Ne-Yo drops seventh studio collection “Good Man”

American singer, songwriter, and record producer Ne-Yo (born Shaffer Smith) has dropped his seventh studio collection online.

“Good Man” – featuring the Bebe Rexha and Stefflon Don-assisted “Push Back” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Non-Fiction” boasts further guest appearances from Romeo Santos (“Nights Like These”), PartyNextDoor (“On Your Mind”), Eric Bellinger (“Hot Box”) and Candace Boyd & Sam Hook (“Ocean Sure”).

On the production front, Ne-Yo has teamed up with Stargate, Jesse “Corparal” Wilson, Dr. Luke, Cirkut, Billboard, Darhyl “DJ” Camper, Maejor, Curtis “Sauce” Wilson, Joseph Hill, and The Stereotypes.

Priscilla Renea unwraps tracklisting for sophomore album “Coloured”

American singer/songwriter Priscilla Renea has unwrapped the tracklisting for her upcoming sophomore studio collection, “Coloured,” which will arrive on June 22 via White Rose Garden Music / Thirty Tigers.

Current promotional single “Gentle Hands” – which was produced by Honorable C.N.O.T.E. and co-written by Emily Shackelton and Kevin Kadish – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

On the follow-up to 2009’s “Jukebox,” Renea has also worked with fellow musicians including Ashley Gorley, Brett James, Frank Romano, Di-Genius, Corparal, Neff-U, Lindsey Rey, Boots Ottestad, and Danny Myrick.

Priscilla Renea has confirmed the details for her new single.

The American singer/songwriter christened “Gentle Hands” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming sophomore album “Colours” and will release it on April 6 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

The track was produced by Honorable C.N.O.T.E. (Ne-Yo, Travis Scott) and co-written by Renea alongside Emily Shackelton (Cassadee Pope, Lauren Alaina) and Kevin Kadish (Meghan Trainor, Jason Mraz).

As mentioned in earlier posts, “Colours” boasts further productions and songwriting contributions from Ashley Gorley, Brett James, Frank Romano, Di-Genius, Corparal, Neff-U, Lindsey Rey, Boots Ottestad, and Danny Myrick.

Priscilla Renea has announced the details for her upcoming album.

The American singer/songwriter christened her second studio collection “Coloured” and it will be available for pre-order from April 6 via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The follow-up to 2009’s “Jukebox” yields contributions from Ashley Gorley, Brett James, Frank Romano, Di-Genius, Corparal, Neff-U, Lindsey Rey, Boots Ottestad, Danny Myrick, Emily Shackelton, and Kevin Kadish.

As a songwriter, Renea recently co-penned “Insecure” for Amara La Negra alongside Theron Thomas, Dwayne “Supa Dups” Chin-Quee, Stephen “Di Genius” McGregor and Mathieu “Billboard” Jomphe.

Renea’s extensive resume boasts additional works with Kelly Clarkson (“Love So Soft”), Mary J. Blige (“Don’t Mind”), Rihanna (“Watch ‘n Learn”), Mariah Carey (“Infinity”), Demi Lovato (“In Case”), Selena Gomez (“Who Says”), Madonna (“Love Spent”), Kelly Rowland (“Turn it Up”) and Fifth Harmony (“Worth It”).

“Already All Ready” – featuring singles “Good Woman,” “Somebody Does” and “What is Love?” – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The highly-anticipated project also includes songs that were initially recorded by fellow artists Bridget Kelly (“When in Rome”), Zara Larsson (“No Problem / Self Talk”) and Jojo (“Already All Ready”).

La’Porsha Renae has released a new promotional single online.

“Somebody Does” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Hailey Collier alongside Andrae Alexander, whose other credits include K. Michelle’s “All I Got” [Atlantic Records] and Raheem DeVaughn’s “Superhero” [Jive Records].

Production duties on “Somebody Does” were collectively handled by Shaffer “Ne-Yo” Smith (Beyonce, Kelly Rowland) and Jesse “Corporal” Wilson (Celine Dion, Justin Bieber).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Renae’s first studio collection “Already All Ready” – featuring previous singles “Good Woman” and “What is Love” – will arrive on March 31 via 19 Recordings and Motown Records.

K. Michelle has revealed the details for her upcoming third album.

The singer-songwriter – real name Kimberly Pate – christened her next studio collection “More Issues Than Vogue” and will release it later this year through Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

Lead single “Not a Little Bit” – now available for download via iTunes – was co-written by Kelly Price and produced by Anthony “Shep” Crawford.

The follow-up to 2014’s “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?” reportedly features further songwriting contributions from Diane Warren (Beyonce), Sevyn Streeter (Ariana Grande), Priscilla Renea (Rihanna), and Ilsey Juber (Majid Jordan).

On the production front, K. Michelle has teamed up with Pop & Oak (Usher), Knox Brown (Mary J. Blige), Corporal (Ne-Yo), Eric Hudson (Omarion), The-Dream (Ciara), Harmony Samuels (Jojo), and Troy Taylor (Kehlani).

K. Michelle has unleashed her new single online.

The singer-songwriter – real name Kimberly Pate – posted the audio clip for “Not a Little Bit” to her YouTube channel on Thursday (January 21, 2016).

“Not a Little Bit” – now available for download via iTunes and all other online outlets – was co-written by Kelly Price (Faith Evans, Whitney Houston) and produced by Anthony “Shep” Crawford (Tamia, Deborah Cox).

As mentioned in earlier posts, K. Michelle’s upcoming third album is scheduled for release later this year through Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional productions from Pop & Oak (Rihanna), Harmony Samuels (Ciara), Corporal (Ne-Yo), Eric Hudson (Mariah Carey), Knox Brown (Emeli Sande), and Danja (Keri Hilson).

K. Michelle has enlisted Danja for her upcoming third album.

The record producer – born Nathaniel Hills – is known for his work with prominent artists such as Britney Spears (“Gimme More”), Usher (“Appetite”), Keri Hilson (“Knock You Down”) and Nelly Furtado (“Promiscuous”).

His recent credits include Jason Derulo’s “X2CU” [Warner Bros], Kid Ink’s “The Movement” [RCA], Chris Brown’s “Add Me In” [CBE], Brandy’s “Can You Hear Me Now” [Chameleon] and Wiz Khalifa’s “Medicated” [Atlantic].

Meanwhile, K. Michelle is expected to release the follow-up to 2014’s “Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?” later this year through Atlantic Records.

Other contributors on the still-untitled LP are Pop & Oak (Kehlani), Harmony Samuels (Ciara), Eric Hudson (Omarion), Knox Brown (Jess Glynne), The-Dream (Beyonce), Corporal (Ne-Yo) and Timbaland (Aaliyah).
