Fifth Harmony premiere “Write on Me” music video

Fifth Harmony have premiered a new music video online.

The pop quintet – composed of members Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane –posted the visual clip for “Write on Me” to their Vevo channel on Friday (May 06, 2016).

“Write on Me” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by Priscilla Renea Hamilton (David Guetta, Selena Gomez) and Simon Wilcox (Britney Spears, Nick Jonas).

Production duties were collectively handled by Mikkel Storleer Eriksen and Tor Erik Hermansen of Stargate (Gwen Stefani, Kylie Minogue) and Kygo (Ella Henderson, Conrad Sewell).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Fifth Harmony will release their second studio collection “7/27” – featuring lead single “Work from Home” – on May 27 via Syco Music in partnership with Epic Records.

The keenly awaited project serves as the follow-up to 2015’s “Reflection,” which peaked to number five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned three singles in the shape of “Worth It,” “Sledgehammer” and “Bo$$.”

Other musicians backing Fifth Harmony on “7/27” are Jack Antonoff, Tinashe, Lukas Loules, Julia Michaels, Alexander Kronlund, Taylor Parks, Max Martin, Shellback, Tommy Brown, Victoria Monet, JHart, Negin Djafari, Aaron Pearce, Jude Demorest, Ammo, Brian Lee, Dallas K, Eskeerdo, and Jared Cotter.

Fifth Harmony reveal tracklist for new album “7/27”

Fifth Harmony have revealed the tracklisting for their upcoming second album.

The pop quintet – composed of members Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane – will release “7/27” on May 27 via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music and Epic Records.

Lead single “Work from Home” – now available for download via iTunes – was written by Jude Demorest along with Brian Lee, Alexander “Eskeerdo” Izquierdo and Joshua “Ammo” Coleman.

Other album songwriters include Negin Djafari (Astrid S), Victoria Monet (Ariana Grande), Taylor Parks (Zendaya), Jared Cotter (Jay Sean), Alexander Kronlund (Ella Eyre), JHart (K. Michelle), and Clarence Coffee Jr. (Snoh Aalegra).

On the production front, Fifth Harmony have teamed up with Stargate (Charlie Puth), Dallas K (Pixie Lott), Lukas Loules (Tinashe), Aaron Pearce (Celine Dion) and The Monsters & the Strangerz (Meghan Trainor).

Fifth Harmony have unwrapped the artwork for their upcoming second album.

The American girl group – composed of Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Lauren Jauregui, Camila Cabello and Dinah Jane – will release “7/27” on May 20 via Simon Cowell’s Sony imprint Syco Music and Epic Records.

Lead single “Work from Home” was written by Jude Demorest along with Brian Lee (Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga), Dallas K (Nate Campany, Pixie Lott), Eskeeredo (Wiz Khalifa, Chris Brown) and Ammo (Katy Perry, Britney Spears).

The follow-up to 2015’s “Reflection” reportedly boasts additional alliances with Max Martin, Julia Michaels, Mitch Allan, Justin Tranter, Meghan Trainor, Jack Antonoff, Jason Evigan, Taylor Parks, The Rascals, Jared Cotter, Negin Djafari, Tommy Brown, LunchMoney Lewis, Benny Blanco, and THE ELEV3N.

Fifth Harmony snags Julia Michaels, Jack Antonoff for sophomore album

Fifth Harmony added to Julia Michaels and Jack Antonoff to the list of contributors for their upcoming sophomore album.

Antonoff is best known as the lead singer and songwriter of Bleachers, and lead guitarist of the indie rock band Fun. Moreover, he was nominated for two Golden Globe Awards and has won three Grammy Awards.

His songwriting and production credits include St. Lucia (“Help Me Run Away”), Rachel Platten (“Stand By You”), Troye Sivan (“Heaven”), Christina Perri (“I Don’t Wanna Break”) and Taylor Swift (“Out of the Woods”).

Meanwhile, notable works by Michaels include Selena Gomez’s “Hands to Myself” [Interscope], Hailee Steinfeld’s “Love Myself” [Republic], Justin Bieber’s “Sorry” [Def Jam] and Rita Ora’s “Poison” [Columbia].

Fans of her poignant songwriting should also look out for upcoming projects by Gwen Stefani [Interscope], Britney Spears [RCA], Jessie Ware [Island], Zara Larsson [Epic] and Jasmine Thompson [Atlantic].

Fifth Harmony, on the other hand, are scheduled to release the follow-up to 2015’s “Reflection” later this year through Syco Music and Epic Records.

Fifth Harmony have reunited with Justin Tranter for their sophomore album.

“Too much fun making music these super stars today,” he posted to his Instagram account on Tuesday (October 13, 2015).

Tranter previously co-wrote “Like Mariah” for Fifth Harmony along with Raja Kumari and the song’s producer Jonathan Rotem.

His other credits include Selena Gomez’s “Good for You” [Interscope], Kelly Clarkson’s “Nostalgic” [RCA] and Nicole Scherzinger’s “Run” [Epic].

Meanwhile, Fifth Harmony are scheduled to release their forthcoming second album next year through Syco Music in conjunction with Epic Records.

The still-untitled LP boasts further productions and songwriting alliances with Max Martin, Taylor Parks, Jason Evigan, Gamal “LunchMoney” Lewis, Mitch Allan, The Rascals, Negin Djafari, and Jared Cotter.

Fifth Harmony have enlisted the production and songwriting services of Max Martin and Jason Evigan for their upcoming sophomore album.

Recent credits by Martin include Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” [Big Machine], Tori Kelly’s “Nobody Love” [Capitol], The Weeknd’s “Can’t Feel My Face” [Republic] and Robin Thicke’s “Back Together” [Interscope].

Fans of his work should also look out for the next releases by Adele [Columbia], Tinashe [RCA], Hailee Steinfeld [Republic], Selena Gomez [Interscope], Ellie Goulding [Polydor] and Demi Lovato [Hollywood].

Meanwhile, Evigan is responsible for co-writing and producing Zendaya’s “Butterflies” [Hollywood], Jojo’s “When Love Hurts” [Atlantic], Nick Jonas’ “Chains” [Island] and Kelly Clarkson’s “Heartbeat Song” [RCA].

Furthermore, he produced and co-wrote two songs on Fifth Harmony’s debut mini-collection “Better Together” in the shape of “Miss Movin’ On” and “Leave My Heart Out of This.” The EP peaked to number six on the US Albums Chart.

Shakka unveils music video for new single “When Will I See You Again”

Shakka has unveiled the music video for his new single online.

The singer, songwriter and record producer posted the visual clip for “When Will I See You Again” to his official Vevo page on Monday (September 29, 2014).

“When Will I See You Again” – written and produced by Shakka – will be available for download from October 19 via iTunes (UK).

Shakka previously teamed up with Wretch 32 on hit single “Blackout,” which peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart.

He also wrote “Too Many Cooks” for fellow British artist Tanya Lacey along with Jarred Cotter and Dan Radclyffe.

His as-yet-untitled debut album is expected to be released in early 2015 via West London-based entertainment brand Big Drum Entertainment.
