Kamille teases new collaboration with Pharrell Williams

British singer/songwriter Camille Purcell, known mononymously as Kamille, has teased a new collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

“When @pharrell likes a song u wrote but u never got to tell him thank u,” Kamille posted to Instagram on Monday (March 18, 2019).

Williams’s recent songwriting and production credits include Ariana Grande’s “The Light is Coming,” Travis Scott’s “Skeletons,” Janelle Monae’s “I Got the Juice,” Camila Cabello’s “Sangria Wine,” Justin Timberlake’s “Man of the Woods,” and The Carters’ “Apeshit.”

Meanwhile, Kamille is expected to release her upcoming project and follow-up to 2017’s “My Head’s a Mess” later this year via Virgin EMI Records.

She has also contributed to the next releases by Sam Smith, Tiesto, Lianne La Havas, Dan Caplen, Ellie Goulding, John Newman, Dua Lipa, Mullally, Nick Jonas, Ray BLK, Stormzy, Liam Tomlinson, and Years & Years.

Besides Pharrell Williams, Kamille has also been in the studio with producers Goldfingers, Steve Mac, Fraser T. Smith, Invisible Men, Cass Lowe, Jamie Scott, T-Collar, Nana Rogues, Diztortion, Naughty Boy, Louis Bell, SG Lewis, Al Shux, Levi Lennox, Shama Joseph, and Sons of Sonix.

Kara Marni premieres music video for new single “Golden”

Kara Marni has premiered the music video for her new single online.

The British singer/songwriter posted the visual clip for “Golden” to her Vevo channel on Friday (September 15, 2017).

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist Sebastian Kole (born Coleridge Tillman), whose other credits include Alessia Cara’s “Here,” Stanaj’s “Ain’t Love Strange,” Jada Grace’s “Believe,” and Fifth Harmony’s “Bridges.”

Production duties on “Golden” were handled by The Invisible Men (aka Jon Shave, George Astasio and Jason Pebworth), who are also responsible for Anne-Marie’s “Heavy,” Bebe Rexha’s “No Broken Hearts,” Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy,” Britney Spears’s “Pretty Girls,” and Jonas Blue’s “By Your Side.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Marni’s upcoming debut project is expected to arrive later this year via First Access Entertainment / Access Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further productions from Maths Time Joy (Liza Owen), Chris Loco (Raleigh Ritchie), Pantha (Emeli Sande), Fred Cox (Dan Caplen), Lostboy (Nina Nesbitt), Ollie Green (Stephen Puth), MNEK (Dua Lipa), Shea Taylor (Ne-Yo) and Mac & Phil (Leona Lewis).

On the songwriting front, Marni has worked with Andrea Martin (Jordin Sparks), Eyelar Mirzazadeh (Charli XCX), Amy Wadge (Mahalia), Sophie “Frances” Cooke (Meghan Trainor), Lauren Aquilina (Tamera Foster), Grace Tither (Ella Eyre) and Fabienne Holloway (Tori Kelly).

Camille Purcell has hinted at a new collaboration with The Invisible Men.

“Lunchtime @invisiblemenuk,” the British singer-songwriter posted to her Instagram account on Thursday (March 02, 2017).

The Invisible Men are responsible for producing Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy,” Bebe Rexha’s “Gateway Drug,” Conor Maynard’s “Can’t Say No,” Joel Compass’ “Girlfriends,” Pixie Lott’s “Birthday,” Jonas Blue’s “By Your Side,” All Saints’ “Fear,” Jessie J’s “Do it Like a Dude,” and Girls Aloud’s “On the Metro.”

Composed of members Jon Shave, George Astasio and Jason Pebworth, the trio has also worked with fellow musicians including Lauren Christy, Jacob Kasher, Shaznay Lewis, Parker Ighile, Sophie Stern, Ed Sheeran, Nicola Roberts, David Guetta, Ellie Goulding, Ali Tennant, Viktoria Hansen, and Kurtis “K9” McKenzie.

Meanwhile, Purcell is expected to release her first studio collection later this year via Universal Music Group / Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers contributions from Chris Loco (Abbey Smith, Jessie Reyez), Two Inch Punch (Kacy Hill, Ella Eyre), MNEK (Chromeo, Zara Larsson), Dantae the Kid (Vanessa White, Chloe Martini), RITUAL (Frances, Dua Lipa) and Goldfingers (Liza Owen, H Block INK).

Bebe Rexha has delivered her new mini-collection online.

“All Your Fault, Pt. 1” – featuring guest appearances from G-Eazy and Ty Dolla $ign – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Current promotional single “I Got You” was co-written by Lauren Christy and Jacob “JKash” Kasher alongside the song’s producers Ben Berger, Ryan McMahon and Ryan Rabin of Captain Cuts.

Other musicians backing Rexha on “All Your Fault, Pt. 1” are Mitch Allan (Demi Lovato), The Invisible Men (Kylie Minogue), Gladius (Justin Bieber), MAG (Zara Larsson) and Stargate (Christina Milian).

“Bebe Rexha just sang the highest note I have ever heard full voice in the studio,” the British singer-songwriter tweeted on Friday (February 03, 2017).

Purcell’s songwriting resume boasts works with Sigma (“Find Me”), Little Mix (“Shout Out to My Ex”), Olly Murs (“You Don’t Know Love”), Fleur East (“Sax”), Leona Lewis (“Mr. Right”) and Ella Henderson (“Glow”).

She is also working on her debut album under Virgin EMI Records with fellow musicians Chris Loco (Emeli Sande), Two Inch Punch (Sam Smith), Dantae the Kid (Vanessa White) and Goldfingers (John Newman).

Meanwhile, Rexha is currently prepping for the release of her debut album “All Your Fault, Pt.1” on February 17 via Warner Brothers Records.

“All Your Fault, Pt. 1” – featuring 6 new songs including “Bad Bitch,” “Gateway Drug,” “Fuck Fake Friends,” “Small Doses” and “Atmosphere” – will arrive on February 17 via Warner Brothers Records.

Current single “I Got You” – now available via iTunes – was co-written by Lauren Christy and Jacob “JKash” Kasher alongside the song’s producers Ben Berger, Ryan McMahon and Ryan Rabin of Captain Cuts.
