Ella Henderson drafts Laconic for sophomore album

British singer/songwriter Ella Henderson has worked with Ashley Milton and Daniel Goudie of Laconic for her upcoming sophomore album.

The production and songwriting duo have previously helmed songs for Cover Drive (“Easy Life”), Mic Lowry (“Whiskey Kisses”), Kelli-Leigh (“Doctor Doctor”), Tanya Lacey (“Body Rock”), Kieran Alleyne (“Critical”), Peking Dut (“Stranger”), Sebastian Guy (“Cruel Intentions”), Karen Harding (“Chemistry”), Stevie McCrorie (“Cannonballs”) and Cherri V (“Finders Keepers”).

Laconic’s extensive resume boasts further works with songwriters Kerrie Thomas-Armstrong, Maegan Cottone, Caroline Ailin, Jin Jin, Fiona Bevan, Rachel Furner, Chelcee Grimes, Ayak Thiik, Eyelar, Jessica Agombar, Fransisca Hall, Chiara Hunter, Gina Kushka, Emily Warren, Soaky Siren, Whitney Phillips, Nicola Roberts, Ina Wroldsen, Maiday, Tom Aspaul, Philip Plested, BullySongs, Ed Drewett, Jesse St. John, Tebey Ottoh, Nate Cyphert, Shae Jacobs, Paddy Dalton, Tom Havelock, and JHart.

Marina Diamandis enlists Big Taste, Jesse Saint John for new collaboration

Marina Diamandis, professionally known as Marina and the Diamonds, has enlisted Big Taste and Jesse Saint John for a new collaboration.

Saint John’s songwriting credits include Britney Spears’ “Love Me Down,” Charli XCX’s “Secret (Shh),” Brooke Candy’s “Rubber Band Stacks,” Erika Jayne’s “Xxxpen$ive,” Lola Blanc’s “Slay,” and Harloe’s “All in My Feelings.”

Meanwhile, Big Taste is known for his productions works with Justin Bieber (“Company”), Maty Noyes (“Falling Out of Love”), Jake Miller (“Overnight”), Sage the Gemini (“Now and Later”) and Train (“Ziplock of Sunshine”).

Diamandis, on the other hand, is expected to release her fourth studio collection later this year via Neon Gold Records and Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2015’s “Froot” reportedly delivers further productions from Noah Breakfast (Kanye West), James Flannigan (Kodaline), Cass Lowe (Sam Smith) and Jonny Coffer (Emeli Sande).

John Newman has teamed up with Alex Salibian for a new collaboration.

The American musician recently co-produced Harry Styles’ debut solo single “Sign of the Times” alongside Jeff Bhasker and Tyler Johnson.

Other notable credits by Salibian – who is signed to Bhasker’s production company – include Cam’s “Want it All,” Mikky Ekko’s “Burning Doves,” Elle King’s “Kokaine Karolina,” and Young the Giant’s “Silvertongue.”

Meanwhile, Newman is expected to release his third studio collection later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The British singer, songwriter and record producer – real name Uzoechi Emenike – is known for his works with Jax Jones (“You Don’t Know Me”), Jojo (“Good Thing”), Karen Harding (“Say Something”), Sabina Ddumba (“Time”), Becky Hill (“Warm”), Madonna (“Hold Tight”), Craig David (“Change My Love”), MØ (“Final Song”), Little Mix (“Nothing Feels Like You”) and Beyonce (“Hold Up”).

Cottone is known for co-writing Little Mix’s “Move,” Ferras’ “Closer,” Britney Spears’ “Pretty Girls” (featuring Iggy Azalea), Olly Murs’ “Up” (featuring Demi Lovato), Fleur East’s “Know Your Name,” Medina’s “Good Enough,” and Jax Jones’ “This is Real” (featuring Selena Gomez).

Meanwhile, notable credits by Kuya Productions include Little Mix’s “F.U.,” Alessia Cara’s “Here,” Kandi Burruss’ “I Just Know,” Kreesha Turner’s “There,” Nicole Scherzinger’s “Blow,” Keshia Chante’s “Together,” Jesse McCartney’s “Rock You,” and Shawn Desman’s “Shook.”

Rag’n’Bone Man has unveiled his new single online.

“Grace” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was written by Rag’n’Bone Man alongside Fred Cox (James Blunt, James Morrison) and Simon Aldred (Birdy, Billie Marten).

Production duties on “Grace” were handled by Braque alongside Steve Fitzmaurice (Sam Smith) and Mark Crew (Bastille).

As mentioned in earlier posts, Rag’n’Bone Man’s debut studio collection “Human” will arrive on February 10 via Sony Music Entertainment UK.

The British singer-songwriter posted the audio clip for “Skin” to his Vevo channel on Thursday (January 26, 2017).

The track was written by Rag’n’Bone Man – real name Rory Graham – alongside Jamie Scott, Jonny Coffer, Mike Needle, and Daniel Bryer.

As mentioned in earlier posts, Rag’n’Bone Man’s debut studio collection “Human” will arrive on February 10 via Sony Music Entertainment UK.
