Nina Nesbitt releases sophomore album “The Sun Will Come Up, the Seasons Will Change”

Scottish singer/songwriter Nina Nesbitt has released her sophomore studio collection and follow-up to 2014’s “Peroxide” online.

“The Sun Will Come Up, the Seasons Will Change” – featuring singles “The Moments I’m Missing,” “The Best You Had,” “Somebody Special,” “Loyal to Me” and “Colder” – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

The highly-anticipated project also boasts contributions from Fraser T. Smith, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Bre Kennedy, Dan McKulla, Peter “Lostboy” Rycroft, Thomas “Gemini” Slinger, Jordan Riley, Samuel Preston, and Red Triangle.

As a songwriter, Nesbitt co-wrote “Slow Me Down” for Jessie Ware alongside Fred Ball and Samuel Preston, as well as “Phoenix” for Olivia Holt alongside Steve Mac and Ammar Malik.

Mae Muller hits the studio with Ed Thomas, Invisible Men

Mae Muller has enlisted the songwriting and production services of Ed Thomas and Invisible Men for her upcoming project.

Thomas’s songwriting credits include JGrrey’s “Growing,” Jorja Smith’s “The One,” Maisie Peters’s “Architecture,” Jacob Banks’s “Witness,” Aeris Roves’s “Delilah,” Kiah Victoria’s “Remedy,” G-Eazy’s “No Less,” Sinead Harnett’s “So Solo,” and Aquilo’s “You Won’t Know Where You Stand.”

Meanwhile, Invisible Men (aka Jon Shave, George Astasio and Jason Pebworth) are responsible for co-writing and producing Kara Marni’s “Move,” Charli XCX’s “5 in the Morning,” Cheryl’s “Love Made Me Do It,” Anne-Marie’s “Heavy,” Bebe Rexha’s “Gateway Drug,” and Madison Beer’s “Hurts Like Hell.”

Muller’s current mini-album “Frankly” – featuring contributions from Two Inch Punch, Oscar Scheller, Stint, and Tom Aspaul – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

For her next project, the “Busy Tone” singer has also worked with Bastian Langebaek (Jessie Ware), Caroline Ailin (Dua Lipa), Lostboy (Nina Nesbitt), Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Tamera Foster), Max Wolfgang (Craig David), Eyelar (Little Mix) and Marlon Roudette (Zara Larsson).

Craig David enlists Max Wolfgang for new collaboration

Craig David has enlisted Max Wolfgang for a new collaboration.

The British singer/songwriter (born Max McElligot) has previously penned songs for Kygo & John Newman (“Never Let You Go”), Zayn Malik (“Back to Life”), Paloma Faith (“Loyal”), Kylie Minogue (“Your Body”), Chelcee Grimes (“Just Like That”), Jackson Penn (“Streetlights on Mars”) and Rudimental ft. Ed Sheeran (“Lay It All On Me”).

Signed to Universal Music Publishing Group UK, McElligott has also contributed to the next projects by Dan Caplen, Ella Eyre, Kwabs, Zara Larsson, Birdy, Crystal Fighters, Dolapo, John Legend, Lennon Stella, Mae Muller, Olivia Deano, Stephen Puth, and Zak Abel.

Meanwhile, David is reportedly working on his upcoming eighth album with songwriters and producers including Fraser T. Smith, Cathy Dennis, Naughty Boy, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Ed Drewett, Nile Rodgers, Rachel Furner, ADP, Carmen Reece, Oliver Heldens, Grace Barker, Alan Sampson, and Banx & Ranx.

David’s last studio collection “The Time is Now,” which was released earlier this year, peaked to number two on the UK Albums Chart and spawned singles “Heartline,” “I Know You” and “Magic.”

British singer/songwriter Melissa Steel has teamed up with Rodney “Rymez” Hwingwiri and Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett for a new collaboration.

Rymez recently produced the entirety of Stefflon Don’s current project under Polydor Records, “Secure,” which features guest appearances from Future (“What You Want”), DJ Khaled (“Win”), Sean Paul (“Hurtin’ Me”), Ebenezer (“Uber”) and Tiggs Da Author (“Pretty Girl”).

Meanwhile, Jin Jin’s songwriting resume boasts works with Jess Glynne (“Hold My Hand”), Tinie Tempah (“Not Letting Go”), Jax Jones (“You Don’t Know Me”), Yebba Smith (“Evergreen”), Raye (“Decline”), Little Mix (“Grown”), Kiesza (“Don’t Want You Back”) and Sabrina Carpenter (“Alien”).

Zhavia Ward has released her new single online.

“100 Ways” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Ward alongside Alexandra “Shungudzo” Govere (Alina Baraz, Ella Henderson), Paul “Phamous” Shelton (Nick Jonas, Liza Owen), Warren “Oak” Felder (Dinah Jane, Alessia Cara), Trevor Brown (Kehlani, Fleur East) and William Simmons (Demi Lovato, Bea Miller).

Ward’s upcoming debut project under Columbia Records reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Eyelar, Wayne Hector, Priscilla Renea, Ben Abraham, Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, Sam Romans, and Amy Allen.

Jin Jin’s songwriting resume boasts works with Jess Glynne (“Hold My Hand”), Tinie Tempah (“Not Letting Go”), Jax Jones (“You Don’t Know Me”), Yebba Smith (“Evergreen”), Raye (“Decline”) and Sabrina Carpenter (“Alien”).

Meanwhile, Ball’s songwriting and production credits include Mariah Carey’s “One Mo ‘Gen,” Jessie Reyez’s “Apple Juice,” Zara Larsson’s “One Mississippi,” Anne Marie’s “Some People,” Justine Skye’s “Heaven,” Toni Braxton’s “Deadwood,” and Rihanna’s “Love on the Brain.”

Craig David has enlisted Cathy Dennis for a new collaboration.

The former British recording artist is known for co-writing Kylie Minogue’s “Can’t Get You Out of My Head,” Britney Spears’s “Toxic,” Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl,” Janet Jackson’s “Island Life,” Rachel Stevens’ “Sweet Dreams My LA Ex,” Livvi Franc’s “Automatik,” and Spice Girls’ “Bumper to Bumper.”

Dennis has also worked with producers including Stargate, Greg Kurstin, Scott Storch, Devonte Hynes, Mark Ronson, Greg Wells, Jack Splash, Rick Nowels, Christopher Braide, Guy Chambers, Harvey Mason Jr., and Future Cut.

Besides regular collaborators Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett and Fraser T. Smith, Craig David has also worked on new music with Naughty Boy, Ed Drewett, Nile Rodgers, Rachel Furner, ADP, Carmen Reece, Oliver Heldens, Grace Barker, Alan Sampson, and Banx & Ranx.
