Jess Glynne has teamed up with Cass Lowe for a new collaboration.

The multi-platinum selling British songwriter and record producer’s credits include Charli XCX’s “Boys,” Snakehips’ “All My Friends,” Rudimental’s “Sun Comes Up,” Astrid S’ “Such a Boy,” Fifth Harmony’s “Scared of Lonely,” AlunaGeorge’s “I Remember,” and Niia Rocco’s “Girl Like Me.”

Fans of Lowe’s songwriting and production works should also keep an eye on the next projects by Nick Jonas, Ray BLK, Sam Smith, Dagny, Ella Henderson, Stanaj, Paloma Faith, David Guetta, Anne-Marie, Bluey, Kenzie May, Era Istrefi, Marina Diamandis, Kiah Victoria, and Clean Bandit.

Meanwhile, Glynne’s second studio collection and follow-up to 2015’s “I Cry When I Laugh,” is expected to arrive later this year via Atlantic Records.

Ella Eyre shares music video for new single “Ego”

Ella Eyre has shared the music video for her new single online.

The visual clip for “Ego” was posted to the British singer/songwriter’s Vevo channel on Monday (September 4th, 2017).

The track was co-written by Eyre alongside Fransisca Hall and Jesse Shatkin, who are also behind Cheryl’s “Waiting for Lightning,” Kelly Clarkson’s “In the Blue,” Foxes’ “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now,” Jasmine Thompson’s “Crystal Heart,” Indiana’s “Play Dead,” and Lea Michele’s “Believer.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Eyre’s sophomore album and follow-up to 2015’s “Feline” is expected to arrive later this year via Virgin EMI Records.

The still-untitled collection reportedly boasts further songwriting contributions from Becky Hill, Kamille, Lauren Christy, HARLOE, Ilsey Juber, Emily Warren, Stephenie Jones, Dayo Olatunji, Jin Jin, Caroline Ailin, Gina Kushka, Nate Campany, Samuel Preston, and Evan “Kidd” Bogart.

On the production front, Eyre has worked with Jason Evigan, Amish “ADP” Patel, Jonas Jeberg, Christian “Crada” Kalla, Jonny Coffer, Kid Harpoon, Joel Little, Toby Gad, Jarrad Rogers, Neff-U, Emanuel Kiriakou, Andrew Goldstein, Two Inch Punch, Paul O’Duffy, LOSTBOY, and Mojam Music.

Sigrid teams up with Noonie Bao for new collaboration

Norwegian singer/songwriter Sigrid Solbakk Raabe, known mononymously as simply Sigrid, has teamed up with Noonie Bao for a new collaboration.

Born Jonnali Mikaela Parmenius, the Swedish recording artist’s resume boasts songwriting works with Camila Cabello (“OMG”), Katy Perry (“Save as Draft”), Charli XCX (“Doing It”), Zedd (“Stay”), MØ (“Final Song”), Tove Styrke (“Four Elements”) and Carly Rae Jepsen (“Run Away with Me”).

Bao’s current promotional singles “Reminds Me;” co-written with BURNS and Linus Wiklund, and “Sorry Not Sorry,” co-written with Wiklund and Leather Ghost, are now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, Sigrid is expected to release her upcoming project – featuring singles “Don’t Kill My Vibe” and “Plot Twist” – later this year via Universal Music Group / Island Records.

Rita Ora connects with Avicii for new single “Lonely Together”

British singer/songwriter Rita Ora has connected with Swedish DJ, remixer, and record producer Avicii (born Tim Bergling) for his new promotional single “Lonely Together,” now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Featuring co-production duties by Benny Blanco and Cashmere Cat; “Lonely Together” was co-written by Ali Tamposi (Lea Michele, Demi Lovato), Brian Lee (Selena Gomez, Fifth Harmony) and Andrew Watt (Charlie Puth, Justin Bieber).

Preceded by the Steve Mac-produced / Ed Sheeran-penned “Your Song;” Ora’s upcoming sophomore album is scheduled arrive in 2018 via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

DAGNY hits the studio with Electric, Lucy “Pawws” Taylor

Norwegian singer/songwriter Dagny Norvoll Sandvik, known mononymously as Dagny, has enlisted the songwriting and production services of Lucy “Pawws” Taylor and Electric for her upcoming project under Republic Records.

Taylor’s songwriting resume boasts works for Dua Lipa (“Be the One”), Etham (“Close Enough”), Liv Dawson (“I’ll Be Waiting”), Tom Walker (“Boys Will Be Boys”), Annalisa (“Used to You”) and Redlight (“I’ll Be Waiting”).

Composed of members Edvard Erfjord and Henrik Michelsen, Electric are responsible for producing Little Mix’s “No More Sad Songs,” Machine Gun Kelly’s “At My Best,” Fleur East’s “Sax,” Olly Murs’ “Love You More,” Cheryl’s “Live Life Now,” Ben Haenow’s “Brother,” and M.O’s “Not in Love.”

DAGNY’s current promotional single “Wearing Nothing” – which was co-written with Tommy English, Alx Reuterskiold and Ludgvig Soderberg – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming platforms.

On the follow-up to 2016’s “Ultraviolet,” DAGNY has reportedly teamed up with producers Jon Levine (Bebe Rexha), Mark Ralph (Craig David), Jonny Coffer (Ella Eyre), Cass Lowe (Sam Smith), Fred Ball (Alicia Keys), Justin Parker (Mikky Ekko), Bastian Langebaek (Kiah Victoria), Rami Yacoub (Charlie Puth), Axident (Dua Lipa), Big Taste (Jake Miller) and The 23rd (Grace Carter).

Ella Eyre has confirmed the details for her new single.

The British singer/songwriter (born Ella Mary McMahon) christened “Ego” as the first promotional cut from her upcoming sophomore album and will release it on August 11 via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.
