Jasmine V confirms new single “I Love Your Crazy”

Jasmine V has confirmed the title for her new single.

The singer/songwriter christened “I Love Your Crazy” as the second promotional cut from her debut EP, “That’s Me Right There,” out now via iTunes.

“I Love Your Crazy” was co-written and produced by Leon “RoccStar” Youngblood, who is also responsible for Chris Brown’s “Fine China” [RCA Records] and Jennifer Lopez’s “Acting Like That” [Capitol Records].

Other musicians backing Jasmine V on the EP are Harmony Samuels (Avery Wilson, Pia Mia), Carmen Reece (Nathan Sykes, Jessica Mauboy), Symbolyc One (Madonna, Kanye West) and Sam Hook (Omarion, Jhene Aiko).

Her full-length first studio collection is expected to be released during the first quarter of 2015 via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Jasmine V shares lyric video for new single “Me Without You”

Jasmine V has unveiled the lyric video for her new single online.

The singer/songwriter posted the lyric-based visual clip for “Me Without You” to her official Vevo page on Monday (November 10, 2014).

“Me Without You” is lifted from the artist’s EP “That’s Me Right There,” which is now available for download via iTunes (US).

The mini-project was executively produced by Harmony “H-Money” Samuels, whose extensive resume includes works for Teyana Taylor (“Put Your Love On”), Ariana Grande (“The Way”) and Tamar Braxton (“Let Me Know”).

Other EP contributors are RoccStar (Fergie, Chris Brown), Sam Hook (Miley Cyrus, Trey Songz), Carmen Reece (Nathan Sykes, Little Mix), Soundz (Rihanna, K. Michelle) and Al Sherrod Lambert (Fantasia, Jamie Foxx).

As previously reported, Jasmine’s full length debut album will be released in early 2015 via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Jasmine V has released her debut EP online.

“That’s Me Right There” – featuring the Kendrick Lamar-assisted title track – is now available for download via iTunes (US).

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions from Harmony “H-Money” Samuels (Brandy, Teyana Taylor), Kenneth “Soundz” Coby (Usher, Trey Songz) and Symbolyc One (Tamar Braxton, Keyshia Cole).

On the songwriting front, Jasmine V has teamed up with Carmen Reece (Jessica Mauboy, Ariana Grande), Al Sherrod Lambert (Omarion, Fantasia Barrino) and Sam Hook (Chris Brown, Mary J. Blige).

Her as-yet-untitled full-length debut album is expected to hit stores and digital outlets during the first quarter of 2015 via Interscope Records.

The title track – featuring Kendrick Lamar – was written by Carmen Reece along with Chris Jackson, Al Sherrod Lambert and Harmony “H-Money” Samuels.

Other musicians backing Jasmine V on the highly-anticipated project are Ester Dean (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj), Soundz (K. Michelle, Trey Songz), Ne-Yo (Keri Hilson, Sevyn Streeter) and Eric Bellinger (Teyana Taylor, Chris Brown).

Jasmine Villegas has debuted a new music video online.

The singer/songwriter posted an exclusive acoustic performance of “That’s Me Right There” to her official YouTube page on Saturday (September 20, 2014).

The track – now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets – was written by Carmen Reece, Chris Jackson and Al Sherrod Lambert along with the song’s producer Harmony “H-Money” Samuels.

As previously reported, Jasmine’s debut mini-album is expected to be released later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

The still-untitled project will boast further collaborations with Soundz (Ciara, Mary J. Blige), Ne-Yo (LeToya Luckett, Kelly Rowland), RoccStar (Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez) and Sam Hook (Trey Songz, Miley Cyrus).

The hitmaker is known for co-writing and producing Chris Brown’s “Fine China” [RCA Records] and Jennifer Lopez’s “Acting Like That” [Capitol Records].

His resume also includes works for Usher [RCA Records], Beyonce [Columbia Records], Keri Hilson [Interscope Records], Sevyn Streeter [Atlantic Records], CeeLo Green [Atlantic Records] and Jennifer Hudson [RCA Records].

Meanwhile, the upcoming mini-album by Jasmine V is expected to be released later this year Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

Chris Brown reveals new album “X” tracklisting

Chris Brown has revealed the tracklisting for his upcoming sixth album.

The R&B singer/songwriter is scheduled to release “X” on September 16 via Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

Current single “New Flame” – which features Usher & Rick Ross – is now available for download via iTunes and all other digital outlets. The track was co-written by Verse Simmonds and produced by Count Justice.

Other album producers include Diplo (Madonna, Britney Spears), RoccStarr (Rita Ora, Jennifer Lopez), Darhyl Camper (John Legend, Elle Varner), Brandon Hodge (Ne-Yo, Kandace Springs) and Danja (Keri Hilson, Luke James).

Jasmine V has collaborated with Ne-Yo for her upcoming mini-album.

The R&B hitmaker – born Shaffer Smith – is known for co-writing Beyonce’s “Flaws & All” [Columbia Records], Rihanna’s “Right Now” [SRP Records] and Jennifer Hudson’s “Spotlight” [RCA Records].

He also confirmed that his next studio album “Non Fiction” will be released on November 11 via Compound Entertainment / Motown Records.

Meanwhile, Jasmine V’s as-yet-untitled mini-album is scheduled to hit online outlets later this year via Universal Music Group / Interscope Records.

The Kendrick Lamar-assisted lead single “That’s Me Right There” – written by Carmen Reece along with Al Sherrod Lambert, Chris Jackson and Harmony “H-Money” Samuels – is now available for download via iTunes.
