Little Mix teams up with Boi-1da for new collaboration

British girl group Little Mix – composed of members Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – have teamed up with Boi-1da for a new collaboration.

The Jamaican record producer – born Dwayne Chin-Quee – is responsible for singles including Nicki Minaj’s “Bed,” Amara La Negra’s “Insecure,” Drake’s “Controlla,” Mary J. Blige’s “Each Tear,” and Estelle’s “Come Over.”

Supa Dups’ extensive resume boasts additional works with Bruno Mars (“Liquor Store Blues”), Melanie Fiona (“Like I Love You”), John Legend (“No Other Love”), Christina Aguilera (“Around the World”), Stacy Barthe (“No Strings Attached”), Becky G (“Zooted”) and Nina Sky (“Clothes Off”).

Meanwhile, Little Mix’s upcoming sixth album – featuring lead single “Bounce Back” (which was co-written by Jude Demorest and Jocelyn “Jozzy” David and produced by Swiff D and Stargate) – is expected to arrive later this year via via RCA Records (UK) and Columbia Records (US).

The follow-up to 2018’s “LM5” reportedly delivers further productions and songwriting contributions from Georgia Ku, Warren “Oak” Felder, Sean Douglas, Boy Matthews, Kamille, Chris Loco, and Goldfingers.

The Atlantic recording artist’s songwriting resume boasts works with Rita Ora (“Soul Survivor”), Iggy Azalea (“Switch”), Dua Lipa (“Scared to be Lonely”), Jaira Burns (“Bounce Right Back”), Skylar Stecker (“Crazy Beautiful”), Zedd (“Illusion”) and Fifth Harmony (“1000 Hands”).

Ku’s current promotional single “What Do I Do?” – which was collectively helmed by Captain Cuts and The Monsters & Strangerz – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Meanwhile, Little Mix’s upcoming sixth album – featuring lead single “Bounce Back” (which was co-written by Jude Demorest and Jocelyn “Jozzy” David and produced by Swiff D and Stargate) – is expected to arrive later this year via via RCA Records (UK) and Columbia Records (US).

Little Mix enlists Boy Matthews, Sean Douglas, Oak Felder for new collaboration

British girl group Little Mix – composed of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – have enlisted Boy Matthews, Sean Douglas and Oak Felder for a new collaboration.

Besides previously teaming up with Little Mix on “Motivate,” Matthews’ songwriting resume boasts additional works with Zayn Malik (“Rainberry”), Sasha Keable (“Treat Me Like I’m All Yours”), Will Young (“Freedom”), Hayden James (“Hold Me Back”) and Austin Mahone (“Anxious”).

Meanwhile, Douglas and Felder are responsible for co-writing and producing Demi Lovato’s international hit single “Sorry Not Sorry,” which peaked to number six on the US Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart.

Little Mix’s current single “Bounce Back” – which was co-written by Jude Demorest and Jocelyn “Jozzy” David and produced by Swiff D and Stargate – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Their upcoming sixth studio collection – featuring further contributions from Kamille, Chris Loco and Goldfingers – is expected to arrive later this year via RCA Records (UK) and Columbia Records (US).

British girl group Little Mix – composed of Jesy Nelson, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards – have released their new single online.

“Bounce Back” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track – which samples Soul II Soul’s 1989 hit single “Back to Life” – was co-written by Jude Demorest (Fifth Harmony, Brooke Candy), Jozzy (Tinashe, Lil Nas), Swiff D (Logic, Bryson Tiller) and Stargate (Normani, Sam Smith).

Little Mix’s most recent studio collection “LM5” – featuring singles “Woman Like Me” and “Think About Us” – debuted at number three on the UK Albums Chart and peaked at number forty on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.

Dinah Jane releases self-titled bundle of three new singles

Dinah Jane has released a self-titled bundle of three new songs online.

“Dinah Jane 1” – featuring “Heard It All Before” (co-written by Micah Powell and produced by Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem), “Pass Me By” (co-written by Jocelyn Donald and produced by Mel & Mus) and “Fix It” (co-written by Hayley Gene Penner and produced by Theron “Neff-U” Feemster) – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Besides signing a solo record deal with L.A. Reid’s HITCO and releasing her debut single “Bottled Up” (featuring Marc E. Bassy and Ty Dolla Sign) in 2018, Jane has also recorded new music producers Electric, Amy Allen, Rob Knox, Jenna Andrews, Danja, Olivia Waithe, Jussifer, Victoria Monet, Oak Felder, Delacey, Sam Fischer, and Priscilla Renea.

Dinah Jane unleashes debut solo single “Bottled Up”

Dinah Jane has unleashed her debut solo single online.

“Bottled Up” – featuring Marc E. Bassy and Ty Dolla $ign – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by A. Chal (Jennifer Lopez’s “Never Satisfied”) and collectively produced by Nic Nac (Chris Brown’s “Loyal”) and Marc E. Bassy collaborators David Park, James Hau, and William Mosgrove.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Jane’s upcoming debut solo project under L.A. Reid’s Hitco label is expected to arrive later this year.

On the still-untitled collection, Jane has worked with producers Jonathan “J.R.” Rotem, Neff-U, M-Phazes, Jussifer, Rob Knox, Warren “Oak” Felder, Ido Zmishlany, Jerrod Bettis, Danja, and Willie Donut.

Among the songwriters backing Jane on the project are MoZella, Sebastian Kole, Jin Jin, Ben Abraham, Priscilla Renea, Jonny Price, Delacey, Michael Pollack, Victoria Monet, Sam Fischer, Michelle Buzz, and Jozzy.

MØ releases new promotional single “Imaginary Friend”

Danish singer/songwriter Karen Ørsted, professionally known as MØ, has released her new promotional single online.

“Imaginary Friend” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Noonie Bao alongside Billy Walsh and Illangelo, who are also responsible for Post Malone’s “I Fall Apart,” Alicia Keys’ “In Common,” Majid Jordan’s “Something About You,” and Emeli Sande’s “Starlight.”

MØ’s upcoming sophomore album “Forever Neverland” – featuring previous singles “Nostalgia,” “Sun in Our Eyes” and “Way Down” – is scheduled to arrive on October 19 via Sony Music Entertainment / Columbia Records.

The highly-anticipated project boasts further songwriting contributions from Ilsey Juber, Jozzy, Cara Salimando, Alexandra “Shungudzo” Govere, Sarah Aarons, Madison Love, Jaramye Daniels, and Charli XCX.

On the production front, MØ has worked with Stint, Frank Dukes, Scribz Riley, John Hill, Diplo, King Henry, Hudson Mohawke, What So Not, James Flannigan, MantraBeats, and Stargate.
