Justin Bieber reveals new album “Purpose” tracklisting

Justin Bieber has revealed the tracklisting for his upcoming fourth album.

The Canadian singer/songwriter is scheduled to release “Purpose” on November 13 through Def Jam Recordings (US) and Virgin EMI Records (UK).

Current single “Sorry” was co-written by Julia Michaels (Rita Ora, Pia Mia) and Justin Tranter (Fifth Harmony, Selena Gomez) and produced by Skrillex (Kiesza, AlunaGeorge) and Blood Diamonds (Tinashe, Mikky Ekko).

Other album producers include Mike Dean (Madonna), Benny Blanco (Miguel), Neff-U (Brandy), Soundz (Ciara), MdL (Mike Posner), Josh Abraham (Usher), Oligee (Jessie J), Ian Kirkpatrick (Chromeo) and Andre Harris (Jill Scott).

On the songwriting front, Bieber also teamed up with Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd (Kelly Rowland), Ed Sheeran (Tori Kelly), James “JHart” Abrahart (Fleur East), Clarence Coffee Jr. (Zendaya) and Sarah Hudson (Katy Perry).

Bonnie McKee unwraps artwork for new EP “Bombastic”

Bonnie McKee has unwrapped the artwork for her upcoming EP.

The singer and songwriter is scheduled to release “Bombastic” – featuring 4 new songs including “Wasted Youth,” “Easy” and “I Want It All” – on June 30 via iTunes (US) and all other digital outlets.

Lead single “Bombastic” was co-written by Sean Walsh along with Charlie Puth (Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor) and Axident (Pitbull, Jessie J).

Other musicians backing McKee on the EP are Oliver “Oligee” Goldstein (Ciara, Michelle Branch), Josh Abraham (Shakira, Adam Lambert), Gary Go (Rihanna, Katharine McPhee) and Sam Hollander (Kelly Rowland, Carly Rae Jepsen).

On the songwriting front, McKee’s resume includes works for Katy Perry (“Roar”), Britney Spears (“Hold It Against Me”), Cheryl (“I Don’t Care”), Ellie Goulding (“Under Control”) and Kelly Clarkson (“Bad Reputation”).

She has also collaborated with top producers including Greg Kurstin (Sia, Charli XCX), Max Martin (Usher, Christina Aguilera), Dr. Luke (Kelis, Leona Lewis),  Cirkut (Rihanna, Nicki Minaj) and Benny Blanco (Miguel, Ed Sheeran).

Bonnie McKee has announced the title for her new single.

The singer and songwriter christened “Bombastic” as the next promotional cut from her upcoming debut album.

“Bombastic” was co-written by Sean Walsh along with Charlie Puth (Jason Derulo, Meghan Trainor) and Axident (Pitbull, Jessie J).

As mentioned in earlier posts, McKee’s forthcoming studio collection will be released later this year under Kemosabe Records and Epic Records.

The still-untitled project boasts further collaborations with Oligee (Christina Aguilera, Leona Lewis), Josh Abraham (Ciara, Adam Lambert), Sam Hollander (Karmin, Carly Rae Jepsen) and Gary Go (Rihanna, Katharine McPhee).

On the songwriting front, McKee’s resume includes works for Cher [Warner Bros Records], Kelly Clarkson [RCA Records], Rita Ora [Columbia Records] and Priyanka Chopra [Interscope Records].

Bonnie McKee has hinted at a new collaboration with Charli XCX.

The singer/songwriter is currently working on her upcoming debut album with Sony Music Entertainment / Kemosabe / Epic Records.

The still-untitled LP will boast productions from Dr. Luke (Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne), Greg Kurstin (Beyonce, Neon Hitch), Oligee (Shakira, Carly Rae Jepsen) and Josh Abraham (Kelly Clarkson, Adam Lambert).

Recent songwriting credits by McKee include Lea Michele’s “To Find You” [Columbia Records], Ellie Goulding’s “Under Control” [Polydor Records] and G.R.L.’s “Vacation” [Kemosabe / RCA Records].

Meanwhile, Charli XCX – born Charlotte Aitchison – was recently featured on Iggy Azalea’s hit single “Fancy.” The track – available for download from April 6 via iTunes – was produced by The Invisible Men and The Arcade.

The “You’re the One” star is scheduled to release her upcoming sophomore album later this year via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

As previously reported, the follow-up to 2013’s “True Romance” will include contributions from Fraser T. Smith (Bebe Rexha, Ella Eyre), Starsmith (Joel Compass, Diane Vickers) and Cathy Dennis (Britney Spears, Katy Perry).

Singer/songwriter Bonnie McKee is scheduled to release a visual EP later this year via Sony Music Entertainment / Kemosabe / Epic Records.

The still-untitled project will feature previous single “Sleepwalker,” written by McKee along with Cory Enemy and Alexander Ridha.

The “American Girl” star is known for collaborating with hit producers Lukasz “Dr. Luke” Gottwald, Henry “Cirkut” Walter, Benny Blanco, Max Martin, Greg Kurstin, Jean Baptiste Kouame, Oliver “Oligee” Goldstein, and Josh Abraham.

Among her recent songwriting credits are “Roar” by Katy Perry [Capitol Records], “Under Control” by Ellie Goulding [Polydor Records] and “Let There Be Love” by Christina Aguilera [RCA Records].

Shakira, Rihanna unveil ‘Can’t Remember to Forget You’ artwork

Shakira and Rihanna have unveiled the artwork for their new single.

“Can’t Remember to Forget You” marks the first promotional single from Shakira’s upcoming LP with Sony Music Entertainment / RCA Records.

The track was written by Erik Hassle, Alexander Asplund and Tom “Kid Harpoon” Hull along with John Hill, who previously teamed up with the Columbian songstress on singles “She Wolf” and “Addicted to You.”

Video treatment was handled by Joseph Kahn, whose recent credits include “Perfume” by Britney Spears [RCA Records], “In My City” by Priyanka Chopra [Interscope Records] and “#Beautiful” by Mariah Carey [Island Records].

The highly-anticipated collection by Shakira serves as the follow-up to 2010’s “Sale-el-Sol,” which delivered hit singles “Loca” and “Rabiosa,” as well as contributions from Jim Jonsin, Oliver Goldstein and Josh Abraham.
