Izzy Bizu hits the studio with Laconic for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Isobel Beardshaw, known professionally as Izzy Bizu, has teamed up with Laconic for new collaboration.

The British songwriting and production duo – composed of Dan Goudie and Ash Milton – previously helmed songs for Tom Grennan (“Royal Highness”), Craig David (“No Drama”), Madison Beer (“Home With You”), Cover Drive (“Easy Life”), Bobii Lewis (“Never Leave”) and MAAD (“New Religion”).

Meanwhile, Bizu is expected to release the follow-up 2016’s “A Moment of Madness” – which include additional alliances with Troy Miller, Kelli Leigh, Plested, Fiona Bevan, Kane “Kin” Parfitt, Lucy “Pawws” Taylor, and Diane Warren – later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Bizu’s most recent project “Glita” – featuring lead single “Lights On” (which was co-written by Jessica Agombar and produced by Ian Barter) – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Izzy Bizu shares acoustic performance of new single “Lights On”

British singer/songwriter Isobel Beardshaw, known professionally as Izzy Bizu, has shared a new performance video online.

The rooftop session for “Lights On” was posted to the artist’s YouTube channel on Tuesday (July 10, 2019).

Now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets, “Lights On” was written by Bizu alongside fellow recording artist Jessica Agombar and regular collaborator Ian Barter.

Bizu’s upcoming sophomore album – featuring contributions from Diane Warren, Plested, Kane “Kin” Parfitt, Fiona Bevan, and Lucy “Pawws” Taylor – is expected to arrive later this year via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

Her debut studio collection, 2016’s “A Moment of Madness,” debuted at number twenty-three on the UK Albums Chart and spawned four singles in the shape of “Give Me Love,” “White Tiger,” “Mad Behaviour” and “Talking to You.”

British singer/songwriter Isobel Beardshaw, professionally known as Izzy Bizu, has unleashed her new promotional single online.

“Lights On” – which was written by Bizu alongside fellow recording artist Jessica Agombar and regular collaborator Ian Barter – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Bizu’s upcoming mini-album “Glita” – featuring four additional songs in the shape of “This is What We Wanted,” “Doorstep,” “Never With It,” and “Someone That Loves You” (w/ Coldplay’s Chris Martin) – is scheduled to arrive on April 12th via Sony Music Entertainment UK / Epic Records.

Little Mix reveal details for new album “LM5”

Little Mix have revealed the details for their upcoming album.

The British quartet – composed of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall, and Perrie Edwards – have dubbed their fifth studio collection “LM5” and will release it on November 16 via Syco Music / Columbia Records.

Lead promotional single “Woman Like Me” – which was written by Jess Glynne alongside Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2016’s “Glory Days,” Little Mix have also worked with producers Electric, Chris Loco, Goldfingers, Martin Sjolie, Youthonix, Jez Ashurst, Rice N’ Peas, Fred Ball, TMS, Captain Cuts, Tre Jean-Marie, MNEK, Red Triangle, Freedo, Yei Gonzalez, and Banx & Ranx.

Among the songwriters expected to appear on “LM5” are Kamille, Jenna Andrews, Plested, Shungudzo, Casey Smith, JHart, Sarah Hudson, Nija Charles, Boy Matthews, James Newman, Eyelar Mirzazadeh, Jessica Agombar, Patrick Patrikious, Sinead Harnett, Rachel Furner, Justin Tranter, Michael Pollack, Johan Franson, Shakka, Iain James, and Chelcee Grimes.

Little Mix collaborate with Justin Tranter for new album

Little Mix has added Justin Tranter to the list of songwriters for their upcoming fifth album under Syco Music (UK) and Columbia Records (US).

The Warner/Chappell signee recently co-wrote “Jump” for Julia Michaels alongside the song’s producer Nick Monson. The Trippie Red-featuring track is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Tranter’s extensive resume boasts additional works with Janelle Monae (“Make Me Feel”), Cardi B (“Thru Your Phone”), Leon Bridges (“Beyond”), Camila Cabello (“Into It”), Nick Jonas (“Home”) and Fergie (“Tension”).

On the highly-anticipated new album, Little Mix have also teamed up with songwriters Michael Pollack, Johan Fransson, Casey Smith, Boy Matthews, Shakka, Jenna Andrews, Nija Charles, Shungudzo, Rachel Furner, Eyelar, Sarah Hudson, JHart, Sinead Harnett, Kamille, and Jessica Agombar.

Little Mix’s last studio collection, 2016’s “Glory Days,” topped the UK Albums Chart and peaked to number twenty-five on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart. It also spawned four singles in the shape of “Shout Out to My Ex,” “Touch,” “No More Sad Songs” (featuring G-Eazy) and “Power” (featuring Stormzy).

Little Mix reunite with Shungudzo for fifth album

Little Mix have reunited with Shungudzo for a new collaboration.

The Zimbabwean/French/Native-American singer-songwriter (also known as Alexandra Govere) previously co-wrote “Touch” for Little Mix alongside Philip Plested, Hanni “Youthonix” Ibrahim and Patrick Patrikious. The MNEK-produced cut reached to number four on the UK Singles Chart.

Shungudzo’s songwriting resume boasts further works with Alina Baraz (“I Don’t Even Know Why Though”), Victoria Monet (“Wish I Never Met You”), Louisa Johnson (“Best Behaviour”), Jessie Ware (“Your Domino”), Mic Lowry (“Frustrations”) and The Chainsmokers (“It Won’t Kill Ya”).

Meanwhile, Little Mix are scheduled to release the follow-up to 2016’s “Glory Days” later this year via Syco Music (US) and Columbia Records (UK).

The highly-anticipated project reportedly yields further songwriting contributions from JHart, Sarah Hudson, Nija Charles, Eyelar Mirzazadeh, Sam Romans, Jessica Agombar, Shakka, Maegan Cottone, Kamille, Rachel Furner, Chelcee Grimes, James Newman, Sinead Harnett, and Iain James.

Little Mix enlist Martin Sjolie for fifth album

Little Mix have enlisted Martin Sjolie for a new collaboration.

The Norwegian musician is known for helming “Don’t Kill My Vibe,” “Strangers,” “Fake Friends,” and “High Five” for Island Recording artist Sigrid.

Fans of Sjolie’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next projects by Astrid S, Elderbrook, Grace Carter, Alice Chater, Jones, Sarah Close, Raye, Ella Henderson, L Devine, and Arlissa.

Meanwhile, Little Mix are scheduled to release their fifth studio collection later this year via Syco Music (US) and Columbia Records (UK).

The follow-up to 2016’s “Glory Days” reportedly boasts further productions from Banx & Ranx, Kid Joki, Thomas “Earwulf” Eriksen, Captain Cuts, The Electric, MNEK, Goldfingers, Chris Loco, Fred Ball, TMS, Red Triangle, Jez Ashurst, Tre Jean-Marie, Fridolin “Freedo” Walcher, and Rice N Peas.
