Alx Luke releases new promotional single “Wasted”

American singer, songwriter, and Circus Aerial Artist Luke has released his new promotional single online.

“Wasted” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Jaden Michaels, whose other credits include Jojo (“I Am”), Jessica Mauboy (“To the End of the Earth”), Carly Rae Jepsen (“Drive”), Candice Glover (“I Am Beautiful”), Jessica Sanchez (“Change Nothing”) and Lea Michele (“Louder”).

Production duties on “Wasted” were handled by RyKeyz, who is also responsible for Fantasia’s “Man of the House,” Wiz Khalifa’s “Got Everything,” Little Mix’s “Mr. Loverboy,” and Rak-Su’s “I Want You to Freak.”

Luke’s upcoming yet-to-be-titled debut project – featuring previous promotional single Tainted Love” – is expected to arrive later this year.

Jojo unveils new single “When Love Hurts”

Jojo has unveiled her new single online.

The singer/songwriter – real name Joanna Levesque – posted the audio clip for “When Love Hurts” to her YouTube channel on Thursday (August 20, 2015).

“When Love Hurts” was helmed by Ryn Weaver (BenZel, Gwen Stefani), Jason Evigan (Madonna, David Guetta), Ammar Malik (Rixton, Olly Murs), Robopop (Kesha, Lana Del Rey) and Benny Blanco (Rihanna, Katy Perry).

Jojo’s third studio album and follow-up to 2006’s “The High Road” – featuring “Say Love” and “Save My Soul” – is scheduled to hit stores later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The keenly-awaited CD delivers further alliances with Harmony Samuels (Ciara, Kelly Rowland), Jaden Michaels (Lea Michele, Naya Rivera), MNEK (Emeli Sande, Kylie Minogue) and Ina Wroldsen (Jess Glynne, Calvin Harris).

Lea Michele has released a new song online.

“Louder” is lifted from the singer/songwriter’s upcoming debut album of the same name, out on March 4 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The track was co-written by Jaden Michaels (Candice Glover, Naya Rivera) and Anne Preven (Jordin Sparks, Pixie Lott), meanwhile production duties were handled by Colin Munroe (Travie McCoy, Kendrick Lamar).

Lead single “Cannonball” – written by Sia Furler and Benjamin Levin along with Norwegian duo Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen of Stargate – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

For the highly-anticipated LP, the Glee star has also drafted hit producers including Chris Braide (Yuna Zarai, Jennifer Hudson), John Shanks (Hilary Duff, Ashlee Simpson) and David Hodges (Avril Lavigne, Colbie Caillat).

Lea Michele has debuted a new song online.

“Battlefield” is lifted from the singer/songwriter’s debut album, “Louder,” out on March 4 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The track was written by Lawrence Goldings and Sia Furler, who also teamed up with the artist on lead single “Cannonball.”

Some of Furler’s other notable songwriting credits include “Pretty Hurts” by Beyonce [Columbia Records], “Perfume” by Britney Spears [RCA Records] and “Double Rainbow” by Katy Perry [Capitol Records].

“Louder” boasts further songwriting contributions from Ali Tamposi (Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis), Anne Preven (Jordin Sparks, Demi Lovato) and Jaden Michaels (Naya Rivera, Candice Glover).

Candice Glover unveils music video for new single ‘Cried’

Candice Glover has unveiled the music video for her new single online.

“Cried” marks the second promotional single from the artist’s debut album, “Music Speaks,” out on February 18 via Interscope Records.

The Jazmine Sullivan-penned track – which serves as the follow-up to previous single “I Am Beautiful” – is now available for download via iTunes.

Video treatment was handled by Taj Stansberry, whose credits include “Better Be Good” by RaVaughn [Columbia Records], “Brand New Me (Part 2)” by Alicia Keys [RCA Records] and “On the Floor” by Jennifer Lopez [Island Records].

In addition to Sullivan, “Music Speaks” is expected to yield further songwriting contributions from Victoria “Lady V” Horn, Ester Dean, Durrell “Tank” Babbs, Jaden Michaels, Jean Baptiste Kouame, and The Jackie Boyz.

Naya Rivera works with Tommy Brown for debut album

Naya Rivera has worked with Tommy Brown for her upcoming debut album.

The still-untitled collection is expected to be released in 2014 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Tommy Brown is known for collaborating with the likes of Jennifer Lopez [Capitol Records], Kelly Rowland [Republic Records], Nelly Furtado [Interscope Records] and Justin Bieber [Island Def Jam Recordings].

Some of his recent credits include “Visual Love” by Chrisette Michele [Motown Records], “Daydreamin” by Ariana Grande [Republic Records] and “Malice in Wonderland” by Victoria Monet [Atlantic Records].

Meanwhile, the highly-anticipated LP by Rivera – which also features productions from Tricky Stewart – is preceded by new single “Sorry.”

The Big Sean-assisted track – now available for download via iTunes – was written by Jaden Michaels, John Lock and Roahn “First Born” Hylton.

Lea Michele has unwrapped the credits for her upcoming debut album.

The singer/songwriter will release “Louder” on March 4 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Lead single “Cannonball” was written by Sia Furler along with Benjamin Levin, Tor Erik Hermansen and Mikkel Storleer Eriksen.

Other songwriters on the album are Chantal Kreviazuk (Drake, Gwen Stefani), Ali Tamposi (Beyonce, Leona Lewis), Jaden Michaels (Naya Rivera, Jessica Sanchez) and Anne Preven (Demi Lovato, Jordin Sparks).

“I Cried” will be included on the artist’s upcoming debut album, “Music Speaks,” out on February 8 via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

The track serves as the follow-up to previous single “I Am Beautiful,” written by Jaden Michaels along with Roahn “First Born” Hylton and John Lock.

Among the other tracks slotted for inclusion on “Music Speaks” are “Kiss Me,” “In the Middle,” “Forever That Man” and “Die Without You.”

Naya Rivera’s upcoming debut album is confirmed to yield alliances from legendary hitmaker Christopher “Tricky” Stewart.

The legendary songwriter and producer is known for collaborating with the likes of Beyonce Knowles [Columbia Records], Nicole Scherzinger [Interscope Records] and Mariah Carey [Island Def Jam Recordings].

Celine Dion’s upcoming studio album “Loved Me Back to Life” will feature songs produced by Stewart, including the Diane Warren-penned “Unfinished Songs” and the Stevie Wonder-assisted “Overjoyed.”

Meanwhile, the still-untitled collection by Rivera is scheduled to be released in early 2014 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

Lead single “Sorry” – written by Jaden Michaels along with Roahn “First Born” Hylton and John Lock – is now available for download via iTunes.
