” Fergie’s “M.I.L.F,” Chris Brown’s “Discover,” and Tinashe’s “Ooh La La.”

Meanwhile, Metro Boomin’s production resume boasts works with Nicki Minaj (“Chun Swae”), 21 Savage (“No Heart”), Solange (“Stay Flo”), Gucci Mane (“Droptopwop”), A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie (“Get to You”) and Lana Del Rey (“God Bless America – And All The Beautiful Women In It”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Dua Lipa is expected to release her upcoming sophomore album early next year via Warner Bros. Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly features additional productions from Max Martin, Ilya, Pharrell Williams, Nile Rodgers, MNEK, Jason Evigan, Supa Dups, Danja, Fred Ball, Joel Little, Grades, and Stephen Kozmeniuk.

Ellie Goulding has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Hate Me” – featuring Juice WRLD – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Goulding alongside Starrah (Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry) and Andrew Watt (Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes).

Production duties on “Hate Me” were handled by Jason Evigan and The Monsters & Strangerz, who are also responsible for Fifth Harmony’s “Lonely Night,” Jason Derulo’s “Cheyenne,” Selena Gomez’s “Forget Forever,” Demi Lovato’s “Never Been Hurt,” and Zendaya’s “Butterflies.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Goulding’s upcoming fourth studio collection – featuring previous singles “Close to Me” (with Diplo) and “Sixteen” – later this year via Universal Music Group / Polydor Records.

Ellie Goulding has confirmed the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Hate Me” – featuring Juice WRLD – as her next promotional cut and will release it on June 26 via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Pia Mia teams up with Theron Theron, The Futuristics for new single “Crybaby”

Pia Mia has liberated her new promotional single online.

“Crybaby” – featuring Theron Theron of R. City – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was produced by Alex Schwartz and Joe Khajadourian of The Futuristics, who previously worked with Camila Cabello (“Something’s Gotta Give”), Selena Gomez (“Fetish”), Chris Brown (“Blue Jeans”), Niykee Heaton (“Bad Guy”) and Hayley Kiyoko (“Wanna Be Missed”).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Mia’s upcoming project – featuring further contributions from Leroy “Big Taste” Clampitt and Jazelle “Jvzel” Rodriguez – is expected to arrive later this year via Cherry Pie Records.

Earlier this year, Mia made her acting debut by portraying Tristan in the film “After.” She also released a single, “Bitter Love” – co-written by Ilsey Juber and produced by Rykeyz – which served as the film’s theme song.
