Bishop Briggs confirms details for new album “Champion”

Bishop Briggs has confirmed the details for her upcoming sophomore album.

The British singer/songwriter christened her second studio collection “Champion” and will release it on November 8 via Island Records.

Current promotional single “Jekyll & Hide” – which was co-written by Briggs alongside Kristine “K. Flay” Flaherty and Joel Little – is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming outlets.

The follow-up to 2018’s “Church of Scars” features additional contributions from Jimmy Napes (Labrinth, Tori Kelly), Janee “Jin Jin” Bennett (Rita Ora, Craig David), Wayne Hector (Mahalia, Emeli Sande), Jonny Coffer (Beyonce, Sam Smith) and John Newman (Paloma Faith, Jessie J).

Bishop Briggs enlists John Newman, Jonny Coffer for new single “Tattooed On My Heart”

British singer/songwriter Sarah McLaughlin, known professionally as Bishop Briggs, has released her promotional single online.

“Tattooed On My Heart” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by fellow recording artist John Newman, whose other credits include Paloma Faith’s “‘Til I’m Done,” Jacob Banks’ “Unknown (To You),” Charlie Wilson’s “New Addiction,” Jessie J’s “Fire,” Olly Murs’ “Stick With Me,” and Panic at the Disco’s “Dancing Is Not a Crime.”

Production duties on “Tattooed On My Heart” were handled by Jonny Coffer, who is also responsible for Beyonce’s “Freedom,” Rita Ora’s “Girls,” Rag’n’Bone Man’s “Skin,” Fall Out Boy’s “Hold Me Tight Or Don’t,” Jess Glynne’s “Broken,” Emeli Sande’s “Sweet Architect,” and Naughty Boy’s “Runnin’ (Lose It All).”

Briggs’ upcoming sophomore album – featuring previous promotional single “Champion” (which was co-written by K. Flay and produced by Joel Little) – is expected to arrive later this year via Island Records.

Mabel announces title, release date, tracklisting for debut album

Mabel has announced the details for her upcoming debut album.

The British singer/songwriter has dubbed her first studio collection “High Expectations” and will release it on July 12 via Polydor Records.

Current promotional single “Don’t Call Me Up” – which was co-written by Camille “Kamille” Purcell and produced by Steven “Steve Mac” McCutcheon – is now available via iTunes and all other digital streaming outlets.

Besides confirmed collaborators Marlon Roudette and Kelly Kiara, the highly-anticipated anticipated project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Fraser T. Rita Ora has released her sophomore studio collection online.

“Phoenix” – featuring singles “Your Song,” “Anywhere,” “Girls” and “Let You Love Me” – is now available via all digital streaming outlets.

On the highly-anticipated project, Ora has worked with songwriters including Ed Sheeran, Ali Tamposi, Georgia Ku, Lotus IV, Ilsey Juber, Emily Warren, Brian Lee, Noonie Bao, Julia Michaels, and Justin Tranter.

Among the producers who contributed to the album are StarGate, Jimmy Napes, Andrew Watt, Digital Farm Animals, Julian Bunetta, Louis Bell, Ben Billions, John Ryan, Sam Romans, Fred Gibson, Sir Nolan, Jonny Coffer, Ali Payami, Benny Blanco, Cashmere Cat, Steve Mac, and Rudimental.

Rita Ora has delivered her new promotional single online.

“Cashmere” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by regular collaborators Alexandra “Ali” Tamposi and Andrew Watt, who previously worked with Ora on singles “Anywhere,” “Lonely Together,” “For You” and “Girls.”

Production duties on “Cashmere” were handled by Julian Bunetta and John Ryan, who are also responsible for Rudimental’s “These Days,” Jess Glynne’s “Never Let Me Go,” Niall Horan’s “Slow Hands,” Harry Styles’ “Two Ghosts,” and Jessie Ware’s “Finish What We Started.”

As mentioned in earlier posts, Ora’s upcoming sophomore album “Phoenix” will arrive on Novmber 26th via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records UK.

Jess Glynne releases new promotional single “Thursday”

Jess Glynne has released her new promotional single online.

“Thursday” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

The track was co-written by Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac, who are responsible for Anne-Marie’s “2002,” Liam Payne’s “Bedroom Floor,” Rita Ora’s “Your Song,” and Zara Larsson’s “Don’t Let Me Be Yours.”

Glynne also teamed up with Sheeran and Mac on Little Mix’s new single “Woman Like Me,” which will arrive on 12 October via Simon Cowell’s Syco Music and Sony Music’s imprint Columbia Records.

Additionally, Glynne’s upcoming sophomore studio collection “Always in Between” – featuring previous singles “I’ll Be There” and “All I Am” – will drop on October 12 via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.
