Yuna liberates new album “Rouge”

Malaysian singer/songwriter Yunalis Zarai, known mononymously as Yuna, has liberated her new studio collection online.

“Rouge” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Chapters” features guest appearances from Tyler, The Creator (“Castaway”), G-Eazy (“Blank Marquee”), Masego (“Amy”), Little Simz (“Pink Youth”), Kyle (“Likes”) and Jay Park (“Does She”).

On the songwriting and production front, Yuna has worked with Robin Hannibal, Shungudzo, J. LBS, Chloe Angelides, Sam Farrar, Michelle Buzz, Cardiak, Joel Van Dijk, and Fisticuffs.

Yuna premieres music video for new single “Pink Youth”

Yuna has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Pink Youth” – featuring Little Simz – was posted to the Malaysian singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Monday (August 1st, 2019).

The track was co-written by Chloe Angelides, whose other credits include Demi Lovato’s “Ruin the Friendship,” Selena Gomez’s “Fetish,” Era Istrefi’s “No I Love Yous,” Tinashe’s “Player,” and Nicki Minaj’s “Get On Your Knees.”

Production duties on “Pink Youth” were handled by Robin Hannibal, who is also responsible for Niia’s “Nobody,” Jacob Banks’ “Unknown (To You),” Erik Hassle’s “No Words,” and DNCE’s “TV in the Morning.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Yuna’s upcoming fourth international studio album “Rouge” – featuring previous singles “Forevermore” and “Blank Marquee” – is scheduled to arrive later this year via Verve Records.

The highly-anticipated project yields additional productions and songwriting contributions from Fisticuffs (Miguel, Jhene Aiko), Alexandra “Shungudzo” Govere (Ella Henderson, Louisa Johnson), Michelle Buzz (Dagny, Katy Perry) and Jason “J. LBS” Pounds (Anderson Paak, Jorja Smith).

Jorja Smith has delivered her new promotional single online.

“February 3rd” – which was co-written by Maverick Sabre, J. LBS, Michael Uzowuru, and Jeff Kleinman – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Smith’s upcoming debut album “Lost & Found” – featuring previous singles “Teenage Fantasy,” “Blue Lights” and “Where Did I Go” – will arrive on June 8 via FAMM Records.

The highly-anticipated project yields additional productions and songwriting contributions from Joel Compass, Amanda Ghost, Ed Thomas, Charlie Perry, Maaike “KiTo” Ebbing, Tom Misch, and Felix Joseph.

Jorja Smith has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The Olivia Rose-directed clip for “Blue Lights”was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s YouTube channel on Thursday (May 04, 2018).

“Blue Lights” – which was written by Smith alongside Guy Bonnet, Roland Romanelli, Nicholas Detnon, Benjamin Joyce, and Dylan Mills – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Smith’s upcoming debut studio collection “Lost & Found” – featuring previous promotional singles “Where Did I Go?” and “Teenage Fantasy” – will arrive on June 8 via UK independent label FAMM Records.

The highly-anticipated project also yields further alliances with Joel Compass, Maverick Sabre, Ed Thomas, Amanda Ghost, Charlie Perry, Kito, Jeff Kleinman, Felix Joseph, Michael Uzowuru, Tom Misch, and J.LBS.

Jorja Smith has confirmed the details for her upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter christened her first studio collection “Lost & Found” and will release it on June 8th via FAMM.

Current promotional singles “Where Did I Go?,” “Blue Lights” and “Teenage Fantasy” are now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project also yields contributions from Joel Compass, Maverick Sabre, Ed Thomas, Amanda Ghost, Charlie Perry, Kito, Jeff Kleinman, Felix Joseph, Michael Uzowuru, Tom Misch, and J.LBS.

Stacy Barthe, Rick Ross premiere music video for ‘Hell Yeah!’

Stacy Barthe has premiered the music video for her new single online.

“Hell Yeah!” – which features Rick Ross – is taken from the singer/songwriter’s mini-album, “Home in My Heart,” out now via Universal Music Group / Homeschool / Motown Records.

The track was written by Stacy Barthe along with Jhene Aiko, Terrell Brown, Jason Pounds, William Roberts, Kevin Roosevelt, and Marquis Wright.

As previously reported, Barthe is currently working on her upcoming as-yet-untitled debut album with hitmakers including Salaam Remi (Meleni Smith, Leona Lewis), James “Malay” Ho (Frank Ocean, Alicia Keys) and Pharell Williams (Jennifer Hudson, Toni Braxton).

Some of the artists that have enlisted Barthe’s songwriting services for their next projects include Dev [Universal Music Group / Republic Records], Miley Cyrus [Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records], Lauriana Mae [Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records] and Cassie [Universal Music Group / Interscope Records].
