Charlie Puth reunites with Jacob Kasher for new single “Attention”

American singer, songwriter, and record producer Charlie Puth has released his new single online.

The self-produced “Attention” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Puth wrote “Attention” alongside Jacob Kasher Hindlin, professionally known as JKash, who previously teamed up with the artist on “Does it Feel,” “I Won’t Tell a Soul” and the Selena Gomez-featuring “We Don’t Talk Anymore.”

Other notable credits by JKash include Maroon 5’s “Cold,” Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You,” Zara Larsson’s “So Good,” Carly Rae Jepsen’s “I Really Like You,” Trey Songz’s “Priceless,” Jason Derulo’s “Swalla,” and Meghan Trainor’s “No.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Puth is expected to drop his sophomore album later this year via Artist Partner Group and Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Nine Track Mind” reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Ross Golan (James Blunt), Ammar Malik (Ed Sheeran), Eskeerdo (Rihanna), Breyan Isaac (Britney Spears), Sean Douglas (Madonna), Ilsey Juber (Ellie Goulding) and Babyface (Toni Braxton).

Among the producers expected to appear on the still-untitled project are Johan Carlsson (Harry Styles), Toby Gad (Madonna), Jason Evigan (Kehlani), CIRKUT (The Weeknd), John Ryan (Nick Jonas), Rami Yacoub (Celine Dion), AMMO (Sean Paul), Pharrell Williams (Ariana Grande) and Detail (Beyonce).

Trey Songz liberates new album “Tremaine”

Trey Songz has liberated his new album online.

“Tremaine” – featuring singles “Animal,” “She Lovin’ It,” “Nobody Else But You,” “Song Goes Off” and “Playboy” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Among the songwriters backing Songz – real name Tremaine Neverson – on the follow-up to 2014’s “Trigga” are Ester Dean (David Guetta), Prince Charlez (Mary J. Blige), Jason Boyd (Sam Smith), Nate Cyphert (Florida Georgia Line), Jacob Kasher (Charlie Puth), Micah Powell (Omarion) and Rock City (Nicki Minaj).

On the production front, Songz has reunited with Troy Taylor (Keyshia Cole), Rico Love (Usher) and Christopher “C4” Umana (Kelly Rowland).

Other album producers include The Audibles (Mike Posner), Dwayne Nesmith (Keri Hilson), Cook Classics (Jamie Foxx), Sermstyle (Fleur East), Pip Kembo (Sean Paul), JMIKE (Kehlani), CIRKUT (The Weeknd), Ryan Ogren (Jake Miller), Cardiak (DJ Khaled) and Sons of Sonix (Tanika Bailey).

The songwriting and production duo previously teamed with Puth on “Then There’s You,” taken from the artist’s debut album, 2016’s “Nine Track Mind.”

Other notable credits by Golan and Carlsson include Colbie Caillat’s “Live it Up,” Little Mix’s “You Gotta Not,” Jason Derulo’s “Painkiller,” Meghan Trainor’s “Hopeless Romantic,” Gavin DeGraw’s “Fire,” Michael Buble’s “Today is Yesterday’s Tomorrow,” One Direction’s “If I Could Fly,” Flo Rida’s “My House,” and Ariana Grande’s “Dangerous Woman.”

Meanwhile, Puth is expected to release his sophomore studio collection later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to “One Track Mind” reportedly delivers productions from Pharrell Williams (Nelly Furtado), Toby Gad (Madonna), Jason Evigan (Fifth Harmony), Cirkut (The Weeknd), Rami Yacoub (Enrique Iglesias), John Henry Ryan (John Legend) and Ammo (Beyonce).

Selena Gomez has reunited with Mattman & Robin for her upcoming album.

The Swedish production duo – composed of Mattias Larsson and Robin Fredriksson – previously teamed up with Gomez on “Hands to Myself” and “Me & the Rhythm,” taken from the artist’s 2015 album, “Revival.”

Mattman & Robin’s extensive resume boasts further works with Taylor Swift (“All You Had to Stay”), Ellie Goulding (“Love Me Like You Do”), DNCE (“Cake By the Ocean”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Run Away with Me”), Tove Lo (“Moments”), Hailee Steinfeld (“Love Myself”), Nick Jonas (“Close”), Britney Spears (“Do You Wanna Come Over?”) and Gwen Stefani (“Make Me Like You”).

Meanwhile, Gomez is expected to release her new studio collection later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Louisa Johnson has liberated her new single online.

“Best Behaviour” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Johnson alongside Shungudzo Kuyimba (Little Mix, Ella Henderson) and Daniel “Danny” Parker (Shawn Mendes, James Blunt).

Production duties on “Best Behaviour” were handled by Thomas “Froe” Barnes, Benjamin Kohn and Peter “Merf” Kelleher of TMS, who reportedly worked on the next projects by Craig David, Taya, Nick Jonas, Ellie Goulding, Madcon, Fleur East, Mollie King, Aloe Blacc, The Vamps, Imani Williams, Era Istrefi, Dua Lipa, Liv Dawson, RAYE, Paloma Faith, Hey Violet, and Bebe Rexha.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Johnson’s debut studio collection – featuring previous promotional single “So Good” – will arrive later this year via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music.

Zara Larsson has unwrapped the tracklist for her upcoming album, “So Good,” which will arrive on March 17 via TEN Music Group and Epic Records.

The title track – now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets – was co-written by Charlie Puth alongside Jacob “JKash” Kasher (Ariana Grande, Jake Miller), LunchMoney Lewis (Meghan Trainor, Ricky Reed) and DannyBoyStyles (Jason Derulo, Nicki Minaj).

Other album songwriters include Livvi Franc (Rihanna), JHart (Keith Urban), Eskeerdo (Fifth Harmony), Julia Michaels (Tinashe), Ed Sheeran (Taylor Swift), Ana Diaz (Britney Spears), Johnny McDaid (Harry Styles), Ina Wroldsen (Jess Glynne) and Ammar Malik (Selena Gomez).
