Janice releases debut studio collection “Fallin Up”

Swedish singer/songwriter Janice Kavander, known mononymously as Janice, has released her debut studio collection online.

“Fallin Up” – featuring singles “Queen,” “Love You Like I Should,” “Black Lies,” “Answer,” “I Got You” and “Don’t Need To” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Andreas Söderlund, Javeon McCarthy, Two Inch Punch, Zack Kemp, James Matthew Norton, Henrik Jonzon, Peter Lundgren, and Joel Sjöö.

Swedish singer/songwriter Janice Deborah Kavander, known mononymously as Janice, has debuted her new promotional single online.

“I Got You” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Janice alongside Javeon McCarthy (Sasha Keable, Julio Bashmore) and Andreas Soderlund (Lilly Ahlberg, Grace Carter).

Featuring previous promotional singles “Love You Like I Should,” “Answer,” “Don’t Need To” and “Secrets;” Janice’s upcoming project is expected to arrive later this year via If Music Could Talk / Four Music Productions.

Janice Kavander liberates new single “Love You Like I Should”

Swedish singer/songwriter Janice Kavander has liberated her new single online.

“Love You Like I Should” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Janice alongside James “Jay” Norton, whose other credits include Clare Maguire’s “The Valley,” DJ S.K.T’s “All I Wanna Do,” Jax Jones’ “Celebrate,” Duke Dumont’s “Ocean Drive,” Symphony Hall’s “One Night Stand,” and High Contrast’s “Questions.”

Production duties on “Love You Like I Should” were handled by Andreas Soderlund, whose resume boasts further works with artists / acts including Feels Like Violence, Lilly Ahlberg, Erik Rapp, Grace Carter, Duncan de Moor, Rhys Lewis, and Elias & The Wizzkids.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Janice’s debut project – featuring previous promotional singles “Answer,” “Secrets” and “Don’t Need To” – will arrive later this year via Four Music Productions / If Music Could Talk.

Among the musicians expected to appear on the still-untitled collection are Javeon McCarthy (Sasha Keable, Julio Bashmore), Two Inch Punch (Noah Cyrus, Ella Eyre) and Martin Sjolie (Sam Smith, Charlotte OC).

Chris Loco hints at new collaboration with Javeon

Chris Loco has hinted at a new collaboration with Javeon.

“Sick day w @Javeon,” the British record producer and songwriter posted to his Twitter account on Wednesday (March 25, 2015).

Loco recently co-wrote and co-produced “Nothing but a Heartbeat” for Say Lou Lou. The Karen Poole-assisted track appears on the pop duo’s debut album, “Lucid Dreaming,” out on April 6 via iTunes and all other digital outlets.

His other songwriting and production credits include Professor Green’s “Lullaby” f/ Tori Kelly [Virgin EMI Records], Raleigh Ritchie’s “Stronger Than Ever” [Columbia Records] and Rita Ora’s “Shine Ya Light” [Columbia Records].

He also contributed to the next projects by Raye [Polydor Records], Elijah Blake [Def Jam Recordings], Kwabs [Atlantic Records], Ella Eyre [Virgin EMI Records], Bipolar Sunshine [Polydor Records] and Emeli Sande [Capitol Records].

Meanwhile, Javeon’s first studio collection is expected to be released later this year under 70HZ Recordings in partnership with PMR Records.

Album contributors are Fraser T. Smith (Adele, CeeLo Green), Laura Dockrill (Jessie Ware, Karen Harding), Tourist (Jimmy Napes, Sam Smith), MNEK (Madonna, Kylie Minogue) and Craze & Hoax (Mary J. Blige, Pixie Lott).

Javeon hits the studio with Craze & Hoax

British singer/songwriter Javeon has teamed with production and songwriting duo Craze and Hoax for new material.

Craze and Hoax are responsible for co-writing and / or producing “Raise Up” by Pixie Lott [Virgin EMI Records], “Next to Me” by Emeli Sande [Capitol Records] and “Trouble” by Leona Lewis [Syco Music / RCA Records].

Their resume also includes works for Mary J. Blige [Capitol Records], Eliza Doolittle [Parlophone Records], Kwabs [Atlantic Records], Sam Smith [PMR Records] and Tinie Tempah [Disturbing London Records].

Meanwhile, Javeon’s full length studio album is expected to hit stores and digital outlets next year via 70HZ Recordings and PMR Records.

The as-yet-untitled LP reportedly boasts productions and songwriting contributions from Fraser T. Smith, Laura Dockrill, Two Inch Punch, Julio Bashmore, MNEK, and Jimmy Napes.

Javeon has unveiled the music video for his new single online.

“Intoxicated” marks the third promotional single from the British singer/songwriter’s upcoming debut album, “Mercy.”

The track – available for download from March 30 via iTunes – was produced by Javeon along with Julio Bashmore and Jimmy Napes.

“Mercy” – which also features previous singles “Love Song” and “Give Up” – is expected to be released later this year via PMR / Virgin EMI Records.

Among the hitmakers expected to appear on the album are Fraser T. Smith (Craig David, Bebe Rexha), Uzoechi “MNEK” Emenike (Duke Dumont, Kylie Minogue) and Benjamin “Two Inch Punch” Ash (Sam Smith, Ella Eyre).

Javeon has revealed the title of his new single.

The British singer/songwriter christened “Intoxicated” as the next promotional single from his upcoming debut album, “Mercy,” out soon via Universal Music Group / PMR Records / Virgin EMI Records.

The track was produced by Javeon along with Julio Bashmore and James Napier, whose recent credits include “Rather Be” by Clean Bandit [Atlantic Records] and “White Noise” by Disclosure f/ AlunaGeorge [Island Records].

Other songwriters and producers backing Javeon on “Mercy” are Benjamin “Two Inch Punch” Ash (Sam Smith, Lulu James), Uzoechi “MNEK” Emenike (Becky Hill, Charli XCX) and Fraser T. Smith (Craig David, Elle Eyre).
