Jess Glynne hits the studio with Jonny Coffer, Jamie Scott for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Jess Glynne has recorded new music with Jonny Coffer and Jamie Scott for her upcoming sophomore album.

Coffer previously co-wrote “No Rights No Wrongs” for Glynne alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett, James Newman, Knox Brown, and Finlay “Startsmith” Dow-Smith. The track appears on Glynne’s debut album, “I Cry When I Laugh,” which debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart.

Meanwhile, Scott is known for co-writing Rag’n’Bone Man’s “Skin,” Jessie Ware’s “Me Before You,” The Beach’s “Geronimo,” Ady Suleiman’s “Wait for You,” Major Lazer’s “Cold Water,” Niall Horan’s “This Town,” Gavin James’ “Bitter Pill,” The Vamps’ “Wild Heart,” and Arlissa’s “Sticks & Stones.”

Glynne’s second studio collection, on the other hand, is expected to arrive later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers additional alliances with Toby Gad (John Legend), Ed Sheeran (Anne-Marie), Talay Riley (Fleur East), GRADES (Mullally), Sam Romans (Alicia Keys), Kid Harpoon (Foxes), Justin Tranter (Troye Sivan), Steve Mac (Rita Ora) and Kamille (Rudimental).

Mullally teams with Cool & Dre for new collaboration

British singer/songwriter Connor Mullally-Knight, professionally known as Mullally, has added Cool & Dre to the list of contributors for his upcoming project under Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

The American production & songwriting duo – composed of Marcello “Cool” Valenzano and Andre “Dre” Lyon – are known for their works with The Game (“Hate it or Love It”), Kent Jones (“Don’t Mind”), Christina Milian (“Say I”), Fat Joe & Remy Ma (“All the Way Up”), Wale (“Chillin”), Teairra Mari (“Get Down Tonight”), Lil Wayne (“On Fire”) and Brick & Lace (“Mr. Officer”).

Mullally’s first studio collection, on the other hand, is expected to boast further contributions from Jonny Coffer (Beyonce, Emeli Sande), GRADES (WENS, Raleigh Ritchie), Max McElligott (JONES, Craig David), Ari PenSmith (Wretch 32, Lily Allen) and Jordan Riley (Ray BLK, Dan Caplen).

On the songwriting front, Mullally has worked with fellow UK recording artist Kara Marni for her upcoming debut project under First Access Entertainment.

Coffer previously co-wrote / produced songs for Naughty Boy (“La La La”), Beyonce (“Freedom”), Emeli Sande (“Kung Fu”), Joel Compass (“Forgive Me”), Redlight (“Here with Me”), Tanika Bailey (“Fucking with My Heart”), James Arthur (“Get Down”) and Leona Lewis (“The Best and the Worst”).

Fans of his works should also keep an eye on the next releases by Jessie Ware, Tom Walker, Kiesza, Calum Scott, Ava Lily, Sigrid, Ella Eyre, Dagny, Marina & the Diamonds, Ryder, Ella Henderson, John Newman, and Cousin Marnie.

Kiesza teams up with Bakermat for new single “Don’t Want You Back”

Canadian singer/songwriter Kiesa Rae Ellested, professionally known as Kiesza, has teamed up with Dutch DJ and music producer Bakermat for new single “Don’t Want You Back,” now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Initially recorded by UK recording artist Tamera Foster for her debut project under Simon Cowell’s label Syco Music, “Don’t Want You Back” was co-written by Foster alongside Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Rita Ora, Shola Ama) and Komi Hakam (Sam Smith, Ella Henderson).

Kiesza, on the other hand, is expected to release her upcoming sophomore major-label album, which serves as the follow-up to 2014’s “Sound of a Woman,” later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly delivers songwriting contributions from Diane Warren (Leona Lewis), Jenna Andrews (Noah Cyrus), Shungudzo Kuyimba (Jessie Ware), Ilsey Juber (Ellie Goulding) and Autumn Rowe (Dua Lipa).

Saint John’s songwriting credits include Britney Spears’ “Love Me Down,” Charli XCX’s “Secret (Shh),” Brooke Candy’s “Rubber Band Stacks,” Erika Jayne’s “Xxxpen$ive,” Lola Blanc’s “Slay,” and Harloe’s “All in My Feelings.”

Meanwhile, Big Taste is known for his productions works with Justin Bieber (“Company”), Maty Noyes (“Falling Out of Love”), Jake Miller (“Overnight”), Sage the Gemini (“Now and Later”) and Train (“Ziplock of Sunshine”).

The American musician recently co-produced Harry Styles’ debut solo single “Sign of the Times” alongside Jeff Bhasker and Tyler Johnson.

Other notable credits by Salibian – who is signed to Bhasker’s production company – include Cam’s “Want it All,” Mikky Ekko’s “Burning Doves,” Elle King’s “Kokaine Karolina,” and Young the Giant’s “Silvertongue.”
